My best guess is that the company has changed ownership in the past few years. I have had thousands of massages in my lifetime and this was hands down the worst massage of them all! My experience was very similar to another recent reviewer. First, when I arrived to the location, the owner was eating lunch at the front desk which is unprofessional. I was quickly taken to a massage room. The room was a biohazard. There was an old washcloth on the face cradle, but not completely covering it. The face cradle was filthy and smelled like a public bus seat. There was makeup smeared all over the walls for some reason. The sheets felt super cheap. The massage therapist entered the rooming coughing and REEKED of cigarette smoke! It was as if this guy had smoked an entire carton of cigarettes in his car with the windows up immediately prior to the massage. While I enjoy a deep tissue massage, this was ridiculous, he was just putting his entire weight on my spine. it was like his focus was oddly on bone and not muscle. Nothing felt good, not in the least. I tried to tell him to ease up and he went deeper. I want to say he doesn't speak any English at all but I think it might be an act. At one point he laughed a little and said, "Wowwww you so strong!" this made me think he understood English and was just seeing how much nonsense I could take. He started tugging on my right arm, hard and injured my right shoulder! I have struggled to use it since that day. Eventually I just said that's it, no more, done! He just walked out. He was the worst massage therapist I have ever encountered and I get massages every other week! Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! This spot needs Jesus!

The service is always amazing. I got treated today to a spa day from hubby and I opted for the Heaven Royal Hammam treatment, which was amazing. It consisted of a body scrub with some salts, some sauna time, rest in between, and a finish with a nice massage. What a beautiful way to spend my birthday being pampered. I'm not able to do spa days frequently, but I can tell you that when I do have the opportunity, I love this place. The owner is very nice, they've been around for years now. I've been with my best friend to get a couples massage and with my husband to get a couples massage and they never disappoint. Very relaxing. You even get a treat with Moroccan tea. The most common reason I don't enjoy my experience is because on each of the 3 occasions I visited this spot and had a different therapist each time-all are absolutely instructed to upsell the shit out of you. They start about ten minutes in once you are almost starting to relax. Then it's add cupping, you need to add cupping, and medicine that's good for you. No matter if you specifically say at the beginning all I want is cupping or I don't want to add anything-these people have been trained to do this. It's like you went to get a massage, but instead decided to go to a timeshare presentation. It ruins the massage. My other point of contention is the lack of communication-and it's because of language. I don't care what language anyone speaks-I can figure out a way to communicate but they seem to be deceptive here. The English speaking desk attendant is lovely and she clearly understands but doesn't relay to the therapist who doesn't speak English as well. They don't ask you if you have troubled areas or talk to you about the service they are about to perform. I had many questions like how long for each arm and leg? How long is cupping? Every time I go there it's a different amount of time-today was less than ten minutes so I refused to pay for it $30 and I don't have marks. The therapist did not understand me. Instead of leaving and getting the desk attendant as an interpreter-she kept insisting she understood and said "yes yes yes " but she did not understand as she didn't do what I asked or answer any of my questions. I kept removing the towel she placed over my eyes because it had "medicine" on it which is like menthol or camphor and I didn't want it on my face-she put it back on me twice. If you know the therapist can't communicate with customers-it would seem so easy to spend 3 minutes speaking with the front desk person and agreeing on treatment. Again, this lady worked hard on me-I tipped her as she deserved it! This is really on the owner and how they are clearly pushed to upsell but they are not actual speaking to the customer. It's a service that is expensive and requires communication. At one point while I was speaking to the therapist about my massage-since there was no small talk as she didn't understand me-she told me I should lower my voice because other people are around. Just to be clear they are doing construction next door and all throughout my massage it was noisy from that and loud banging but me asking questions was the problem. So I wasn't able to communicate to get the service I wanted but at least she was able to tell me to be quiet so I didn't disturb anyone else with my questions! I wouldn't go back at this point. Tried it 3 times and it never got better.

I arrived on time and was placed in the room at 2:00, changed and ready for my appointment. By 2:30, I was still waiting and had not been seen. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but each time I was put on hold even though I was already in the room waiting. Sitting there for 30 minutes with no communication or explanation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Good customer service includes respecting clients' time and communicating when there are delays. Unfortunately, this experience felt very disorganized and poorly managed.
