Where do I even start on how much I love this place?? Shneur is exceptional. I have been to many…read morefitness/bootcamp style establishments over the years. I've done yoga, pilates, indoor/outdoor bootcamps, at home crap, and everything else. I WANT to want to workout but nothing has ever stuck for me to actually stick with it. Make sense? I am 100% stuck on KettleFlex fitness. As with all specialty places, I started with a Groupon. For the first time ever, I actually used ALL of my sessions! I knew it would be worth the membership even if I only came 8 times a month. The "classes" are more of a do-it-at-your-own-pace style which I love. I genuinely feel like it's a personal training session more than a gym membership. There is a list of exercises is put on the whiteboard and thats the outline for the workout. No frills. Just get 'er done and get on with your day kind of workout. Shneur is encouraging and suggests when I should increase weight and helps me to push through my own mental blocks but he never barks orders or is drill sergeant-y. He will take as much time as you need to understand and exercise and never makes you feel like a goober when he's explained it 10 times and you're still doing it wrong (stupid Turkish getups or whatever). Ultimately I have not lost any weight, but my abs are TOTALLY COMING ALONG!! I can now do kettlebell swings with a 53 pound kettlebell. I can actually do push ups which I've never been successful at...and I am getting way better with the ab roller. I love this place and I love the laid back style of the training. I highly recommend you check it out. If you're looking for frills and foo foo crap, this isnt for you. But I'd you want a bomb ass workout, this is the place.

I went to this place on ClassPass and the class was so good. There was parking and near sdsu. I…read morewould go again! A good workout with a focus of using the kettle bell. They had water that was on tap and a bathroom

I've tried so many different yoga studios and genuinely thought I just didn't like hot yoga…read more.. until I found NXPT and took Dafna's Hot Yoga Fusion class. Her classes have truly changed my life. I actually look forward to going--it's become my safe place and my strong place. Dafna is absolutely meant to be a yoga teacher. She's kind, gentle, and knows exactly how to push you in the best way. You can tell she's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares. I'm so grateful to have found this space--it's given me an escape I didn't even realize I needed. I feel stronger, and I can both see and feel the difference. If you're even slightly hesitant to try this studio, just go. I promise you won't regret it. Thank you, Dafna

I had been looking for Spartan prep classes and had heard all over Facebook groups that this NXPT…read moreis the place to go for this type of training classes. It's a little far from me in the South Bay but I knew I had to try it. For parking, the lot is shared with other businesses so when I got there, it was full and parked in the lot down the street. I wouldn't suggest to park in front of the NXPT if it's the games classes since we're using wall balls near cars. When I found the class on classpass for Wednesday night, the name of it was a little confusing because it said "OCR/Games/Hyrox/Deka" so I didn't really know what that meant until I showed up to the class to learn that depending on when the next event is, that is the type of training they're doing. So my class focused on the Hyrox because the Anaheim event is in five weeks. Hannibal is the trainer and he was friendly with a quick introduction and had to jump on a call before class started. I asked around to sign the waiver and got someone to help me. I wanted to make sure that didn't slow me down starting the class on time. Thankfully I do strength training and hot yoga outside of this class so I felt I could keep up but having been to new classes before, they seem to take care of newbies with just a few more instructions. I ended up figuring it out and maybe the style of this gym is no hand holding but I ended up asking other attendees in the class about the structure. Most of the moves in this class were standard but when it came to Sled, I wasn't sure in my form. I'd suggest when they get newbies in these games classes to ask them if they've done anything like this before and if not, show them the proper technique of the moves. That helps in the actual events since form matters and also prevents injuries. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll be back!
