IT's HARASSMENT, FRAUD & SCAM!!!! DONT Fall for this Fraudulent telemarketing! They claim to do free estimates good for 1 year but really just want your personal info and are VERY persistent! First if we need any painting, then they do windows and need to make sure who is living in the home. They claimed to be doing a neighbors kitchen remodel which was false because that homeowner is a close friend and she had her kitchen remodeled by real company 3 years ago. They also ask for the title owner and financial payer to be present during the free estimate. Everything sounds shady from these people. They called me from different numbers each time about 2-3 times a day. I have blocked 9 different numbers from them on my IPhone! The past few calls have been around 7-8 pm and I have been more than clear that I am not interested and this is considered harassment and will make a report to the police. I am sure I am not the only one getting these harassing calls and will subpoena phone records and file a class action suit against Reliant Home Solutions!!!! So STOP your sh*t before you piss me off!!!! SECOND! Your website is repetitive with the same info of your damn two fraud location suites and where is proof of License number ???? Your website should offer it and when asked, you should know your address and contractors license # by heart...Thats how I knew you guys were all frauds. Also your fake yelp reviewers don't fool me. This company came to my house today to follow up on a phone call I received over the weekend from a very rude and pushy man named "Eddie." "Eddie" was calling about the painting estimate I received and wanted to know if I'd like to revisit it (I did not ask what company he was calling from as I only got one paint estimate from a company called 5 Star Painting) "Eddie" then proceeded to ask me if I was married, when would we both be home, or do I live alone, and when am I home versus when I am not home, etc. He then said he would transfer me to his secreteay "Shirley" to schedule a visit to my home. I was on hold for about 2 minutes before I hung up and tried to redial the phone number (Ontario, CA 909-998-5544) to get information about what seemed to be a fishy and all around inappropriate call to me, but the number said it was disconnected/not in service. The two men who showed up at my door today were told the story of this phone call and so I found out not only had they lied and got my information from another source (either the one company I got an estimate from before or by searching neighborhoods for houses in need of paint after recent repair and taking a gamble with a "follow up phone call") but I also found out that "Eddie" is from a telemarketing company they use and was "new at his job" thus the uncomfortable phone call that led to me notifying neighbors of a possible "bad guy" casing our neighborhood. So, I told them "no" several times about doing business with them (they don't even specialize in painting which is what they called me about!) and they would not leave. My neighbor had to basically get in their faces and tell them to leave staring to them that "a lady shouldn't have to say no more than once." They proceeded to make phone calls at the foot of my drive way for 5 minutes before leaving my property. They came in an unmarked vehicle, but left a business card which lead me to Yelp! Not sure of the quality of work they perform, but the use of lying telemarketers that ask inappropriate questions and men at your door who refuse to let a lady take a stand and say "No" are not people I would ever do business with. read more

