Hi I get my gel nails done here and they charge me $55 for the full set but I had some stones put in my nail and 40 for the fill, I always call before but I think they do take walk ins during the week there super busy on weekends

How much do they charge for a pedicure and a manicure?

30$ for the pedicure and 20$ for manicure 10$+ for the gel polish

My nails last me until my next fill. Sometimes I go passed 3 weeks and they are still fine

Yes they do.

How much is it for coffin shape gel nails with designs or with too of the ring fingers with rhinestone?

Honestly I do not know, but my gel manicure was only $35 but when I asked for the foil it only went up $5 more. They all say Liam and Chi do the best at coffin nails, worth its price.

Because of that experience, I was excited to return. Unfortunately, my second visit was very disappointing. I was paired with a different nail technician, and the quality of service was noticeably different. She asked if I wanted my toenails trimmed, and I said yes, but she only trimmed my big toenails and left the rest untouched. The polish application was also very poorly done. It was uneven and looked rushed--the worst polish job I've ever received during a pedicure. I considered mentioning it, but her two children arrived during my appointment, and I got the impression she may have been distracted or trying to finish quickly. Based on my second experience, I don't plan to return. It's unfortunate because my first visit set such high expectations. I hope the salon can provide more consistent service in the future.

I still had residue of mask on my legs.. now my set.. she cut them a nice length and then through out the process, she kept filing them down so they became short and uneven. I showed an inspo pic of French. She coated half the nail and cleaned it off however she did not take it off properly and it was all down my cuticles. I'm attaching the inspo pic and what I received. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I've been going here since I moved to Reno in Jan and I've had enough bad polish jobs and lazy service to continue. I always tip generously too. A coworker of mine has had a similar experience here, so I made a point of requesting a woman, hoping I would have a better experience. Unfortunately, I was given Lily, and today's experience was just as bad. I have been getting pedicures for over 25 years. I know what a good pedicure feels like, and I know when someone is being unnecessarily rough. Throughout the entire service, Lily was constantly grabbing, repositioning, and forcefully moving my foot every 30 seconds. I have NEVER experienced anything like it during a pedicure. It felt like I was being manhandled rather than receiving a relaxing $65 service. I specifically asked for my toenails to be cut VERY short and for the ingrown areas to be carefully cleaned out. Instead, Lily CUT MY FOOT. Then, to top it all off, the gel polish application looks terrible. The polish is pushed all the way down into my cuticles, and the edges are jagged and sloppy. For $65, I expect someone to be able to apply gel polish cleanly and professionally without injuring me in the process. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing--not an experience where you're being jerked around by your feet, cut, and then sent home with sloppy polish. I have genuinely tried to give this place multiple chances because the location is so convenient, but convenience is not worth paying $65 to be manhandled, injured, and leave unhappy with the quality of the work. Unfortunately, after this experience with Lily, I will not be returning.

Many places don't do that anymore. The location was easy to find in the Clear Acre's strip mall. I was welcomed by the Owner Jenny and she passed me off to Isela, she started a couple weeks ago. It's a Latino driven shop. They have pedicures, deluxe and VIP. I got the deluxe I wish now I got the VIP for $5 more to receive the paraffin wax . The range is $60-75 for gel and $5.00 for decoration. I was there for a hour and half, Isela took her time. She can do free style art work or stickers. I chose the stickers. The place was spotless and they asked if I like a small bottle of water which is always a nice touch. I paid with cash not sure if there was a credit card fee or not. No discount for cash. The Technician was very gentle sometimes I do prefer the cheese grater for my winter callous, but otherwise, I'd go back, but I'm always on a mission to try different nail salons in the area.

Also my manicurist said my daughter should talk to her if she's not getting who she makes appointment with online, that should never happen. Again, I've been going here since it opened 8 years ago and it is a very clean place with well trained manicurists. Very popular and busy especially around holidays. I make appointments in advance about 5 to six weeks but I know many people walk in without appointments.

*I completely understand the situation with one of the clients nail beds separating but that is more of personal issue rather than a company issue because girl not everyones nail beds just separate after a full set... Also its a "he said she said" situation as well and I definetly do not see any of the women there saying "bitch"... You are fully blaming Reno Nail Spa without taking accountability yourself when you literally admitted that you went to a different nail tech prior to the visit so it COULD have been due to the other nail techs poor sanitization or maybe its a personal health issue... No one knows what exactly happened to your nail so I don't see the reason why you are trying to bash them in with MULTIPLE reviews about ONE person and ONE situation.* Anyways, I absolutely love Reno Nail Spa! I have been going here for the past 5 months and have had beautiful results every time. The ladies that work here are very hard working and so sweet! The prices here are very fair compared to many shops I have been to in Reno and in California. If you want long nails don't expect them to be $65 at ANY shop. These ladies do their absolute best to do all the designs that you want so of course its not going to be cheap. Ni is my favorite nail tech ever! I went to Reno Nail Spa after trying out another nail salon in the area and having a few bad experiences. I paid $70 for a pink and white full set at the other salon and it was lifting so bad I almost had to get another new set. I made my appointment through Yelp and they were very quick to reply. My appointment was for 5:15pm on a Thursday. I showed up a few minutes before my time and ended up having to sit there for 30 minutes before I was seen. They are definitely very busy. Liam did my nails and did an AMAZING job. He was working with some really bad nails and he had patience with me not wanting to get a new set and he went through and fixed my nails so you couldn't even tell. I will definitely go back here and see Liam, I just hope the wait isn't as long every time, because that is annoying. read more

