A 90 day limit is only honored if the nursery plants the merchandise, otherwise the customer is out of luck. I bought 3 potentilla shrubs this spring, planted them in mild weather, and followed the nursery's instructions completely. Within a couple of days all of them dropped most of their leaves. Two survived, but the third was unsalvageable. I'm an experienced gardener and called the owner, Paul, to request a replacement. He was totally unhelpful, claiming the plants were healthy at the time of purchase-a ridiculous claim to avoid providing a loyal customer a satisfactory solution. There are many other local nurseries to support, and I've spent my last penny at Rail City.
