Hi I get my gel nails done here and they charge me $55 for the full set but I had some stones put in my nail and 40 for the fill, I always call before but I think they do take walk ins during the week there super busy on weekends

How much do they charge for a pedicure and a manicure?

30$ for the pedicure and 20$ for manicure 10$+ for the gel polish

My nails last me until my next fill. Sometimes I go passed 3 weeks and they are still fine

Yes they do.

How much is it for coffin shape gel nails with designs or with too of the ring fingers with rhinestone?

Honestly I do not know, but my gel manicure was only $35 but when I asked for the foil it only went up $5 more. They all say Liam and Chi do the best at coffin nails, worth its price.

Because of that experience, I was excited to return. Unfortunately, my second visit was very disappointing. I was paired with a different nail technician, and the quality of service was noticeably different. She asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, and I said yes, but she only trimmed my big toenails and left the rest untouched. The polish application was also very poorly done. It was uneven and looked rushed--the worst polish job I've ever received during a pedicure. I considered mentioning it, but her two children arrived during my appointment, and I got the impression she may have been distracted or trying to finish quickly. Based on my second experience, I don't plan to return. It's unfortunate because my first visit set such high expectations. I hope the salon can provide more consistent service in the future.

This time, I specifically requested a female nail technician because the male technicians I've had here in the past have been extremely rough--one even cut me. A coworker of mine has had a similar experience here, so I made a point of requesting a woman, hoping I would have a better experience. Unfortunately, I was given Lily, and today's experience was just as bad. I have been getting pedicures for over 25 years. I know what a good pedicure feels like, and I know when someone is being unnecessarily rough. Throughout the entire service, Lily was constantly grabbing, repositioning, and forcefully moving my foot every 30 seconds. I have NEVER experienced anything like it during a pedicure. It felt like I was being manhandled rather than receiving a relaxing $65 service. I specifically asked for my toenails to be cut VERY short and for the ingrown areas to be carefully cleaned out. Instead, Lily CUT MY FOOT. Then, to top it all off, the gel polish application looks terrible. The polish is pushed all the way down into my cuticles, and the edges are jagged and sloppy. For $65, I expect someone to be able to apply gel polish cleanly and professionally without injuring me in the process. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing--not an experience where you're being jerked around by your feet, cut, and then sent home with sloppy polish. I have genuinely tried to give this place multiple chances because the location is so convenient, but convenience is not worth paying $65 to be manhandled, injured, and leave unhappy with the quality of the work. Unfortunately, after this experience with Lily, I will not be returning.

Many places don't do that anymore. The location was easy to find in the Clear Acre's strip mall. I was welcomed by the Owner Jenny and she passed me off to Isela, she started a couple weeks ago. It's a Latino driven shop. They have pedicures, deluxe and VIP. I got the deluxe I wish now I got the VIP for $5 more to receive the paraffin wax . The range is $60-75 for gel and $5.00 for decoration. I was there for a hour and half, Isela took her time. She can do free style art work or stickers. I chose the stickers. The place was spotless and they asked if I like a small bottle of water which is always a nice touch. I paid with cash not sure if there was a credit card fee or not. No discount for cash. The Technician was very gentle sometimes I do prefer the cheese grater for my winter callous, but otherwise, I'd go back, but I'm always on a mission to try different nail salons in the area.

Later, I realized the creator worked nearby and appeared to know the owner--he even stopped in during my appointment to ask to borrow staples. That made me question how unbiased the recommendation really was. This salon has a lot of potential, but the customer service fell short. I was the only customer there, yet I still felt overlooked and uncomfortable. Between the paid parking, the price of the service, and the overall experience, I don't feel it was worth the cost.

