Depending on who is working determines the quality of the wash. Most of them brush your car before you pull through, MOST! With that being said , my car now has freshly washed bird poop on the hood, some road film on the bottom near the frame and some sticky stuff , I choose not to know what it even is. Guess when I go through next week, maybe I'll get it cleaned off. Consistency is the key to a successful business.

When I pulled up the lane where they wipe it down and clean the inside, I saw Manager, Elvis and asked him if there was any way to get the thick black grease our of the mats and carpet. He took and look and simply said, "I've got you, I think I can get this out." Just a few minutes later, he had it clean! Wow! THIS is why we go back with two cars in our household - excellence!
