The hygienist that I saw yesterday was just filling in, but she was so gentle and understanding I wish she was permanent. When the doctor was running a bit behind, or got stuck with another patient, she advised me right away. She also took the time to sit and have an actual conversation with me and that helped ease my anxiety. I have nothing but great things to say about her, I am just bummed I forgot her name so I could not give her the recognition she deserves.
