We took our cushions to them and asked them to replace the foam with a stronger filling. Mr. Sanches told us how he would do the work and told us he would order the materials. In about a week he would form the materials to custom fit the shape needed. He called in less then a week. We picked the cushions up and after inspection them, he helped us put them in our SUV and guided us out onto the street. We are very satisfied with his work.

The piece is complicated; lots of seams, pockets, and moving parts, but also mechanics under the chair and power cords to deal with. Not only was the upholstery work beautifully done, but the chair worked without a hitch when they returned it. They delivered the chair in a timely manner, assembled all the pieces, and made sure it was in working order before they left. As I mentioned, it's been a few years since the work was completed; my dad has passed, but the chair has been handed down to another family member, and the upholstery still looks as good as new. I'm sorry I don't have images, trust me. I will definitely use M & G again. Great workmanship and excellent customer service.

He gave me the unfortunate news that Margie had passed away in September and the property has been sold. He plans to finish what jobs he can and is in the process of calling current customers to pick up any work he isn't able to finish. He will pack up his stuff and continue upholstering from his home residence in Inglewood, off of Century Blvd. So, if you are an old customer of AAA Upholstery, do give them a call before the end of the year if you want to continue having him do your work. I could tell from talking to Carlos that he is experienced, highly confident, speaks kindly and honestly. I will likely take my job to him in his new location in the new year.

They were quick with a response through Yelp and even followed up with me directly before reaching out to my grandmother. Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls! Ultimately, she decided that purchasing a new vinyl recliner might be more frugal but is looking forward to having them come out and repair a leather recliner once she's got her new furniture delivered.
