My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. In my experience, there were repeated inconsistencies between what was promised and what was delivered regarding compensation and working conditions. Communication was often unprofessional, and commitments were frequently broken. Based on our experience, we believe my daughter was underpaid by thousands of dollars for the work she performed. We are currently exploring our options for reporting these labor concerns to the appropriate authorities.
