Her classes have truly changed my life. I actually look forward to going--it's become my safe place and my strong place. Dafna is absolutely meant to be a yoga teacher. She's kind, gentle, and knows exactly how to push you in the best way. You can tell she's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares. I'm so grateful to have found this space--it's given me an escape I didn't even realize I needed. I feel stronger, and I can both see and feel the difference. It's a little far from me in the South Bay but I knew I had to try it. For parking, the lot is shared with other businesses so when I got there, it was full and parked in the lot down the street. I wouldn't suggest to park in front of the NXPT if it's the games classes since we're using wall balls near cars. When I found the class on classpass for Wednesday night, the name of it was a little confusing because it said "OCR/Games/Hyrox/Deka" so I didn't really know what that meant until I showed up to the class to learn that depending on when the next event is, that is the type of training they're doing. So my class focused on the Hyrox because the Anaheim event is in five weeks. Hannibal is the trainer and he was friendly with a quick introduction and had to jump on a call before class started. I asked around to sign the waiver and got someone to help me. I wanted to make sure that didn't slow me down starting the class on time. Thankfully I do strength training and hot yoga outside of this class so I felt I could keep up but having been to new classes before, they seem to take care of newbies with just a few more instructions. I ended up figuring it out and maybe the style of this gym is no hand holding but I ended up asking other attendees in the class about the structure. Most of the moves in this class were standard but when it came to Sled, I wasn't sure in my form. I'd suggest when they get newbies in these games classes to ask them if they've done anything like this before and if not, show them the proper technique of the moves. That helps in the actual events since form matters and also prevents injuries. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll be back!

The coach provided us with a stretch and a workout set of 5-6 different exercises that consisted of ball slams, kettlebell swings, jumping rope, squats with weights, toe touches, and v sit ups. After years of not going to the gym, a friend of mine recommended KMF CrossFit. I was a little…read morenervous and intimidated at first because I knew I was out of shape and felt even worse about my working out "skills". However, I decided to push myself to try something new. Little did I know that I'd LOVE THIS PLACE! KMF is not like any other gym. Every trainer is very encouraging and even the other members are too. When you walk in, you can feel the positivity. At KMF there is no judgement! Everyone wants to see everyone else succeed. I have never felt so comfortable working out anywhere else than I do at KMF. The trainers take their time to show you each movement carefully so that you feel comfortable doing them, they are not extremely pushy and they modify movements that still challenge you but accommodate to your needs in order to complete the work out. In all honesty, you gain more than just a great gym, you gain a new family! Everyday, I look forward to attending KMF. It's a really motivating feeling to have found a CrossFit Gym like KMF. I enjoy the structure of the class and that coaches will demonstrate alternative exercises. The gym itself is clean and everyone does their part to keep it that way. I didn't know if I would like the whole group workout or partner but I've grown to like it. One of the perks is their water dispenser always so clean and cold at the end of a workout. Another cool feature is the performance 360 application where I can track my weight count per exercise and reps and for being only 1 month I am seeing some progress and also better energy levels. This is the first time that I can honestly say that I have seen not only an improvement in my physique, but an overall improvement in my cardiovascular health and overall improvement in my strength and endurance. The coaches at this gym have legitimate experience in coaching. The coaches here take their work really seriously and make a serious effort to correct form during the classes, and ensure that you are performing the movement correctly. They don't mess around, and make the environment so welcoming and comfortable. P360 even gives you access to nutrition resources by their nutrition coaches. The workouts are strategically planned out, usually up to a couple weeks out in advance. Very organized, to ensure that no matter what day you go, you will be getting a legitamte workout. I love that on the app you can see what the workouts are going to be for the week and it doesn't matter which P360 location you end up being a member at, the workouts are going to be the exact same for all the locations. And if you are someone who is new to fitness, new to using the kind of weights and barbells that are used here, there's no need to be intimidated by it. There are people of ALL ages at this gym and ALL kinds of fitness levels. They make it easy to modify some of the workouts if you have some limitations. Prior to becoming a member at P360, I was going to a lot of random studios off of ClassPass. So I feel like I have a lot of group fitness gyms to compare it too. 10/10 recommend P360.

Parking tends to be easy if you're patient with those leaving class before yours. The room feels very spacious and large. The con is that this location gets warm. Unlike some of the other ones that have air flowing, this one feels like it depends on fans, so an afternoon class in the summer will really get your heart rate going because of how hot it is. The format of the workout is three stations- cardio, racks and turf. If the class isn't full, you are able to double up. I like to start with cardio to get it out of the way. The coach will demo moves for all stations beforehand and then signal you when it's time to move to the next exercise. The class keeps a great pace and has you moving with very brief recovery breaks. Weekend classes are full body where the weekday ones have a focus area. Really love getting to come to these classes! They are tough but a solid calorie burn and sweat!

Other than the staff being friendly and the fact that there are saunas, the gym itself has so much degraded equipment, locker rooms have unusable lockers, and there are not enough sanitation stations. I really like the location of this gym, but it is unfortunate that membership prices at commercial gyms rise, while we do not receive quality equipment.

The coaches are AMAZING and being a local mom and business owner, I love that almost every class I go to I know someone. I think the best thing I can say is that the coaches keep you accountable. My dad has been sick so I go through times where I'm a little low and Coach Mike is always sending me texts asking how I'm doing and to try and come in twice this week. Most gyms just want your money and if you don't come in they don't care. Xplicit wants to see you there and if they don't they reach out to see what's up. Makes me feel like I'm not just a member number, but an important member that is cared about. 10/10 recommendation. Also Coach Tasha has put together so many fun activities outside of the gym like Yoga and Hikes. She is my FAVORITE Yoga teacher in our community and love that she is able to bring her practice to Xplicit.
