I had to used a four-way tire iron and a piece of pipe for leverage to break them loose that's how tight they were and that's ridiculous. So let me tell you the whole story. The whole story is that I went in there to get tires on my truck and got home to find that they left one of my center cap off my vehicles rim and vowel stem cap, which was aftermarket nice chrome ones. I called them when I realized and they told me they would look for them and have a manager get back in touch with me. No one ever got back with me within the next week so I drove back up there to speak with the manager and of course he wasn't there and the employee at the front desk pretended to look around for my parts and then said that they could not find my parts and they would have a manager get back in touch with me tomorrow morning we he gets inn. No one ever got back in touch with me. I took it up on myself and bought my own center cap for $30 and put a valve stem cover on and just forgot about it until today when I had the flat tire and couldn't break the lug nuts loose and had to use a pipe to get them loose. This is the type of business these people do, they won't get back to the customers when they screwed her vehicles up nor did they do the job right the first time. I definitely do not and will not do business with them again, there are too many tire shops out there to have to put up with this crap!

As stated by Austin (claimed to be the manager). I arrived for my appointment and was informed that the online prices were promotional pricing, therefore, no additional military discount may be applied. Understandable, however, I asked Austin to show me where that promotional offer was stated in writing. Austin stated it's not written anywhere in order to verify, and that's how online pricing is. In addition, he disclosed "shop fees" that were neglected to be disclose online quote "out the door price" As I tried to state my point, Austin began to behave in a passive aggressive manner at which he deferred to not only cutting me of at every sentence but also speaking to me in a demeaning manner stating "that's the way online prices are big guy", and "I'll make sure to add your complaint to the long list of complaints". He appeared to have taken the matter personal from my observation. I stated there was no need to be referring to calling me "big guy" even after he knew my name. Ultimately, Austin's behavior was not necessary, yet it seems he may be experiencing frustrations from dealing with this online pricing issue. He eluded that this online pricing matter was a bigger headache than I understood e.g. "shop fees". If online pricing is a bigger issue, then at best the company should consider looking into properly disclosing all fees and charges, to include all promotional offers e.g. discounted prices on tires. This may alleviate continuous points of contention with pricing as Austin eluded to. Or at least consider restructuring the front staff as to ensure staff aren't being burnt out. Sadly, as a one time customer this was a disappointing business transaction and would not be returning back and will not be recommending Apex tire & auto to friends and family. The nicest, most courteous, skilled and highest level of integrity I've seen in a shop since I moved here. My most recent repair entailed replacing the shield under my engine. The receptionist showed me the best way to obtain the part and they installed it once it came in for an extremely reasonable price. Going to a shop can be a scary experience. Trust these guys, use these guys for all of your repairs. They are your partner to keep your car running well and for any repairs you may need. You can generally find something a little cheaper elsewhere but I recommend getting the extra coverage as they have so many locations you'll be covered if something happens when you are on the road.

I scheduled an appointment to make sure my tires were changed asap, knowing how busy they get. I…read morearrived early, per request. I sat there for almost six hours watching people who came in after me get taken care of and leave. I asked for brand new tires all the way around and an alignment. I told them the truck was on the way to my mechanic after this stop to get the trucks other issues looked at and all I wanted them to do was change the tires and do the alignment. The mechanic constantly came in complaining and wanting to upsell me. I consistently turned them down, which he would punish me for by stopping work on my truck. Then, another upsell attempt. And another, and another. Finally, after almost six hours of this, the mechanic decided he couldn't do the alignment. I have no issues with the explanation, but I took issue with having to wait six hours for this conclusion that shouldn't have taken more than a few minutes to decide. I had to reschedule other work I had scheduled that day, at a cost to me. The cherry on top? After waiting six hours to have my new tires put on, they didn't even put the spare back on the hanger, they just threw it in the bed of the truck. My time is much more valuable to me than waiting six hours for new tires. I think this is my last visit to Big Chief. I left a shop I'd been going to for 30 years to try them out. Sorry, this is unacceptable by any standards.

I was working remotely and desperately needed wifi so much that I cried. Someone was working on the router and the guest wifi was down. A gentleman gave me the workers wifi info so I could clock in for work. I ended up needing a tire fair priced (I compared while waiting). When I called ahead they said there was no wait, when I got there, I was told there was a 2 hour wait. I think I waited 45 minutes. Read reviews online and they were pretty legit. Not open on weekends.