I just bought my home a year ago and it was in need of a few upgrades. I was contacted by Reliant through the HERO program and decided to hear what they had to offer. I chose to get all of my windows upgraded in the house with reliant and the HERO program. The sales person Henry was very personable and professional and showed me some beautiful windows. I decided to go ahead and allow Reliant to install my windows. During the ordering process, a better quality window became available so the company called me and asked if I wouldn't mind upgrading my windows at the same cost. It would take a little longer because they had to reorder. The day of installation came and the windows were even more beautiful than I expected. I was really excited to see them finally being installed. The only problem is that the night latches were left off order and I wasn't happy. Now this is were the true ethics of the company and customer service shows. It's not how a company handles things when everything goes right...it's about how they handle it when something goes wrong. They immediately sent Henry back out to assess the problem. Then while Henry was still on site, the owner, Robert came out as well. Robert agreed to take care of the problem and provided me with a solution that was above and beyond my expectations. He wanted to ensure that I was happy and that my needs and expectations were met. He was concerned about protecting the integrity of the company and with making things right. I was so pleased with the way that everything was handled, I am now having them work up plans to remodel my kitchen and add an extra room to my house. Had a very large window replaced by RHS. From sales to installation, everything went extremely smooth. Quality product provided with a very professional installation team. Communications with RHS was constant, as they called often to provide the status of the manufacturing stage. Installation team arrived on time and performed the job quickly, neatly, and efficiently. This is a late post from the past weekend. I'm usually a DIY person, so I'm kind of skeptical about working with contractors. Since I don't have the time, I decided to see what Reliant Home Solutions has to offer. I was referred by a friend to get a estimate in regards to artificial turf. I had looked into the company prior of setting up the appointment, Yelp (of course...). The rep, Henry (if I remembered correctly), had arrived at the time of appointment. He had came a couple times over the past few days to reassure me things will be a smooth sail. I'm absolutely amazement with his professionalism. I was introduced with the background of Reliant Home Solutions and shown their previous artificial turf jobs the company had completed. I was able to get a great gauge of the work quality. I must say, I was impressed. When the rep began talking about the price, I thought that I was going to get hit with a high price for the small project that I was thinking of doing. The price for material, delivery, and installation labor is very reasonable. I was able to get financing options that fit me the best for the artificial turf project. (Score!!!) I will post images up at a later time since the project material had just been ordered and installation is a little later. So far, I'm very happy with my decision to go forward. If all goes well (crossing my fingers!!), I know I will be using Reliant Home Solutions for several more projects, as I do have several things I want to get done since I don't have the time to do the improvements myself these days. read more

I have had a wonderful experience with Reliant on a gigantic job. In the course of refinishing the exterior of my large house, they discovered termites in the roof joists, requiring a new roof. I added that work to the already extensive exterior finishing, and the work was done simultaneously. The men were scrupulously careful, and did a spectacular job. They could not be more pleasant to work with - nor could manager Desmond and owner Robert. During the work they made frequent visits, and made sure that things they thought needed more work were done. Near the end of the project, I contracted them to paint and drywall the interior - another big job - provided I could have the same crew! They start this weekend. Considering the size of the jobs, and the quality of the workmanship, I consider the price a bargain. read more

I had them come do a in home estimate after shopping around and comparing prices I felt comfortable moving forward with RHS. My job took a total of 5 days and I am EXTREMELY pleased with the outcome! I was a little worried during the process as it got a bit messy but as soon as it was compliment everything was cleaned up as if they were never here only to leave a beautiful newly painted home! I have referred RHS to a few of my close friends and family which they will be moving forward with their jobs as well! Thank you all so much for making remolding a great experience! Just got a cold call from them that they were going to be in my area and offered a "free estimate" for exterior paint - which coincidentally I need and have been shopping around for at the moment... When I answered the phone and set the appointment, I thought they were a different company. After hanging up, I looked them up and now come to find out they are not who I was expecting. This is seeming more and more like a scam based on the fact that the 800# they provided as a call back # is no longer in service. It's the same phone # listed on this yelp page and what's listed on their website. I'm beginning to believe the other reviews warning about them as a SCAM are the accurate ones. We'll see how this goes I guess. I'll update/delete this if it turns out to be a legitimate business. (I've never posted to yelp. I am thrilled with the results of RHS's expert work on my home. I was fortunate enough to inherit this 1983-built house from my uncle, and I have tried to be a worthy second owner for the home. I am certain I made the right choice in having RHS do their fabulous exterior coating. A few of the reasons I chose RHS were the fact that they go down six inches below the soil line with their coating along the entire perimeter of the house to ensure against moisture damage; my house will be absolutely backed by RHS for any future development of mold (which the house did have) or water damage; and the fact that the coating is also termite-repellant, a very good thing since I know there to have been evidence of termite damage in the house for which I had fumigation done in 2011. I found RHS's work to be meticulous, and the results are beyond my expectations. Their work ethic is superior; I have not seen its equal in the last 50 years. They worked with speed, yet with scrupulous attention to detail. Cleanup bordered on immaculate. Throughout the process, there were visits by the RHS salesmen and by Desmond, the RHS manager in San Marcos, to make sure we were pleased and totally informed about progress of the work. I only wish I had know beforehand how satisfied I would be with the outcome so that I would not have spent so much time worrying about the old saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." RHS is most definitely the exception to this old adage. They sounded good, and they ARE good. read more

