The service tech had to come out twice, but I'm not taking a star away for it bc he was honest and made it right without excuses or charging us extra. Only star i took away is over communication. I appreciate the quick replies when i reached out, but I would have been more appreciative if they were the ones reaching out to me. Just a little more proactive to keep customers updated. I'd recommend them & would call on them again (I'm hoping not to need their services again though!)

Love our Jacuzzi. Lately though, I reached out for a service and was advised they had made some staffing changes, and the new technician wasn't quite up to speed on a couple things. No worries. I had them drain and waited six months. I have called twice and left three different emails requesting a response...just want some maintenance. I haven't received any type of response either via email or call. That seems unusual for them, and I am concerned. Having said that, will need to call someone else. I hope all is ok.

They were very accommodating on the delivery which was easy and the delivery team was outstanding. My electrician connected the hot tub without any issues. The problem was when we turned it on the lighting system was not functioning. I called the store to request help and the got back to me with 24 hrs. To my surprise they set an appointment with their service team the very next day. The service team arrived earlier then promised. The technician thought he knew what the problem was and within 10 minutes made the adjustment. I guess it is a common issue with new hot tubs as wires can get loose in shipping. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Service isn't just a word but it is Hot Tub Superstore's Commitment.

Zack, the service manager, was very helpful at the outset and sent me numerous replacement parts, which I installed myself, none of which resolved the problem. In February of this year, a year and half later, Zack thought it was the main panel and said he would coordinate with my local spa service to get the panel replaced. Despite walking into the store when I'm in town and numerous emails, I'm now getting radio silence, not even an declination to repair. A less than a year old, $12K spa is still not working two years later. Ridiculous.

All spa servicing has been through them as well. Thus, it's not like we're unknown to them. Those are both big ticket items. And yet, we're treated as if they're intentionally blowing us off. Michelle, when she responds at all to repeated inquiries regarding a faulty installation (18 months ago!) , she does so in monosyllables. As if she simply can't be bothered. Her colleague Jeri, who ostensibly schedules the service visits is scarcely better. We have been summarily back-burnered. Thus, the reviews you read here are very telling. Very telling indeed. I don't generally write bad reviews, but feel compelled to do so here in order that: A) By the grace of God, Scott takes some ownership of a situation that has involved the SmartTop manufacturer (who has sent parts repeatedly to Spa & Sauna), the manufacturer of the *struts* that the manufacturer sources, and Spa & Sauna themselves, and B) that you, dear reader, don't become the next poor schlub that has to deal with this retailer. They are quite simply the least caring outfit I've EVER dealt with, and they ought to be ashamed.
