The owner honored the quoted price. UNFORTUNATELY, a week after actually unzipping the suit out from the garment bag, The buttons from my custom suit were chipped. I have not addressed this issue with the owner, but at this point, I'm not sure there is anything they can or will do. It would have been a different issue if I looked at it and scanned the suit before leaving the dry cleaner.

Two minutes ago I picked up a white three-piece suit that my husband owns for various 1920s themed costume parties/venues. Two YEARS ago, he spilled soy sauce all over the sleeves and the front of the jacket and then forgot to ever have it cleaned. He had to wear it again last weekend and managed to get braised lamb on it. I brought it to Royal cleaners showed them all the spots, apologized and just requested that they do their "best". I would give it 5…read morestars, but the parking is shared with a nail shop, 2 restaurants, and a hair salon, so that makes it a challenge to get a space and the laundry mat is often very busy most days The 2nd issue is the equipment is starting to need service and some dryers don't get your clothes dry so choose wisely. 3rd issue is be careful picking the machines. This one could use a clear screen I didn't notice until after I loaded up a load that required a delicate setting. Super annoying
