This business will schedule an appointment and never show up for it. Scheduled a service appointment. I was told a technician would arrive between 10am-2pm. No technician ever arrived. Called the business several times throughout the day and did not receive a call back until 4:30pm. Chris was extremely unprofessional, told me they have other customers and only offered to schedule another appointment on another day. Renoo was scheduled by Choice Home Warranty to come to my house today between 11am and 3pm to service my refrigerator. No call... no show. When I saw that Choice had scheduled them, I told them about the bad reviews on Yelp but they said to give them a chance.... mistake... big mistake. Do not use these people. They demanded payment upfront, and then the service man never came back. Started ignoring messages. Finally after a week, had to file a fraud complaint with the bank to recover money through the credit card ... after that they remembered how to use the phone and return attempts to reach them - but only once. Had to call the different repair service through Angie's list and that went much better . That person only charged us half the amount and diagnose the problem completely different...!!!! I also question whether this person is really a veteran or committing "stolen valor "by claiming to be a veteran business owned and operated . Shady people are usually crooked all over. By the way, you should go through your bank instead of filing a police report, even though technically that counts as theft . Hopefully you are spared such an experience. read more

Renoo Appliance Repair quoted me a $270 fee for simply replacing a drain hose on my washer which I did for $17 in less than five minutes. They said they would refund the charge but my credit card company is battling the dispute with them. I was lied to and they attempted to rip me off. Do not use this company. read more

This turning into a really bad experience. Tim, the tech, showed up quickly and seemed to run into problems with taking the electric cooktop out from the old countertop. It had to come out for the new countertop to be installed. The price was very expensive, and I had to pay the amount in full in order for him to come back after the countertops were in and drop the cooktop and hook up the electric. I texted him as he wanted and I have Not heard a word or text from him or the company. I guess I should be grateful that at least he showed up and took out stovetop. Only out the amount for putting it back in. Please do a thorough job of selecting a company. I didn't read the reviews on them (which was really stupid) because they were recommended by Thumbtack (I believe) I WOULD NEVER EVEN HAVE CALLED THEM!! read more

Have a 2008 GE Profile frig doesn't seem to be cooling or freezing to low enough temps. Called Renoo, they scheduled a service call for next day. Tray gave courtesy text was on way. After he looked at it, he took the time to explain what the issues were and possible options, costs, etc. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend Renoo, Tray, and will call if we have any future appliance issues. read more

This is perhaps the most unprofessional company that my family has had the displeasure of working with. The technician arrived and immediately struggled with performing the diagnostic analysis and determining next steps. When asked if he needed assistance from others at his company (and to leave), the technician then proceeded to yell at my elderly mother to the point that she had to call multiple people to witness his explosion and in turn she ended up having to yell at him to get him to leave her home. He then stole her property, honked his horn in intimidation, peeled out of the driveway at an unsafe speed and ultimately the issue culminated in needing to involve the authorities. He would not identify himself or respond to multiple family members asking him to leave peacefully. His manager then proceeded to refuse to issue a full refund, left with parts that were already paid for, refused to respond to messages and then proceeded to call my mother stupid and mean throughout the call when we finally reached them. It's incredible that this company thinks this is a way to do business. For your own personal safety, you should decline to engage at all with this company. read more

Trayshawn was assigned to my home by my home warranty company to diagnose my refrigerator, which is not working. It's been seven days, and he collected my deductible and has never sent the warranty company any diagnostic. I called him, and he has not responded either--horrible service. Tech came out last Tue in an unmarked car and no visual ID. I asked if he had anything to show who he worked for and he went back to the car and gave me a business card and showed his DL to me. He didnt have any booties, so he took his shoes off. He looked at my washer and determined it was unrepairable and would submit to my warranty co. that day and I should call the warranty co. the next day to urge them to move ahead with my buyout. However, it's a week later and everyday the warranty co. has said that the tech never submitted anything. I called Renoo today and spoke to Chris who told me that tech did submit paperwork. I asked when he submitted paperwork and Chris said he would have to get back to me with that info. It's 5 hours later and I have tried calling 4x to reach Renoo and keep getting VM. I have now spent $90 for my deductible and $53 at the laundry mat and about to hit the laundry mat again without any resolution for my washer. read more

My ice maker in my freezer was not working. They came out and said a couple of parts needed to be replaced. They replaced those parts, said it was fixed, and I paid for it. Next day there was still no ice. Had them come out to look again and it turned out there were cut wires that was preventing power to the ice maker and said it would be 1k to replace the fridge door. I said no because that was too expensive. Now they won't refund me any money because they said those parts were replaced already even though the cut wires were probably the reason the error codes on the fridge were popping up for those replaced parts. I paid for a service and my ice maker is still the same as it was a couple months ago. Called twice and left a message and have yet to hear back. I do not recommend Renoo Appliance Repair. read more

I was sent this company from my home warranty due to refrigerator not working. Chris is the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered from any business in my life. I called the company and they wanted to come out the same day but I wasn't able too and they schedule me for the next day from 10-2pm. The next day I called the company and Chris answered, I want to pinpoint the exact timeframe and he stated that they have me schedule for the next day and stated the person scheduled me for today and I am paying someone to be present at the location from the timeframe that was told to me. He stated, he'll call the tech and see if they can come out to my house and call me back. An hour went by and no call back from Chris and I call the company back. Chris then put me on hold for over 5 minute. After calling back again it's nothing but attitude from him and he stated I need to cancel my fucking work order to get some other company to do it.
