Long & detailed review!! Lanny is beyond amazing, first and foremost. We came in to see available…read moreunits & were a little skeptical based on negative reviews & it being on Boulder Highway but we instantly felt at home. Lanny was friendly and answered every question we threw at her, no hesitation, no attitude (you'd be surprised how often property agents get annoyed by the smallest things). The grounds are immaculate, the gym is well done, the pool area is beautiful and we can't wait for summer time to use it. I do wish the gym was 24hrs just because we like working out early in the morning but it's not a deal breaker. First, we saw the model unit (which is 2 bedrooms) and i was shocked there were so many updates done. A lot of other places charge nearly $2k for non-updated units & not even half the amenities or square footage. The 2 bedroom floor plan has an actual laundry room which is great, the 3 bedroom doesn't but there's still a shelf for storage. A washer/dryer in the unit or at least hookups is a MUST! Saw the actual apartment we reserved a few days later & it had the same updates inside and stainless steel appliances as the model which was nice because a lot of properties show you the model and the actual unit doesn't look anything like it. The floor plan is well laid out, the bedrooms are a great size and our 6 seat dining table will actually fit comfortably. I wish the 3 bedroom floor plan 'master' was a little wider because I will not be able to use my headboard & footboard but again, not a deal breaker. It's still a great size and a cal king bed will still fit with two nightstands and a tall dresser & long dresser no problem. The bathrooms are large, there is a good amount of storage in the kitchen & hallway. The pantry is big, I wish there was more shelves BUT there's ample room to fit a tall rack. The community seems safe and quiet. You can't beat the prices and what you get in your apartment and the community features. Some places charge the same with no gym, no indoor laundry, no pets allowed, for a 3rd floor or for a bad location. We've seen over 11 properties in the last few weeks and Tesoro remained in our top 2. It's close to the freeway, the hospital and on the border of Henderson where the Cadence master planned community is. Lanny is the one who really sold us though. I think they're a new management team and I'm grateful we found this complex and decided to check it out. Moving, especially with kids and dogs, can be BEYOND stressful. Finding a place in your budget when you're saving to buy, somewhere close to work, school or the community you're use to, garage availability & a safe and clean complex is hard to come by these days. Even though it's pet friendly the common areas don't smell like pet urine, I didn't see around the property. they also have a dog park area. There are Amazon lockers so you don't have to worry about "porch pirates". It is gated & tucked away from the main road so less foot traffic right outside & I think that leads to less problems overall. I didn't smell marijuana either which was a relief. To each their own but when you have kids it makes it hard to explain what the odor is when it's very prevalent. There is assigned parking, garages when available & guest parking. I like assigned spaces so you're guaranteed to have a parking spot close to your home. All in all this is the place we are happy to call our new home. Thank you Lanny!! You're awesome!

I have consistently paid…read moremy rent on time, yet almost every month I am charged additional fees or late charges that seem to appear without a clear explanation. Despite staying current on my rent, I constantly find myself being told I owe more money. Maintenance issues have also been an ongoing problem. Requests regarding my air conditioning have not been handled properly, and repairs are often delayed or unresolved. In addition, maintenance staff mistakenly removed and threw away items from my balcony because they confused my unit with another tenant's. My children's toys were discarded due to this error, which was very frustrating and unacceptable. Customer service has also been disappointing. Office staff are often unhelpful and come across as dismissive or rude when concerns are brought to their attention. At this point, I am considering pursuing legal action regarding these ongoing issues. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve communication, accountability, and tenant treatment. Do not rent here they will direct you to an app that doesn't work for every incident. One star because i have to if not it would be left blank

Update: Welp. This place started out amazing. But ever since…read moreVikki and who ever that new manager is took over things have went down hill quick! Here are the basics. The first time i ever talked to the new manager she lied to my face multiple times. Vikki does nothing besides makes mistakes. I understand no one is perfect, but with the amount of mistakes she has made she should have been fired by now. Heres a wonderful example of a mistake that she made. She sent out an official letter to every resident at ONE60 via usps. The letter stated there would only be a rent increase of $100 a month. When it came time to resign my lease i was told the actual increase was $225 per month and that the noticed we received "was just a mistake". Not once between sending that notice to trying to resign my lease did they ever try to rectify that mistake, or even acknowledge the "mistake". They have failed to give a 24hr notice prior to entering my unit. Then i was threatened with a "strike on my record" because they were not able to gain access to my unit when they never gave a notice. The worst offense though is the build quality of the apartments themselves. In my unit for example if we get a heavy rain storm the corner of my unit in the living room will flood. When I reported the flooding i was told by their maintenance staff that there is nothing they can do to fix it, because it is an issue with the foundation. I had constant issues with my air conditioning unit leaking into my kitchen. Multiple issues with my dishwasher(which they claimed was my fault. Apparently im supposed to thoroughly wash my dishes spotless first then put them into the dishwasher). I was also told by a previous office member to stop putting in certain work orders for my unit. If you are sick of the issue being reported, maybe you should actually fix it the first time. Not get mad at me and tell me to stop reporting it. Then when you try to complain to the hire ups theyll, in short tell you to bad. Why do i say this? Well, i had to email one of the people above the manager on site. Some of the lights on the property have been out for a while and the security cameras were not working. In short what did they tell me? The security cameras are not there for resident safety, but only for the properties common areas. In short they dont care about you. Only their property. To summarize the office staff is incompetent and will lie directly to your face. The building quality is bad(they definitely sped through the building process). They find random crap to install onto the property or units to charge you more money(looking at you brivo crud home system). Finally you dont get what you are paying for. It is a rip off. Over $2,000 a month(plus fees) for a 2bd 2bth. "Competitive pricing". No. Thats another lie. You can move into a 3-4bd 3-4bth HOUSE for the same price or cheaper. Especially after all the fees they tac on. If corporate is reading this or any higher ups. Dont waste your time responding here. I emailed yall over a month ago and you told me to bad, so sad.

However, I have learned that the manager, Dee is deceptive and untrustworthy. My husband and I were sitting at the pool and I decided to get some towels from our apartment, so I could get wet. I left my husband at the pool side reading a book. Despite other residents being noisy and having, he decided to harass the quiet guy (my husband), reading his book. My husband let him know that I had just left to get towels. Yet, he demanded that he leave the pool area. By the time I returned, security had called the police. Dee calls to tell us that we will be cited for disobeying security. I determined that we would seek legal counsel. At this point, Dee calls again and sends an email stating, we would not be receiving a citation and the security would no longer be working at this complex. To my surprise, as we entered the complex tonight, who do we see? The same security guard who harassed my husband. So now, we are back to square one. I am appalled. This clearly shows that Dee does not respect the tenants here. At this point, I will be seeking legal counsel.

These apartments are perfectly located between Las Vegas and Henderson, giving you the best of both worlds.
