Then they give you 3D glasses, and let me tell you YOU REALLY WANT THOSE GLASSES. Of course, the first hole my 6yo starts a royal tantrum. Once again, the girl at the desk gives both my kids glow bracelets. It doesn't calm my daughter down, but it helps. My kids are fussy the whole time, but I was having a ball. The paintings and colorings on everything with the glasses literally make you feel like you are hallucinating. In some cases I felt like I was hovering or something and didn't know where to put my feet at. Absolute riot. Course was decent. Not overtly hard - good for my 6yo and 8yo. There was one hole about 2/3 of the way through that was basically impossible. Got a military discount too. After we finished the girl at the counter asked if we wanted some free tokens for the arcade. I don't know if that is standard or she just felt bad for me and having my kids go nuclear multiple times while there. According to the bartender, they have ping-pong, pickleball, and a big upstairs outdoor patio with amazing views of Tempe and the surrounding area. There's also a large parking lot, lots of outdoor seating, and even a dog park area, which makes it really easy to spend time here. The bartenders and wait staff were very friendly. Azbel was a great server. I had the bistro steak and fries and the Szechuan lettuce wraps, and both were really good. Portions were generous. During late-night happy hour my total was about $55 for a main entrée, an appetizer, a cocktail, and tip, which felt like a great deal. I was pleasantly surprised that happy hour runs every day Monday through Sunday from 3-6 PM and again from 8 PM to close. I also checked out the event venue on site, and it looks like it would be a great place for a company party, corporate event, or group gathering. I'll definitely be returning in the near future.

They offer food here for kiddos and there's even a smaller play area for babies. *tip: no non-slip socks, just regular socks since you don't want to get stuck in the middle of one of the slides (I typically always have my son in grippy non-slip socks when I take him to indoor playgrounds like this, was surprised they required regular socks). Pricing is decent as they let you return for the day if you want (but who are we kidding, what parent actually has that kind of time?). Parking lot is in a pretty busy shopping plaza. The park is nice and the water seemed clean and not smelly, but I wish we had more areas of denser vegetation like the hummingbird area to walk around in. It does seem pretty well kept up and I noticed several newer desert willows growing. At 8 am on a spring Sunday, it was busy with people walking, fishing, at the playground, and doing tai Chi, but parking wasn't an issue.

Each room features different safari animals and glow in the dark props, it was such a fun and unique setup.
