I am so pleased with the service I received. I needed to have my locks changed and was hoping to have that done within a few days. Locked out of our home after a car burglary in Florida.....set up with a neighbor to have Reliance come out and open our front door. Told me on the phone the charge would be $125. Came out and charged $165 as our door "was difficult". Never mentioned a price range to me on the phone. Second problem.....he destroyed our lock opening our door...had to drill it out. Then told our neighbor that for $125 he could replace it. Luckily the neighbor declined. Third problem.....did not clean up...left metal drillings all over the front door step. DO NOT HIRE. Head on over to thumbtack to see a detailed review of my experience with them including photos and screenshots. These guys should not be trusted. I was very patient to let them fix their "wrong" and their "check in the mail" that they promised never showed up. After sending pictures of your locks, he quotes you a "$-$$" price range for the project and then adds those numbers together for "$$$" total after doing the work. He even added sales tax on labor (not legal). They're not a legitimate locksmith with the proper tools to re-key a lock without the original key. All they used for my job was the manufacturer's tool/key that comes in the packaging with the lock and said they couldn't do the rest without the keys. When I pointed out their overcharges and for only completing 4 out of 6 of my locks and nearly doubling the price, they promised a "check in the mail" but it hasn't come. I live in an rented apt along with owner of the house and had accidentally forgot to take my set of house keys and figured out my owner will be at home later in the evening when I get back from work but unfortunately my owner had left town and said he won't be back home for another 3 days. So I was stuck out figuring how to get into the apt, but a friend of mine told me about AAA+ locksmith, I wasn't sure to take help from them as my apt owner was not willing to do it since he wondered they were breaking the lock, but I was convinced talking to aaron the lcok smith guy and he said they were just unlocking it and not breaking the lock, later convinced my owner and he agreed.
