Extremely Disappointed I had an incredibly frustrating and concerning experience with Relaint Pest Control. It all began when their salesperson came to our neighborhood, knocking on doors and promising excellent service. Intrigued, I decided to give them a chance after noticing a persistent cockroach problem in my home. Relaint Pest Control initially treated our house, but not the attic and the garage like they promised. the issue persisted. So, we reached out to them to request a follow-up treatment. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn for the worse. They couldn't provide an appointment for a follow-up treatment until over a week after our initial request, despite the ongoing pest problem. When the technician finally arrived to treat the interior of our house, we encountered a horrifying situation. The technician carelessly sprayed our baby's toys without any concern for the toxic nature of the chemicals. Shockingly, he didn't even inform us about this reckless action. After the technician left, we discovered that all of our baby's toys were contaminated with their toxic product. This blatant disregard for safety and lack of communication is completely unacceptable. What's more, during this period of frustration, when we inquired about scheduling, the representative on the phone advised us to use another company until they had availability. This was a significant red flag that should have warned us of their poor service. Despite our patience and despite our ongoing frustrations, we made the difficult decision to cancel our services with Relaint Pest Control. At that time, they assured us there would be no cancellation fee, which was a small comfort given the grave concerns about our child's safety. However, despite canceling well in advance, they went ahead and charged me a hefty $89 termination fee. This directly contradicted what their salesman had promised during their neighborhood visit. The communication from Relaint Pest Control was not only abysmal but also dangerous. We received inconsistent messages about appointments and cancellations, and their technician's disregard for our child's safety is shocking. I would strongly advise anyone seeking pest control services to look elsewhere. Relaint Pest Control's lack of integrity, poor customer service, and alarming disregard for safety make them a company to avoid at all costs. I regret ever doing business with them and hope that others can learn from my dangerous and deeply unsatisfactory experience. read more

This company sucks in every way possible. I had a terrible experience with Reliant Pest Control and their sales team. The salespeople were extremely disrespectful of my time and did not listen to my concerns. They knocked on my door late on a Friday night while I had guests over, and despite my polite request for them to leave, they persisted. I ended up signing up for the service just to get rid of them, believing I could cancel without penalty, as they assured me multiple times. After doing my research, I called to cancel the very next day before any service was performed. The salesman called back, persuading me to keep the service with promises of a $10 first quarter fee and no service for several months. Reluctantly, I agreed to give it a try. When the technician arrived, he was visibly annoyed because he was given multiple incorrect addresses. He found a nest on my doorway ceiling, brushed it off, but left the debris on my doorstep. Despite my concerns about ants and a potential wasp nest, the technician did not address these issues effectively. We have a baby and a dog, and the technician advised against indoor treatment, which contradicted the ad video I saw showing indoor treatments. I later found another wasp nest and called to schedule a service, only to be told there were no available slots for a week. Frustrated, I decided to cancel the service. However, every time I try to cancel, I am forced to speak to the same salesperson who continues to lie and provide misinformation. Now, they are charging me a $170 early cancellation fee despite all the assurances from the salesperson that there would be no penalty at all for cancellation. Communication is crucial for this type of service, and Reliant Pest Control has failed at every step. I do not recommend their services. read more