Ok, the good reviews they have are because they really push and press for good rating right after the sale. RHS will take advantage of elderly clients! Please be cautious or better yet do not do business with Reliant Home Solutions. They are unprofessional!!! Once they make the sale they have absolutely no follow up or they will ignore your calls and text. You would think a place that claims to be so great they'd train their sales representatives the "after the sale" process. Jermaine with the Santa Fe Springs office completely ignored us after selling over 60k worth of work to my elderly grandmother. It wasn't until I asked for anyone in the office that I was able to get ahold of someone by the name of Mark (if I'm not mistaken) who tried to be helpful and sent over the contracts requested. It's been about 3 weeks and 3 voicemails/texts later and we still haven't received a call from Jermaine. He was so easy to get in contact with before the sale but shortly after securing he was on to the next victim. The office number listed on his business said they don't know him and he doesn't work there, as I insisted he did they finally discovered he worked in Santa Fe Springs. For this place to have such horrible customer service you'd think they'd at least be the best when it comes to price and quality but nope, not the case. They charged 20k for a roof 20k for windows and over 20k for stucco. The contracts do not show what or why you're paying that amount ( no details) it's just some sketchy sales reps chicken scratch with your grand total. I can go on and on about how they should be sued and exposed for the way they take advantage of elderly clients. I had the worst experience with this company. We planned to complete my backyard with concrete, clearing, a enclosed wash room with hook ups, and a overhang with lights. A projected two week job that we were ensured there would be enough workers to assist in the load. The first day seemed promising with the contractor there that day. He bragged how easy this job would be with the exact amount contracted. It took a month and a half with broken promises of fixing and making our stamped concrete look clean. They delayed the concrete then rushed and made the lines so crooked with no guides or measuring, after redoing the concrete they made it worse. The concrete cracked and we had to ask them to return to fix it. Then they promised us a wash room to fit our washer and dryer. The contractor measured too small and when we remeasured the washer and dryer, they needed to redo again. They are all about doing it sloppy the first time. The contractor never came back to check the work unless we had a disagreement. They dented the aluminum over hang and tried to blame us for the damage when we weren't allowed out on the patio. It was a mess. The project manager kept sending out a mediator to check progress and kept passing the buck to the contractor to dispute the issues we had with the quality of the job. The contractor kept blaming the workers and the workers were just trying to get it done as fast as possible to please the project manager. No one in the company is on the same page and the quality suffered. During all this mess the company even sent in a man to intimidate us to pay more for making the over hang to be the height of our roof, which they were contractually obligated to do at the price they originally estimated. They also promised our stamped concrete to be glazed then painted over it with outdoor paint used to paint perimeter walls. All in all, I would never recommend this company for any home improvement projects. They don't know what they are doing and I feel doing the work ourselves with assistance from workers would have been better than going with this company. If I could give them no stars I would, but this app requires me to give at least one. However, this company needs to rethink their customer service and quality of work just to receive the star I've given them. read more

