The biggest thanks EVER today at RC Willey and big thank you's to the 5 incredible Five Star Employees that helped me with my computer problem. Manager Eddie in the computer & appliance department was so kind and professional and helped me with the exchange. I also had help choosing a computer and bag with the very techy computer department. I came back the next day and exchanged my computer and picked the new one with Forrest in Delivery. Thank you also to the front desk customer service guy who runs the front counter in the pick up section. Excellent customer service. Last but most important, a very BIG THANK YOU to Tevi in Customer Service for spending g so much time, researching my accounts, and then explaining all of my options. Careful with the flooring dept. They gave us a written quote, we placed order and then they raised the price by $1.50/sf! They were doing approximately 1,900 square feet of LVP, which now raised the price by &2,850... Said their guy was not trained properly... Their carpet crew came out to measure for the 2 bedrooms we needed done, and we ended up with nearly 210sf of extra carpet... Love the rest of the store, but no longer using them for flooring... I took a chance and went to RC Willie's and really liked the couches. A year later I started seeing little pieces of rather missing in one side of chair. We had really nice salespeople there. I looked around town at multiple furniture stores. RC Wiley was reasonable in their pricing and offered the best selection for my needs. I like the quality of the furniture I'm sure price and quality go hand in hand. I did go look at Basset and they wanted double the money for fewer pieces of furniture. RC Wiley's Delivery and set up in a reasonable amount of time. Like the choices to customize. My daughter got a leather sectional from RC Wiley a few years ago and she has 2 school age boys who are not kind to the furniture and it has held up well. So I have high hopes my new furniture will hold up better with let wear and tear. read more

The couch broke down and the repairman couldn't fix it! So with the warranty they exchanged it and we bought an new one! We paid to have them remove the old couch and they delivered the new one! Wow, it's been 10 yrs since my last review. Welp, my couch held up, and in fact, just sold it so the next person get continue to get good use from it. I've bought a new couch a week ago, and so far I'm loving it. I did get it from the clearance section, though technically it is a "bargain deal" not a clearance item. I did get the fabric protection that is good for 5 years. The sales guy did mention that if I don't use the protection, then I get a credit back for almost half the amount. So I was pretty excited about that (especially since I never used it on my old couch). The little snack shop inside is no longer a thing. well it's there, but it is always closed and doesn't look like they have any foods there to sell anymore. Shame, because I liked going there on lunch break for a quick bite to eat and to walk around gawking at all the lovely furniture I didn't need, lol. Oh one more thing.. Delivery is only $99 (at least for my item it was) and this cover all deliveries needed for a year!! So if I buy anything else and need it delivered, it's covered. Doesn't even need to be to the same address, just the same account. Worth noting that Clearance items are not eligible for delivery. you gotta truck that stuff home on your own ;) Update on the movies I used to buy all the time, that might be a thing of the past now that streaming is more popular. We ordered carpet in December from this store and because we had an unexpected very bad roof leak we had to cancel installation we paid $2286. As a deposit on the carpet, it's June now and we are now able to schedule our installation. We went to the store and looked again as it's been awhile since I've seen the carpet color etc. I picked a different color out of the same brand carpet and they will not credit me my deposit they are taking my $2286. Deposit ! Very bad business practice for such a large BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY CO! I feel they are justified with a charge of $500 or so For RESTOCK BUT NOT 1/4 of the total amount I paid! Multiple individuals attempt to stop me, to talk about non furniture. Was informed that if a sale individual can stop you for any conversation over 5 minutes they can claim 50 percent commission on actual person who sell you products. A 2 month ago I am looking for a small table for around 50 dollars in clearance area. I arrived yesterday becouse of the advertising claims 75 percent of on all clearance items. A night stand that needs handles was $50 2 months ago was now $400. Sales individual states it is $100 with 75% off, but he can give a additional $50 off to make a $350 reduce in price. This is dishonest individual must think all Americans are stupid, uneducated or ignorant of this scam. I am a Buddhist and live by no false words. So when aproach by individuals of false words we Buddhist will act in no trust, I will never return to RC Willey anywhere. October 2025 I ordered a sectional and a full bedroom set. When the order arrived they were a nightstand short. They told me it would be coming the next month. It didn't come so they gave me a different nightstand to use in the meantime. It is now almost August and I still have not received my nightstand. I called last month and spoke to the manager to see what they could do and told me since the sale is closed they can't do anything. read more

