This company is horriable and are crooks. So they towed my car from the property were i pay monthly for my home and i had to park my car in the visitor section because i own 3 cars and i have a annual pass that was TAPED to my inside window on the driver side. My car had been there friday,sat,sunday and being a residents here i know they will tow unauthorized vehicles i seen the hoes riding around all weekend like sharks. So Sunday night i got home late around 11:30 pm and checked on my car to make sure it was there and the tag was in the window which it was. And i also left the driver visor down so if the tag would have fell it could land on the dashboard. So the next day on the way to work my car was gone. I called up there and the experience went left real quick. So i went up there and adressed my situation first off the reception was rude and argumental and un professional. Let me remind you my property manager provided me the pics that reliant driver took i immediately notice that my visor was down on 1 pic and up on the next pic he uploaded several minutes later. I asked what the hell is that about please explain to me how that happen if your driver didn't get in my car. She became upset and took me to my car then when i get to my car i noticed my insurance card was in my seat Why and it was in my glove compartment. Then i demanded a supervisor and that never happen. So i continued to demand answers then she became more angry and start yelling at me telling me to call the cops if i didnt get in my own car IS SHE FUCKING STUPID. IM NOT DUMB AND I CLEARLY KNoW WHAT THE FUK HAPPEN YOUR DRIVERS REMovED THAT PASS TO TOW IT AND THEY GOT IN MY CAR AND LEFT ALL THE EVIDENCE. and to top it off when i had to pay regardless of my findings i get in my car and my FUCKING driver back door was open at that point i called the cops on my self because i was about to get out my character and get in some big trouble that she was not gone be ready for. So then i asked her about that as well and she was being a smart ass so i asked for a supervisor over and over and right to this day still havent spoke to one and thus was over a week ago. They stole my car from my apartments. I have been living at my apartments for over a year and half. They came in one night at 3am took my car and said I did not have permission to park my car at the apartments where I live. To make things worse, it cost me $190 and they damaged my two front wheels (scratches and dents), because they do not have flatbeds, they still use the old style trucks that will damage your car. People need to beware of this company, all they do is tow, they do not fix cars or anything else. Stay clear of this company, use AAA or a local garage to come and tow your car if you need towing. Do not call them, it will cost you and arm and leg to get your car. They towed my brothers vehicle from Kyle. Charged $300 for 3 hours. The car wouldn't start and they wouldn't let us jumpstart the car bc it is considered "working on the car" inside the yard. They wouldn't let them push the car out bc it "against the Texas law". I explained we needed to get home bc our mother was in the hospital and my father in law had just passed away due to covid, to have some compassion. She said "I don't have any compassion, this is my job." They used their last $300 to pay to get the car out and she said they had to get a tow company to tow them out of the yard for them to be able to jump start it. I don't understand all the 1 star reviews. I'd imagine it's from people who are angry at the situation and are taking it out on the company. I had a seamless, friendly experience. I, an adult, knew I parked somewhere I could potentially get towed and guess what I got towed. When I called the lady on the phone was very nice, confirmed my car was there, and told me everything I would need to get it back. I, an adult, listened to what she said and brought those items with me. It took about 10 minutes from walking up to the window to getting in my car and the lady working was so nice the whole time. The guy managing the place yelled at a customer like it was his birthright to tow cars without leaving any clue whether it was theft or legal. I had no idea if I'd find my car or end up filing a missing person's report--for myself. And let's not forget his weed-smoking buddies hanging by the fence for 'moral support.' No warning. No signs. Reliant Towing is running a scam with Austin's "The 704" luxury apartment complex. They tow away all cars parked in the gated, visitor lot and extort you for $240. They tow inside a gated complex where a registered owner must buzz you in, and the gate is timed for one vehicle only. The anorexic, bitter meth lady at the desk was rude and completely a psycho. She told me to stop "yelling and get out of here" when I was calmly explaining the situation.
