I really like this place. Today was the 2nd time I've used it and I had a great experience both times. The guy at Reliable Smog is efficient, sharp and a pleasure to deal with. He just seems like a happy guy. When I told him I had thought I'd just done a smog test the previous year, he quickly checked online to find that it had actually been 2 years. Also, after he was done performing the smog test, he was able to upload the result directly to the DMV. I had gotten my oil changed at another establishment earlier in the day and, when I asked, they gave me a price for a smog test that was $16 higher than Reliable Smog's. We were driving to Big Bear and all of the sudden the tire lights comes on. I start to freak out since I got new rear tires earlier in the week. Went to reliable auto yesterday and couldn't be happier with the service I received from Adam. He came out and greeted me with a HUGE smile! My car needed a smog check and it initially didn't pass the visual inspection due to a broken hose. Adam didn't charge me 1 cent for the visual. He said to have it fixed and come back. Saw the reviews and stars so decided to come in for a smog test. Let me tell u, I was NOT disappointed and I'm glad I came here. All the positive reviews for this place are well deserved and true. Adam was super helpful and nice. He was able to tell me what I had to do in order to make sure my car was good to pass smog.
