They called me stupid, I didn't know what I was talking about and that I needed to do my homework when I asked for the sensor lights to be fixed and other safety issues. They spoke Spanish to the finance company of which I didn't understand and the price of the car went up by at least $3,000.00 without my knowing it when I got the bill of sales 2 weeks later from the finance company. I was there from 10:00 am until closing (sick and just wanted to go home). Salesman went home before I did because he took someone else to sell a car to and I had to find someone else to help me. They took advantage of an elderly woman who was alone. Shame on them.

Once video was sent he stated it was the battery. Unfortunately she was unable to get the car jumped to get the vehicle to the dealership over 50 miles away. The next day I gave her a jump start and she drove the vehicle to Auto Zone who stated "it's not the battery it's the alternator". It is now Sunday and the dealership was not open. She texted the dealership and was told to bring the car in Monday. This wouldn't work because she has school and was trying to do a job interview for a job she had to already reschedule due to issue with the vehicle. When she test drove the vehicle before purchasing it she brought up a clicking noise the vehicle was making and the non working radio. She was assured all would be fixed although they refuse to give it to her in writing. She ended up having the vehicle repaired at a different location (repair place) to avoid missing classes or anymore interviews. Car ran fine Monday and again on Tuesday (today) it would not start and she called me crying hysterically because she would be missing several obligations. She was able to get a jump again and make it to her obligations. She then drove to the dealership where they put in a "new" battery with a 3 month warranty. Now she has several additional lights on and the cruise control is not working. The dealership is blaming the other place and takes no responsibility. Now she is out the $6700 for the car and $700 for repairs and she has a vehicle that may or may not start tomorrow on Wednesday (which will be one week since purchasing the car in cash!) Don't buy from here they will sell you a car that has problems. It makes me believe most of these reviews are fake!! Update 3/4/2025 I got another call from my daughter calling crying hysterically today, while the response of the dealership may seem honorable it's not so DO NOT be fooled. Yes the car ran of the lot and and it's a running piece of crap!!! Now $2,600 later due to incorrect parts being placed on the vehicle and recently according to the mechanic which included front end control arms, something to with the suspension, and brakes that were metal to metal and an alignment! Your dealership is a scam and you took advantage of a young girl and her savings!!! You told her just as you stated below your would NOT do anything about the car because she had to have it repaired by someone other than your shady shop!!! You're putting this cars on the road with spit and bubble gum! I'll keep making reviews and anything else so people realize your lot is a lemonade stand!

Went in for ac draining in floorboard on passenger side. My issue here was that was same side they just repaired few weeks ago AND had problems with ac before I could take truck the 1st time. Here's the thing: I paid almost 400 for them to clean out drain. They said they was going to take carpet out,treat it for mold,and put carpet back. So JD says once they take carpet out they will hang it up outside and hope it dont rain. I was at his shop and told him ok take carpet out but call me as I can hang it at my shop in a hot box. That was 830 am on Tuesday. By 2 pm no one has called so I text JD. He says that another customer came in and car was hot. Meaning they needed to get it done. He sends me a picture as well of customers car. Thats when I decided NEVER AGAIN WILL ELDER COLLISION WILL TOUCH MY TRUCK. The way it is run is way below even the worst of standards. My truck was filthy and had bolt and nut in center console when I picked it up. The service and treatment I received there was absolutely horrible. The excuses JD gave me and his reasoning were horrendous. So much more I could say but just done.

Pay attention to the Carfax, and read between the lines of oil changes and regular maintenance done on the car. If there's a lot of unusual work it's likely there's a larger issue. Also, look at where the car originated from and where it was serviced at. Mine was local and serviced at the originating dealership. After purchase, I took mine for an oil change and inspection, and it turned out in great condition! They offer 3rd party warranties, and gap insurance, I only got the gap personally. I am so happy with my purchase, and highly recommend Car Choice!

I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. They have legitimate auto tag, title & registration services. You bring all your documentation, sign any necessary title and/or registration paperwork & leave it there. It is usually ready the same day, but most definitely by the next day depending on what time you drop off your docs. Beats waiting at the dmv. They process all types of vehicles, boats, cars, mobile home, title transfers, tag & registrations & renewal. I work with the owner of a mobile home park and we use them for all of the mobile home title transfers & renewals. Don't be intimidated by the location or the chaotic office. They have detailers & auto techs, etc walking in and out. Sometimes it looks like they are just hanging out about to play cards, but they are just getting AC or taking a break. They are straight up good people and will take care of your auto tag needs.
