It felt good to be seen and heard while in the chair. Dr. Jill was just as kind and helpful. When the doctor was running a bit behind, or got stuck with another patient, she advised me right away. Otherwise, you could waste months thinking you have an appointment when you don't. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this office. I scheduled what I was told would be an emergency appointment back on June 9, 2025, for August 27, 2025 -- I waited 11 weeks and 4 days thinking I had a confirmed time to be seen for an urgent dental issue. When I showed up and waited nearly an hour, I finally asked the front desk about the delay. That's when I was informed -- for the first time -- that this wasn't actually an appointment, but a "waiting to be seen" situation. This was never communicated to me during scheduling or check-in. To make matters worse, I was told that real emergency appointments are now being booked into January 2027. How is that acceptable for urgent care? This kind of miscommunication and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to people dealing with dental pain or urgent needs.
