AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Last year I purchased a used washer that cost me $400. For some reason it started leaking and I requested a tech to fix. $85 is what you pay for the visit IF you choose not to repair. The gentleman arrived with his son both very professional. The quote came out to be $285 !!! So I paid the $85 and decided to use Yelp as a community advisory. AVOID this company at all costs. I totally understand that things cost money but they are grossly overcharging for repairs. Later the manager called me to attempt to secure the repair and quoted me an even higher price then backpedaled. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money with this place. Unfortunately this is not a trustworthy company and the entire valley needs to be aware. As a small business they're practices are shameful. I'd give zero stars if it were possible. read more

I had a condenser fan motor go out causing the refrigerator temperature to be too high. After doing some internet searches and calling several parts stores throughout the country no one had this part. They were on back order and no one knew when the part would be available. If you can't replace the part you have to replace the refrigerator costing thousands of dollars. I called another appliance parts store in the valley and they didn't have the part either but recommend calling All Desert Appliance. I called and they said that they had a used working fan motor. A used working fan motor is better than none at all so I drove out and got it. After installing it the refrigerator was running great! This is the first time I've used All Desert Appliance but from this experience I highly recommend them. read more

Besides being a genuinely nice guy, Jose goes out of his way to be sure you are happy with your purchase. I bought a washer from him which came with a 3 month guarantee. Nearly 3 years later, (3 YEARS!) I came out to my garage and found water all over the floor. I called Jose to ask what he thought the issue could be. He came over, checked it out, found nothing wrong. Then, he ran water in the sink and discovered that the drain to the sink was clogged and water had spilled over the sink onto the floor. The washer was still working fine. I asked him how much $ for the home visit - he said no charge! You tell me what other business in the Coachella Valley would do that? I will only buy my appliances from him, and always tell others about All Desert Appliance. What a great business! read more

I had such hopes for this business it's family owned. I moved into the area from LA and in desperate need of a washer and dryer and a negotiable price. I wasn't looking for anything new something used was OK by me as long as it was working. And I could clean it to make it look nice. Long story short I paid over $600 for a washer and dryer that worked for 10 minutes and took four days for them to pick it up and they did refund me my money. It was an experience that I didn't need to go through. 10 minutes and the dryer stopped working. Please don't take anyone's money if you're not gonna deliver appliances that are not dependable! read more

When I first moved to Palm Springs I purchased a us d washer and dryer from All Desert Appliance. The price was remarkable for the us I got out of them. My dryer broke and they came out and fixed it. I had a 30 day warranty and my dryer stopped working again due to another separate issue. They replaced it free and only charged me $25 for my broken belt. I am low income and they took away my worry immediately. I highly recommend their service. read more

Most honest business I've encountered in years. Our refrigerator decided to breakdown over the thanksgiving holiday. I tried calling several appliance companies to come out and evaluate what was going on with my appliance, each company that came out ensured me that I needed freon added and my compressor was definitely broken and there was no way that it could fixed, I would have to buy a new one (we have a Thermador) the first repair company said my quote would be 2k, the second told us that it would be 3k, each person charged a fee for showing up and said they could not guarantee how long the new compressor would work. So we started shopping for a less expensive refrigerator and during the process one of our friends suggested we try All Desert Appliance, he said they were friendly and did not over charge for the work they perform. We actually drove to their location and met Sara, the store assistant, she was warm, friendly and very helpful with explaining how their company comes out to your home and gives you the best possible explanation in simple terms and will be as helpful as possible. Jose came out has scheduled (on time) and was very easy to talk with, he asked what happened and then he began to look at our appliance, he told us that the compressor was NOT broken and it did NOT need to be replaced, instead he told us that the relay switch was bad. That was news to us, the three prior appliance companies NEVER mentioned anything about the relay switch. Within 10 minutes our refrigerator was working like new, the cost of the repair made us feel greatfull and happy to pay our bill. I have referred two of my friends already and they also have experienced positive results. I would recommend All Desert Appliance to anyone who enjoys working with honest and efficient people. Also if you call or go into the store you will meet Roger, a wonderful retired veteran full of exciting stories to share. I had a washer that was breaking down. I thought I would have to invest in a new unit, but I contacted Jose at his company, and I was greatly pleased with the experience.
