Me and my family been looking for this two person for a month. No one pick up the call; left voice message, never call back.

Feeling helpless, because me and my family been reached this company for a month; no one pick up our call, left them voice message, never reply back, the worse is the company office (San Marcos) number 760-798-8251 is out of services; Santa Fe Springs office 800-365-9839 never have someone pick up the call. The person name "Henry" 909-643-7420 did not pick up my call for 3 weeks, Tony Lin (Sales Representative) never pick up our call. I start to thinking; like other review mentioned this company is SCAM. If any of you have a number can reach this company, could you please share to me, and i am very appreciated. This is my first post, because I cannot find any way to contact this company at all, and my family feeling very upset and helpless. That is why I left my review here, and we hope someone can help us.

Had a very large window replaced by RHS. From sales to installation, everything went extremely smooth. Quality product provided with a very professional installation team. Communications with RHS was constant, as they called often to provide the status of the manufacturing stage. Installation team arrived on time and performed the job quickly, neatly, and efficiently. Kevin came by at the conclusion to check on the job and to ensure we were pleased with the product and workmanship -that was a very nice touch. I will certainly be referring some folks to RHS. Thanks! A+++++

I received an unsolicited call even though my home number is on the Do Not Call List. I would not trust this company with any work.

The estimate was detailed and easy to understand, and they took the time to answer my questions without rushing me or trying to upsell anything. What stood out most was their communication. They consistently called before arriving, showed up exactly when they said they would, and kept me informed every step of the way. That alone set them apart. It's rare these days to work with a company that actually does what they say they're going to do. The installation went smoothly and efficiently, and everything looks clean and professionally done. Pricing was excellent, especially compared to another solar company I had previously dealt with, and the overall experience was noticeably better. If you're looking for a solar company that is responsive, organized, and genuinely professional, I would absolutely recommend Aikyum Solar. It was a very positive experience from start to finish.

Since this is a rental, we needed it corrected properly for liability concerns. We called four electrical companies. Three declined outright, saying the job was too small. The other, ghosted us twice. I was referred to Harrison Electric and Solar by a friend. They arrived on time, assessed the problem and listened to what we wanted to do. Both electricians were very polite and professional and got right to work. Since the electrical box was installed in the 90's they upgraded everything and ran wiring inside the fire break wall to a new outlet. Everything is now up to current code, and we have peace of mind. We will not hesitate to refer others to Harrison Electric and Solar and we will use them again for our electrical and solar needs. It's great to find a reliable company that does what it says it will do. We are thankful that they came to take care of our problem even though it wasn't a major job. Highly recommend!

It's 4 year in a row now the system failed to produce the minimum guaranteed production. AWS Solar chose to compensate for the shortfall again; we'll see what the 5th year production looks like. I suggested replacing some of the panels with the higher power ones to solve the issue, but I guess they want to see more data.

However, upon completeing the job, the project manager Tim Broughton called me, helped me log on to the Enphase app so that I could monitor the panels. After I confirmed that I was logged in, I was told that I was up and running And they were done. I was happy thinking I was now running on the sun. Wrong. So very wrong. I received my electric bill and astonished to see the electric portion was over $800.00. I called the power company and was told that the $130.00 application fee had not been paid. I notified Mr. Broughton and he immediatley saw that the bill for the application fee was paid and apologized for the error. Now the fun begins. I called the power company and asked when they would be out to install the proper meter for solar panels. I was informed that no application for a meter to be installed was on file and that I had to submit an application for interconnection. Hmm? No one mentioned anything to me about completing and application or that I had to contact the power company. I completed the PTO (Permission to Operate) form and based on the questions being asked and the information I needed to provide leads me to believe the Solar company was responsible for completing this form and sending the required fee. Ok. Lets not look to for someone to blame, lets just get the proper meter installed. I completed the PTO and submitted it. The power company came out a couple of weeks later and installed the a new meter. Onlyit was not a meter for solar panels. They installed the same new meter but it was the same meter as the meter I already had. I asked them why they didn't put on a solar meter and I was told that I needed to submit a PTO for a SOLAR METER, which is different. And by the way, they have a special person that installs solar meters and a special person to install regular meters. This seemed rather stupid to me. I ask the power comapany rep for the contact info for the solar department and he told he didn't know. I won't name the power company. LADwp. The one good thing the DWP rep did upon arriving to his office was to send an email to contact the proper department at the power company. I assumed he would have just gone about his business and let me flounder. I started on the second application which asked for job site photos. This was to me another indication that the solar installer was suppose to complete this form because Joe Citizen would not know what photos they were required. I did observe that periodically, the workers would take photos, but none were ever sent to me. Now I'm in the middle of August 2026 with fingers, legs, arms, eyes and anything else, maybe the dogs and cats, crossed hoping that this time I will get a meter. The bottom line is I would still recommend AWS SOLAR to anyone, but I'd have to caution them to make sure they get you connected and ALL fees are paid. Because I was dealing with the City of LA and being constantly sent to voice mail and waiting for call backs, this experience was horrendous.

