I regularly buy La Chapalita tortillas from your location at 1265 N Kraemer Blvd, Anaheim. I'm reaching out because over the past 4 weeks, I've noticed a consistent decline in the quality of these tortillas. They are coming out hard and stiff, not soft and flexible like they used to be. When heated, they no longer have the same texture, which directly affects the quality of the tacos we serve to our customers. Upon doing so, I was stopped by an employee who raised her voice and demanded to see my membership card, insisting that I was entering incorrectly. I calmly explained that I was there for an eye exam and that, according to Costco's stated policy, a membership is not required for this service. Despite this, the employee continued to speak to me in a confrontational manner and did not acknowledge the information I provided. This interaction occurred in front of numerous other customers, which made the situation especially embarrassing. I understand that employees are responsible for enforcing store policies. However, this situation could have been handled in a far more respectful and professional manner. There was no apology or attempt to clarify the misunderstanding, which made the experience even more disappointing.

My younger son Marvel saw his new favorite grape plant on the other side of the display. I am a tall woman I'm 5'9 and couldn't reach it. We were then exiting the isle and Marvel walked over to Tim ( He is definitely taller than me). I'm telling Marvel to come over but Tim is listening to Marvel and wanted him to get the grape plant he wanted. Tim took it upon himself to be a SUPERHERO for Marvel and did his thing and made my son's day which in turn absolutely made my day.