I had 2 contracts with this company. The first contract was completed to my satisfaction. ( new windows, new roof.) the second contract was for $35K. It was an energy efficient house coating and a new driveway. The house coating is beautiful, however, the driveway was never started, although 2 contractors came out to measure. I have not been able to contact ANYONE from this company in several months. I spoke with the bank about the loan, and their paperwork states it was only for house painting. I said NO, I have a contract for a driveway as well. Every person I had contact with no longer works there. All is a dead end and I'm on the hook for a $35K paint job on my house and my driveway is a mess. I desperately need the new driveway. I can ill afford this loan for work that has not been done. I don't have the money for an attorney to sue these people, and am trying to get a consumer reporter on this. The driveway was supposed to be done A YEAR AGO. I do not know where to turn. The loan payments were attached to my property taxes. So my tax bill went from $3K twice a year to $6K twice a year. This keeps me awake at night. I'm divorced, with a child in college and a mom with Alzheimer's living with me and I work full time. I NEED HELP GOING AFTER THESE PEOPLE. I WOULD TAKE A LOAN REDUCTION OF ABOUT $30K AND WORRY ABOUT THE DRIVEWAY LATER. For now, I'm screwed six ways to Sunday. read more

My wife and I decided on a kitchen remodel after letting our kitchen completely fall apart. Actually a little more complicated than just a remodel as we wanted to move kitchen to a better area and put in place of old kitchen an enclosed "TV room" for kids. Went back to Reliant and their quote was the same as 2 others except they provided higher quality cabinets and flooring and countertops for same price! Our whole upstairs was unusable during the remodel and we lived in the lower 2 floors with no kitchen. So we begged them to do it as fast as possible so we wouldn't be inconvenienced any longer than we needed to. Extremely happy with the final product! They did rush for us and got job done as they promised. We hadn't planned on any paint but ended up having them paint the whole exterior with Cool Life and now don't have to worry about paint ever again. Interesting. Their telemarketer called me and asked if i needed my house painted, by chance I do need it painted and an appointment was set. I have a two story 2600 sf. home in Irvine Ca. Andy showed up on time for the appointment and was welcomed in, but once inside Andy said that he could not do the appointment because my wife wasn't there. And he explained his reason why both the husband and wife had to be there. My reply was, really? WTF?? Ok. So we set another appointment on Sat at 9am for me and my wife. Saturday came and this time Andy was a no show! And not only did he not show-up but he did not call to let us know that he wasn't going to make it either. So I have set-a-side time now twice for a Reliant Home Solutions quote to get my house painted and have been blown off both times in different ways. There won't be a third try! I was skeptical at first because I was approached at my home by a door knocking representative of RHS. I thought I'd give the the opportunity to hear him out and now glad that I did. They scheduled me with a sales rep who came out the next day for a free consult and estimate. Rob was very informative and took the time to answer all my question and walk me through the process. I ended up doing my replacement vinyl windows, insulation, and a cool roof system. I have to say that after I signed I was a bit nervous because I've heard so many contractor horror stories. That said, RHS installers were out within 3-4 to measure and go over the details with me. My materials were ordered and approximately 3-4 weeks later the job was done! Wow...the installers were attentive, cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier with the work performed and the level of service. The best part is that my electric bill has already shown a nice improvement. The price wasn't the cheapest, but then again, it's my home and the quality of the finishes speak for themselves. I'll probably be having my home repainted pretty soon and will definitely be using then again. read more

They were intent on making sure we were pleased with their companies work and are both very personable guys!! Reliant Home Solutions (RHS) made my shabby house look new! We got the texture paint solution. My Husband and I talked with many contractors, either they were un- licensed or did not see our vision. After turning the many contractors down they would call endlessly, sometimes twice a day. RHS representative showed up professional and courteous. The following step was the meeting. Charlie and Aileen showed the product. Charlie made my Husband feel comfortable with the process, and made it easy to do the deal Eileen encouraged us to write a contractural clause for what we expected from the guys performing the work. Those guarantees were done as promised. The work was handled by professional individuals and as promise were kept. The end product is a beautiful looking home with the color that is most pleasing and important to us. RHS owners came through to check not only the progress of the work but to make sure we were comfortable and pleased with the process. As a result we are getting some patio work done. I am pleased with our home and anxiously anticipating the patio work. Btw, it was my Birthday and the owners acknowledged my Birthday and sent over a gift. Thank you RHS! read more
