They used my handsoap to try to clean up the dirty counter and left black stains on the walls near the banister. After they left, I realized that one of the faucets they fixed was still leaking. I asked for a different plumber to come out. He seemed more capable but I didn't realized too late that he still didn't fix the job, in fact he created a leak which I was unaware of until it was too late and consequently the floor of the cabinet was damaged. The third time out the plumber said it could not be fixed without replacing the faucet. This meant I had to replace two faucets because there is a double vanity. Three weeks ago I was promised that they would send someone out to fix the cabinet and have heard absolutely nothing. Since that time I purchased two new faucets and had Brentwood Star Plumbing out to install them. It was worth paying for again. The service between these two companies is like night and day! This was initially a simple cartridge replacement that ended up costing hundreds of dollars and alot of stress. I needed a quote to give to my title company so they could cut a check for closing. I called MCH EVERY DAY for almost two weeks. I spoke to the front office, I spoke to one of the owners. I sent them an inspection report so they didn't even need to go to the house site. I NEVER got a quote. I ended up going with GNC plumbing who quoted me TWICE as much as the original MCH quote but immediately got back to me and got the work done in a quick and timely fashion. I would not recommend this company, despite the fact that some of their employees are great. They had an opportunity to make a really nice amount of money off my closing costs/title company and missed out due to sheer unprofessionalism.