First off, out of all the nail salons here Reno Nail Spa is by far my favorite. The nail Techs are all amazing and customer friendly, the atmosphere is very chill. Liam is my FAVV, he never disappoints. I love a long stiletto or coffin ombré nail and every time he perfects it. I usually book an appointment in advanced because I know they can get a little busy at times. but today I decided last minute to get my nails done, Originally booking with anyone available (because they are all good) I walk it was very busy upon my arrival, and at 5 PM I was sitting in Liams chair getting my nails done. The pedicures are the best I love the massages. And they never cut my nails too low. Also the fact that they let me charge my phone. I recommend this salon, they are the best!! read more

Within the past year I have started to consistently get my nails done at Reno Nail Spa after a handful of poor experiences at other salons. Their team is incredibly welcoming and always tries their best to give you exactly what you want. Although it can be a little pricey, you are paying for the quality. I have never had lifting or breakage, haven't even lost gems before. I see Ni, she is very thorough in her work and makes sure I leave completely satisfied ! I am a bit of a perfectionist and with that being said, I'll never leave her lol. I have recommended family and friends to the ladies here and highly encourage anyone else to give them a visit !! Absolutely love this place!! Queenie and Chi are amazing!! I went in today to get my nails fixed since I had previously gotten them done at another spot (which were horribly done) and Queenie cleaned up the mess left behind and made me feel sooo much better about my nails. She's fast, friendly and provides quality nails at a great price. This is why I shouldn't have ever gone anywhere else. I have been going to this salon for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. Very nice technicians and they all are so easy to talk to and create a fun vibe in the salon. They are also just very good at their jobs especially with efficiency. Very good prices as well. Queenie, Ni, and Rosie are my usuals for nails but everyone in the salon is trained to do an amazing job on every service which is something you don't see often. Exactly what I asked for but she added a little extra flare that made them even better than what I wanted and expected! Best place in town. I do not get my nails done anywhere else. They are so friendly and always willing to squeeze me in. Gel mani/pedi always lasts so long I end up going back just to change the color. The new remodel is super cute. Bonus they're open on Sundays. I don't get do acrylics due to my job but love to see what they're doing on other clients. The talent seriously blows my mind. Do yourself a favor and get your nails done here. read more

Today was my first visit to this salon for a manicure. I needed to get a fill, but couldn't get to where I usually go. I did have an appointment and only waited about 8-10 minutes to be seen (I showed up 15 minutes early). Nail technician was very kind and she did a really good job. I have never been more satisfied with my nails. Reno Nail Spa does incredible work. It shows in their customer base, THEY ARE BUSY. I recommend making an appointment, but again, they are busy; so be prepared for a possible wait. Their quality is worth every minute of wait time, and money. Liam is a true artist. Staff are a little shy at first but then they open up. My girlfriend gets her nails done there all the time and Queenie does an amazing job. I've been going to Chi for months! She always makes time for me and does her best on my nails. Her designs amaze me every time. I've never been disappointed. Love Love this place. The staff is friendly, courteous, and does a great job every time. They know what you want and do mani/pedis the way you want it done. It may not be the most fancy of the Nail Salons, but it's clean and well kept up and worth the money to make an appt. This is a hard working and honest family owned SaLon.

I told him I was wanting to do a basic French tip and he suggested I do ombré for the tips. I'm SO glad I took the recommendation from him because they look gorgeous! This was my third visit to City Nails. The first two times were decent, so I went back because it's…read moreclose to home and the staff is usually friendly. But this visit was a disaster. The nail tech I got did a terrible rough and sloppy job--easily the worst pedicure I've ever had. She overcut several of my nails and buffed and filed without paying attention, which left my toes irritated. My nails are uneven, the polish is messy, and she ignored my request for a square shape. She kept piling on lotion without wiping it off, didn't exfoliate properly, and barely rinsed my feet. I had to ask her twice to stop and wipe off the lotion with a towel. Then she charged me an extra $5 for a broken nail. She's older with glasses and short hair. She was rude. I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow, and I'm honestly embarrassed to wear open-toed shoes. Definitely not going back.
