The décor and even the staff uniforms immediately reminded me of Spain, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the restaurant felt upscale while still being comfortable for families. The service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional. We were seated at a large table, and there were many gauchos constantly making their way around the dining room. Each one carried a large metal skewer with a different cut of freshly grilled meat or Brazilian sausage. They came to our table one after another, describing each selection and slicing as much as we wanted directly onto our plates. Every few minutes there was another delicious option to try. The gourmet salad area is just as impressive. You simply take a plate and help yourself to variety of fresh salads, cheeses, charcuterie, vegetables, and many other delicious options, whether you're in the mood for lighter bites or want to pair your meal with a variety of sides. To finish our celebration, we were presented with a dessert display. The staff brought a tray with sample desserts to our table, making it easy to see each option before ordering.