RC Willey needs to re-evaluate the businesses they use/subcontract their carpet installation. The company Willey sent for my carpet's original installation and today's repair of that same installation lacks in customer service. I was told yesterday by a Willey flooring rep that my carpet repair window was 8-10 a.m. At 10:35 I called Willey wondering when the carpet crew was arriving. After Willey called the crew, I received a callback telling me they would be arriving between 1-2 pm. This was going to be 5 to 3 hours later than originally promised AND no one, NOT WILLEY NOR THE INSTALLERS called to notify me. I had to call. This same thing happened when the carpet was originally installed. Not to mention, the carpet installers are making this return trip for poor installation (see photos). I purchased a sleeper from RC Willey for $3,000 with an extra warranty to cover structural damage, seam splits in the fabric of the sleeper, etc. Wouldn't you know it I had both those things happen within the time frame still covered under warranty. RC Willey sent an inspector to view the sleeper and was sure that both things would be taken care of. Weeks later I received a call informing me that NEITHER WOULD BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. As I spoke with the agent and we each read clearly stated on the warranty that both these damages are covered, she simply stated they "aren't covered because they aren't" and that she wasn't going to sit and argue with me when I was truly calm just wanting a logical explanation as to why I was being told there is no coverage. After being transferred 3 times and talking on the phone for 1hr+ I was finally told I called a day before the warranty expired (which I was not aware of) and that they would (angrily) agree to fix the sleeper. Weeks later, they send the same inspector they sent the first time to access the sleeper and he tells me he is unsure why he is there. He says he's not sure why the company sent him back and he would absolutely be sure RC Willey puts a rush on the repair. Several more weeks later, no call, no repair, nothing. I think that's such disgraceful and dishonest business. Can't believe it from a company like RC Willey. I used to love those stores, but I'll never visit another one. read more

Let me just start by saying Dekembe was amazing from start to finish. Before we knew it, we were on the way to the cashier's and on our way. I hate shopping for furniture ect, but this young man made it painless. They were running a special and we got a deal on what we were looking at. He didn't try and stray us in any direction or upsell like a used car sales man. He showed us all available models for what we were looking for and it was delivered the before the end of the week. We walked directly to the back where they had the clearance section and all the employees that worked back there were super nice. We found a couple of spare dining chairs we liked, paid for them and were instructed to back around to pick them up. Purchased a bedroom set that had to be built in "Ohio", according to the salesperson. I really liked it so I was willing to wait a couple of months. I had a bad experience with the last dresser that I ordered from here and really wanted this set to be checked by them before it was delivered to me. The set was delivered an one of the dresser drawers would not close properly. It took some time for the part to come in and when it did, it was the wrong part. The part is in but they wanted to send someone out between 4:45 and 6:45. That's too late. If you have to cancel you cannot reschedule at the same time, you have to wait. It's so dumb. read more

I used to love this place! I've been doing business with them more then 10 yrs....bedroom set 3 living room sets and kitchen appliances. On Dec 16th 2025 I was have a refrigerator delivered....I had spoke to the driver on the phone and asked him if he was told I needed my old one moved to the garage..he said no but he was going to do it. When Nathan got to my house he came with an attitude not what im used to with this business. He didn't like my water lines etc. He got his supervisor on the phone for some reason anyway his name is Robert C. Anyway he was on the phone when the driver suddenly threw a tantrum and said F ..this F...You Im f ing done. Then walked out I went to the door and said what's your problem I didn't say fu what makes you think that's ok? He then says "Shut your f-ing mouth!" And yes his Mgr was still on the phone with him .... that's all on my security camera with voice. Long story short I had the store pick up the refrigerator today that they left in my garage. Found out that the drivers that were at my house are out doing deliveries today. Nathan or his boss should have already been fired. And yes I spoke to GM that same day. I will never shop with them again. And yes I'm handling this situation with Corporate and beyond... read more

