From the start I just felt a good vibe from this dealership. Trevor, a motorcycle fanatic, was the first sales person I dealt with and he had me on a CVO Street Glide test ride within 10 minutes. A couple months later the 2025 Lowrider ST came along so I called about a test ride. And of course, they told me come on down and we will put you on one. After the test ride, my mind was made up, and I made the purchase of the ST through Dani who is one little lady that loves all brands of Motorcycle's and also putting the miles on them. Shout out to Edwin helping with the paperwork along the way. Overall excellent dealership whose personnel actually ride motorcycles and any one of them can offer up their advice for upgrades or add-ons. I can't forget Big Jon in the parts department who also was on top his game with my parts order and is not just a motorcycle rider, but he's a motorcycle enthusiast/ builder with six motorcycles in his garage. The salesman after a B.S. sales speech decided he could "do me a favor" and sell me the bike "out the door" for a very good deal of "$26,000 ! What do you think I did ? Well , I gave him another chance to get serious and sell me a bike that maybe had a little less sales appeal at a reasonable price ! He did , he showed me a 107" Softail Standard ( listing for $14,899) for "only" ---$20,499 ! I have sworn to "Never again try to do business" with such a non-reputable dealer that choose to insult me rather than try to sell a motorcycle ! The staff here was and is very helpful. I bought a new bike from here and was treated very well and it was an enjoyable experience buying my first brand new Harley. I went with a 2020 Street Glide Special and felt well taken care of. I have also used them for my 1000 mile service and it was in and out quickly the same day. 2 months after buying the bike I was rear ended on the bike and am having it repaired at this Harley dealership and they handled the insurance and kept me updated. I was in the market for my first motorcycle, and had zeroed in on Indian or HD cruiser. After trying out various bikes, I decided to buy the HD Fat Bob. While the overall experience of finding the right bike was great, the final cost and what it included left a sour taste as my wife and I were literally taken for a ride. All along the negotiations, we were made to believe that the three accessories (Highway bar, mini footrest, and seat) we had asked for were included if we made the decision that day. Once all the transaction was completed and we paid the 24k+ cash, we were taken to the parts department to get our accessories. Over there we were told that the accessories weren't included and we could get a discount. Even the manager said he saw how the draft document that had our accessories listed, along with the final price could be misunderstood by us. The classic response from all was that since all paperwork was done, there was nothing they could do other than giving us a discount on those accessories. It's my mistake that I took their word as-is and didn't go through all the documentation prior to paying them. Yes, I can still cancel the transaction but that would be against HD, which is a great company. Their bikes are great, their people at the dealership are good too, but I'd suggest everyone to be very careful with what you're paying for.....because once you've paid, it's the end of the transaction for them. read more

3 or 4 stars? This is the question I debated for a minute. I chose 4 because I understand things are trying to get back to "normal." Companies are short staffed and waiting for parts is beyond anyone's control right now. I dropped off my bike for what I thought was only a semi small repair, apparently it was a little bigger than I thought and my bike stayed in the shop for 6 weeks!!! It ended up costing triple the amount I was told upfront. I was a little disappointed that no one called me to discuss this, and took it upon themselves to just fix my bike and spend my money. Well...either way, I had to get it fixed so I didn't really say much. I just wanted to cry as I paid. The staff was super cool but their communication needs work. Joe, one of the service advisors, was on top of everything with prompt quotes, making room to get me in right away, and keeping me updated on the work that was being done. He even took me back in the shop so Kevin, one of the Master Tech's, could answer my questions. Kevin did a great job with all the work and Joe and Kevin made sure I had everything done just the way I wanted it. These guys were awesome to work with. Let's face it, every shop in town and Carson has pretty much the same hourly shop rates, so what's important to me is the quality of work and to be treated like a valued customer.