*I completely understand the situation with one of the clients nail beds separating but that is more of personal issue rather than a company issue because girl not everyones nail beds just separate after a full set... Also its a "he said she said" situation as well and I definetly do not see any of the women there saying "bitch"... You are fully blaming Reno Nail Spa without taking accountability yourself when you literally admitted that you went to a different nail tech prior to the visit so it COULD have been due to the other nail techs poor sanitization or maybe its a personal health issue... No one knows what exactly happened to your nail so I don't see the reason why you are trying to bash them in with MULTIPLE reviews about ONE person and ONE situation.* Anyways, I absolutely love Reno Nail Spa! I have been going here for the past 5 months and have had beautiful results every time. The ladies that work here are very hard working and so sweet! The prices here are very fair compared to many shops I have been to in Reno and in California. If you want long nails don't expect them to be $65 at ANY shop. I went to Reno Nail Spa after trying out another nail salon in the area and having a few bad experiences. I paid $70 for a pink and white full set at the other salon and it was lifting so bad I almost had to get another new set. I made my appointment through Yelp and they were very quick to reply. My appointment was for 5:15pm on a Thursday. I showed up a few minutes before my time and ended up having to sit there for 30 minutes before I was seen. They are definitely very busy. Liam did my nails and did an AMAZING job. He was working with some really bad nails and he had patience with me not wanting to get a new set and he went through and fixed my nails so you couldn't even tell. I will definitely go back here and see Liam, I just hope the wait isn't as long every time, because that is annoying. read more

First off, out of all the nail salons here Reno Nail Spa is by far my favorite. The nail Techs are all amazing and customer friendly, the atmosphere is very chill. Liam is my FAVV, he never disappoints. I love a long stiletto or coffin ombré nail and every time he perfects it. I usually book an appointment in advanced because I know they can get a little busy at times. but today I decided last minute to get my nails done, Originally booking with anyone available (because they are all good) I walk it was very busy upon my arrival, and at 5 PM I was sitting in Liams chair getting my nails done. The pedicures are the best I love the massages. And they never cut my nails too low. Also the fact that they let me charge my phone. I recommend this salon, they are the best!! read more

Within the past year I have started to consistently get my nails done at Reno Nail Spa after a handful of poor experiences at other salons. Their team is incredibly welcoming and always tries their best to give you exactly what you want. Although it can be a little pricey, you are paying for the quality. I have never had lifting or breakage, haven't even lost gems before. I see Ni, she is very thorough in her work and makes sure I leave completely satisfied ! I am a bit of a perfectionist and with that being said, I'll never leave her lol. I have recommended family and friends to the ladies here and highly encourage anyone else to give them a visit !! Absolutely love this place!! Queenie and Chi are amazing!! I went in today to get my nails fixed since I had previously gotten them done at another spot (which were horribly done) and Queenie cleaned up the mess left behind and made me feel sooo much better about my nails. She's fast, friendly and provides quality nails at a great price. This is why I shouldn't have ever gone anywhere else. Ni matched my inspo pic almost perfectly. The image I had was kind of fuzzy because it was a video screenshot, and we had to make some slight changes due to my nail length being shorter than the photo. I'm obsessed and can't stop looking at them. I will definitely be coming back here for the foreseeable future. This set of acrylics was $100 and I added a $20 tip. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I've always have wanted to get a "fancy set" but have been never able to due to nail technicians telling me they didn't know how to do it. I have been going to this salon for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. Very nice technicians and they all are so easy to talk to and create a fun vibe in the salon. They are also just very good at their jobs especially with efficiency. Very good prices as well. Queenie, Ni, and Rosie are my usuals for nails but everyone in the salon is trained to do an amazing job on every service which is something you don't see often. Exactly what I asked for but she added a little extra flare that made them even better than what I wanted and expected! Best place in town. I do not get my nails done anywhere else. They are so friendly and always willing to squeeze me in. Gel mani/pedi always lasts so long I end up going back just to change the color. The new remodel is super cute. Bonus they're open on Sundays. I've been going to Chi for months! She always makes time for me and does her best on my nails. Her designs amaze me every time. I've never been disappointed. I've never had this poor quality done that so many broke in only a few days. I get the hard gel and they have always lasted 3+ weeks.