Is zero stars an option? Never, under any circumstance use this company for floor installation. This is a nightmare. R Willey did measurements on my job for flooring which included 2 staircases and ordered the material. They delivered the material 12 days before the install and the order was 3 boxes short. I asked the salesperson if they could get it in so the job could be finished on time and she asked me if I would like to delay the install, never offering to expedite the material (first sign of trouble). On install day (still short of material) their flooring subcontractor came in, did the demo to rip up all the existing carpet and baseboards. The installer prepped the stairs for the tread install by building up the front of the stairs will plywood and adding a white riser. About 2 hours later he informed me that the stair treads were not wide enough for the stairs and there would be a gap on either side of my lower set of stairs, or we could wait to get more material and have a seam on every stair. This issue was apparently not communicated in advance because the flooring people at RC Willey did not know the product well enough to understand that the measurement included extensions on each side which are cut off it the edge of the stairs is not exposed so they thought it would fit and it doesn't. I asked the installer to call RC Willey to get clarification and direction which he did not do, and instead bullied me into accepting the adding trim to the wall solution. After about another 2 hours, the installer called me to come so he could discuss another issue. This time he explained that the stair treads were not deep/wide enough to reach the back of the rough stair tread leaving a gap at the back. We discussed that the rough tread was still overhanging the wood he added and that the rough stair tread was uneven at the front. I asked if he could cut off the excess, and he said no, they would have to add more trim to the back of the stairs. I really want a clean look so was very unhappy with that suggestion and told him to get samples so that i could see what it looked like. On the second day of the install I returned to check on progress and was very unhappy with the look of the stairs with the baseboard zig-zagging up the stairs and told him we really needed to do a solid skirt on the sides and asked if he had samples of the other trim he wanted to add to the back. He did not have samples. A bit later, I spoke to the salesperson at RC Willey, who thought the tread material was 50" wide and should have fit (the installer didn't call her the previous day). She said she would talk to her manager and I should send pictures and an email describing the problems (which I did). Shortly after this, the installer cleaned up and left saying they had called him back to the store. The next day the manager from RC Willey called me and said the salesperson had told him to give me a call. I asked him if he had seen my emails and pictures. He said yes. And then seemed to be waiting for me to say something while I was waiting for him to tell me how they were going to solve the problem. We discussed that the material didn't fit and that i was not informed in advance despite the fact that they should have known the material was not wide enough. I told him that I was not happy with the way the baseboard zigzagging up the wall looked and that I wanted a skirt with a straight line (which I had stated in my email). He said that I would need to get a carpenter to do it. I said OK, then reimburse me for putting in the stair skirt, and he said they wouldn't do that. I said OK, then reimburse me for what you will spend to have the base put in, and he said they wouldn't do that either. So I told him that they were not taking responsibility for the problem they created. We then discussed the gaps at the back and he said the trim piece was the only solution. I told him I did not want additional trim at the back of the stairs, that it was going to look like a band-aid on a screw up. If I had been informed and agreed to this in advance, this would be ok, but that this was going to look like someone screwed up. (I used a stronger word). He said we were done talking and hung up on me. I have left a message for the GM, but unless you want a nightmare and to have your house torn up and not put back together the week before Thanksgiving. read more

We went to the store with a plan to fix it, but were told that because the fabric was special order, we were stuck with it. While we were sitting there wondering what to do with a $3500 couch that we couldn't use, Craig Rosenberg said he would see what could be done. He was able to ensure we could return the couch (with a restocking fee) and use the credit for a new couch. He spent a lot of time showing us different options and setting it all up. Extremely disappointed in RC Willey's customer service and accountability! We have been loyal RC Willey customers for years -- we recently redid our entire kitchen with GE Café appliances from RC Willey and even outfitted our rental home through them. Unfortunately, this most recent experience with their appliance department has been an absolute nightmare. A couple months after receiving our new LG dryer, it started making a loud rattling noise. RC Willey told me it was past their 30-day window and that I needed to contact LG directly. LG sent out a technician, ordered parts, and replaced a part. Within a very short time, the rattling returned. LG sent another technician, who told me outright that I had a "lemon" and there was nothing more they could do. He specifically advised me to contact RC Willey for resolution. When I did, RC Willey told me the exact opposite -- that I should never have gone through LG and that they should have handled all service requests to maintain the proper paper trail. I sent all repair invoices and notes, thinking they would finally take care of it. Weeks went by with no response. When I followed up, I was simply told again to "contact LG." At this point, I've been bounced back and forth between RC Willey and LG for months while the dryer still rattles and no one takes ownership. Their representative, Erin, initially seemed helpful but has since stopped responding altogether. For a company that promotes great service and prides itself on "taking care of their customers," RC Willey has completely dropped the ball. It shouldn't take endless emails, service calls, and frustration to get a clear answer or even basic follow-through. RC Willey, you've lost my confidence -- and likely my future business -- over a situation that could have been handled easily with some accountability and genuine customer care. read more

