When he did come for the repair, he dislocated the gas line to the stove top, which caused a severe and dangerous gas leak. As a result, we could not use the stove top. We waited another eight days without use of our stove for the gas leak to be repaired. Terrible customer service, communication, and follow through. I do not recommend.