I really appreciate the direct accountability and quick resolution. I'm leaving my original review below for transparency, but their prompt response today restored my confidence in their management. I originally had a positive experience with California Solar Electric during my 10.12 kW solar and Powerwall 3 installation last year. Unfortunately, their post-install customer support and business ethics are nonexistent. I referred a friend who completed their installation months ago. I was explicitly promised a $500 referral bonus for this. After months of waiting, I tried following up multiple times privately to give them a chance to make it right, but I am now being completely ignored. It's a shame because I have several neighbors here in Fountain Valley who are currently shopping around for solar and battery storage. I was planning to refer them here, but I cannot recommend a company that fails to honor its own written agreements and ducks communication. Buyer beware: the installation team does good work, but do not trust a word management says about referral incentives or post-sale promises. Still waiting for my $500.

I remember standing outside one night listening to my neighbor's generator roar to life again. It sounded like a chainsaw tearing through the quiet. Across the street, friends with solar and batteries had their lights on. Their kids were inside watching TV. Life looked normal. Meanwhile, I was packing up my family to leave our home. Rising electricity rates, AI data centers consuming massive amounts of power, and talk of double digit rate increases made going solar the right thing to do. I researched heavily. Built a spreadsheet. Interviewed over a dozen companies. Got bids through Energy Sage, cold called installers, and asked around for referrals. I wasn't looking for a sales pitch. I was looking for people I could trust with my home and my family's security. Infinity Solar felt different from the start. I didn't have to deal with brokers or middlemen to jack up prices. They are family owned, in business over 25 years, BBB A+ rated, and 5 stars on Yelp. Tim, the owner is a C10 licensed contractor, sets the tone for the entire company. His pride and commitment to doing things right shows up in every person on his team. Sara, our project manager, kept everything organized with clear, proactive communication. Blake handled the maze of permitting. If you've dealt with solar permitting in California you know what a mess it is. State, county, city, and fire department all with their own rules. Blake stayed on top of all of it so I didn't have to. Joel made sure the job site ran smoothly. The crew deserves real recognition: electricians Adrian, Ivan, Salvador, and Christian; roof lead Arni; installers Jose, Gabriel, Kieren, Israel, Erik, and Robert; and Deyvis helping with inspection. They showed up on time, worked hard, kept everything clean, and answered my endless questions without ever making me feel like I was in the way. Construction always has bumps. Permits get revised, inspectors want changes. What mattered was how Infinity handled it. Calmly, professionally, and without disappearing. Tim must be a good boss and take care of his people because this is a crew of highly skilled workers who take real pride in what they do. The day the system went live felt like a turning point. Our first outage was December 23rd while setting up for a Christmas party. Power was out over eight hours. The lights never flickered. I only knew because the app alerted me. Tim included a Solar Insure 30 year warranty covering panels, microinverters, wiring, and roof penetrations, including labor. It's backed by an A+ Superior rated third party insurer and is transferable if I sell my home. An installer's warranty is useless if they go out of business, so this gives real peace of mind. Because I verify everything, I called Solar Insure, Enphase, FranklinWH, and REC directly to confirm Infinity is a Premium or Platinum installer with each. They are. I'll break even in 8 years at current rates, sooner when rates keep climbing, and you know they will. But more than savings, it's peace of mind. When the grid goes down, our house doesn't. Infinity Solar gave our family back a sense of stability. I'm grateful we chose them.