I bought a cabinet in May from RC Wiley in Reno which was delivered in early June but was damaged, so I sent it back. No one ever called to set up new delivery so I called customer service. Person told me cabinet would be delivered on June 13. On June 13 no delivery and I could not contact customer service since I was put on hold many times only to be hung up on. Next day called customer service and they had no clue as to a new delivery date. They said maybe in a couple of weeks but I should call store to make sure. You call store they transfer you to customer service. Went to store to today. A young girl could not find order (even with my sales slip in front on her). She finally found it and said they have no idea where the cabinet was. She told me it maybe a few weeks or even longer but gave no date. I asked her if the cabinet was in the store she could not answer. By the way a few days ago I sent an email to RC Wiley about this problem and they never responded. This girl's supervisor was within ear shot and never once came over to talk to me, because she was too busy playing on her phone. I canceled the order. Our experience at RC Willey was delightful. We were greeted at the door and pointed in the right direction. Julie and Ty helped us find the perfect recliner for my elderly mother-in-law. They listened carefully to what she was looking for, she was walking with a cane and they didn't make her go back-and-forth all over the store like at Ashley furniture. They understood our budget and found us the perfect chair. It was currently out of stock, but they were able to look at incoming orders and guarantee delivery that worked for us. Plus they applied a $100 coupon. when you buy from R C Willey you expect professional truck delivery but I had refrigerator delivered and both delivery drivers were in a rush when refrigerator was put in place they both rushed taking out foam and some tape and clear wrap and just throwing the stuff on the floor and making a huge mess when they left we checked inside refrigerator and freezer and there was still a lot of tape and clear wrap still left which we had to take off ourselves they also they could not level refrigerator correctly then when cleaning up floor one of the drivers put his heavy drill on contour island before leaving he knocked drill off on tile floor and chipping tile very very unprofessional delivery If you choose to buy something at store I would not use there delivery truck you will be sorry I contacted the store about such a bad delivery and did nothing about it there customer service is horrible it takes them forever to answer phone and they are very rude DONOT SHOP this store!!!!! read more

Beware - these salespeople will promise you anything to make a sale. We bought seven thousand dollars worth of new bedroom furniture with the promise they would haul away the old box springs and mattress. On delivery, the driver said we can't take the mattress it has a stain on it so I took stain remover and removed the stain but then he said he had to leave because he had other deliveries. The sales person affirmed they would remove the old mattress several times and at no time did he/she mention anything about not being able to haul it away if any stains were present. Now I'm stuck with a Calif. King mattress taking up space in my garage. Why is it that once they receive all of their money (we paid cash) they renig on their sales promises? Bad enough that they failed to deliver ALL of our purchase and left some at the warehouse because the driver failed to put it on the truck. We seem to have reached the point where there is NO honesty among the sales staff. I placed a call to Customer Service who proceeded with their standard message regarding a stain. I advised them the stain had been removed to which he/she replied they would not return to pick the mattress up. I am really tired of the lies and deception coming from sales people who are working on commission and can't wait to get you out the door so they can move on to the next customer. A 25 year customer and now this place has reached unacceptable for my business. I purchaaed a Megan Tinsmith reclining couch and within the first month they had to replace it due to under fabric tearing by elect cords. The replacement had to be repaired as the recline unit was bent making the seat lean to the left. Now it may be leaning again, really poor quality, wanted to return and buy a better quality unit but they said no. It is less than a year old Now my most receNt experience with flooring, carpet said $75 per room to move furniture bait and switch actual quote $250 master bedroom stating my 5 piece headboard cabinet had to be unbolted and reassembled, nothing is bolted and the adjustable bed frame is free standing motion which they don't move, crazy bought at RCW and delivered by them but they can't move it, what a joke I could move it myself but at almost 80 not doing it.