Grade-A customer service! I was looking for a company to provide a termite inspection and service our property on a quarterly basis and this company offered a non-nonsense approach to their pricing and service. After speaking with several other companies for price comparison like Bug Muster and Orkind (names changed to protect their identify) and talk about pulling teeth just to get them to discuss pricing, Reliant's no-nonsense approach and their ability to give me a upfront price without attempting to up-sell me with additional services sold me. They even offered a discount on the initial service. My initial contact with their customer service representative Katilyn was pleasant and she even offered a follow up call demonstrating they value their customer base. Their communication is top notch and they make sure to let you know if there will be any unexpected delays. When one of their technicians called in sick, Gus who is part of their leadership team rolled up his sleeves and jumped in to get the job done! Prior to starting the treatment, Gus explained all services he would be performing and made sure I understood the treatment plan prior to beginning treatment. Gus did an outstanding job with the initial treatment and was meticulous making sure he got every nook and cranny. If you are looking for a team who is willing to treat you like an individual, rather than a number, then this is the company for you! Rude, and Unprofessional!! From the moment my husband switched from ABC Pest Control (which is AWESOME by the way!!) this company has been nothing but rude to me over the phone. I have been pleasant and respectful even when canceling my service. I told them I've seen more bugs in my house than I have ever seen and I'd like to cancel my service please. I'm going back to ABC. He started off ok trying to fix my problem. I said no, thank you. I'm just going to go back to ABC. Then he said Fine and HUNG UP on me! How old are we???!! After my husband switched to this SO CALLED PEST CONTROL company, I went to Yelp and read some of their reviews. I decided to put one to the test and not answer the door when they came to 'treat' my house. Sure enough, the Yelpers had it right! The guy rang my doorbell figured I wasn't home and went straight back to his car and sat there for 15 minutes then drove AWAY! Didn't treat my house with one little spray. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. I had recently moved to Austin, and just transferred my pest control from my previous home. I used my previous pest company and they were doing good until the summer months. I started seeing ants hills pop up in my yard and my house felt like it was being overtaken by spiders. There was also a millipede infestation in the neighborhood. Luckily I was approached by a salesman who explained how there services where going to take care of me. He made signing up a breeze and set my expectations for Reliant pest management realistic and set me up for success. The technician was great with my dogs and did an amazing job around the house. After I had them a few months later with all the rain the issue popped up again and they were more than happy to come back out and cover the issue for me. I love my tech he's amazing at knowing whats going on in the neighborhood and how to take care of my house. GREAT TEAM! I have used Reliant Pest Mgmt since I bought my home in rural Rosharon, TX (S. of Houston) in May 2016. The sales guy was on a Segway going door to door since we live in an acreage community, great idea Chris Larmouth! Some may say "salesman" I say driven and he loves his job. I had already received 2 quotes and Reliant was the 3rd and final choice. Bottom line: THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL!!! My tech is Gabriel Cabrera and he does what he says he will do. When he says "I'll call you" or "text" you... HE DOES!! Imagine that! He is knowledgeable, nice, hard working and a major asset to Reliant Pest Mgmt. He's a rock star and a credit to his profession!! The office staff is also focused on taking care of their customers.. again.. "imagine that" LoL. I recently moved to a community with a greenbelt behind my home and as you can imagine I am seeing all kinds of pest traffic in and around my new home. The first two pest treatments helped some, but due to an increase in (critter) traffic, my situation required some precise strategizing. Yesterday Reliant sent out their expert Bobby Jackson to assess my situation. Bobby is a saint! He spent the first 10 minutes listening to my concerns, educating me on the pest food chain and creating an action plan to eliminate my troubles with bugs (spiders, scorpions, mud daubers, grasshoppers, centipedes, and more). Bobby is easy going, knowledgeable, and flat out professional. Reliant Pest Management is one of the smaller pest companies, but they are doing BIG things to contain your pest problems. Never use Reliant. It is a crooked business. They employ several nice looking sales persons who knock from door to door. They used a little lower price to hook you up for a one-year contract. You thought the device would be the same as you used to get. Completely wrong! They did not inform you when the service was scheduled, as they supposed to do (written in the contract). When you're not at home, service was performed outside only. They did not answer phone calls unless you push the button for new customers (to get you hooked up). When you request a service termination, they would charge you for 75% of the remaining one-year contract or send you to the collection service. We continue to use Reliant Pest Management services (for more than 5 years) because they are 1. Always timely and professional in posting email and voicemail reminders of scheduled upcoming services; 2. courteous, uniformed technicians generally arrive timely and 3. inform me of their arrival and 4.question whether there are any new items needing attention. 5.They treat foundation weep holes, covered porch ceilings and the yard for insects, fire ants; search for and knock down any wasp/yellow jacket nests. 6. They treat for pests inside our home & garage as needed. 7.They close and lock my gate when done and 8.They leave a copy of the completed invoice with the name of the technician on it before departure.9. Especially my technician Stephen, (who i've requested always perform my services). He was on time, very professional but above all very knowledgeable as to pest control here in texas. I had a gentleman knock on my door selling pest control. He was very knowledgeable about the industry. I decided to use their services. I had issues with my last company. I was still seeing spiders and ants in my kitchen and bathroom area. After the first treatment with Reliant they almost completely took care of the issue. By the second treatment the problem was completely eradicated. Iv been using Reliant for two years now. Iv only had to call them back once after a rainy period. They came back no questions asked and reapplied within 24 hours. I highly recommend Reliant! I personally wouldn't use anybody else! read more

I started using Reliant a few months ago and I must say I've been seriously impressed with everything from the price and customer service to the appearance and attitude of Jesse, the tech that serviced my home. I had a serious scorpion issue and the initial service didn't quite handle them like I had hoped. No worries. I contacted Reliant and Jesse came back out and sprayed again, this time with a different pesticide, and I've yet to see another scorpion. This is our first full service from Reliant and I have nothing but great things to say about them! The first scheduled appointment, I ended up not being home at the last minute so the technician was only able to service the exterior. I received a follow-up call the following morning from their offices, asking if I would like them to return for an interior service since they'd missed me. Without me even having to reach out! I've been using Reliant Pest since we setup service for our new home. Service has been fast, courteous, and above all, efficient. Since service was started five months ago, we noticed a DRAMATIC decrease of pests in and around the house. I've seen one tiny spider; that's it. That helps my wife sleep better at night knowing a spider or scorpion isn't going to make a grand entrance. We also do the mosquito spray each month. My wife is a mosquito magnet and hasn't been bitten this year while we hang out on the porch or in the back yard. I highly recommend Reliant Pest to help protect your home. read more

We have been using Reliant for over two years now and have been very pleased with their services. I love that if we ever need them to come out on an unscheduled service they are prompt to come out and take care of any problems or concerns we may have. I tried using a different company in the past and they wanted to charge me over $500 to get rid of some ants and I had reliant come out and look at my problem and they got rid of the ant problem for a lot less money. These guys have been great for us. They've always been friendly and professional at our place with a prompt response to any random requests we throw their way. Not sure we have a higher tier of service, but they address all pests, including ants, rats, wasps, etc. They provide routine service as well as address pop-up issues at no additional cost. Will Leshikar has taken over our area and is doing an excellent job. Absolutely no reason for us to discontinue their service right now and no reason not to consider using them at your place. read more
