They delivered the not-so-great news about an oil leak in a way that was clear, respectful, and not overwhelming--no pressure, just honest information. Ty actually showed me the leak while my car was up, which I've never had an experience like that but greatly appreciated! Afterward, I asked Ty where I could go to replace my battery, and he recommended another place that ended up being just as great. That kind of honesty and willingness to help really stood out. Both Sam and Ty were kind, professional, and easy to talk to. As a manager myself, I would absolutely hire them. They both need raises--seriously. Highly recommend this location! I don't know much about cars but I do know a lot of places will try to upsell you on things you don't need, especially if you blatantly tell them you don't know what you're doing. The guy was transparent with me about my oil change, let me know that the cheapest option was just as good as the next one up (for my particular make & model & mileage) & he even gave me a discount on top of that. I tried to give him $10 for great service, he refused the tip, then proceeded to offer me a free car wash... I was like does somebody know me here?? Hahaha I paid for my car wash before he could offer though, so they gave me a free detail package. 10/10 recommend. I haven't stopped talking about how awesome the staff was.
