Outside temp was up in the 90s and inside it would not cool under 79. We called Flex Air on a Thursday afternoon and they came out the next day. They took their time to review all the equipment. They listened to what our needs were. They ended up giving us 4 different options to choose from on how to proceed. They showed us a side by side preview of all 4 otptions and then went into details of each one. This included two with repairs and two with full right replacements. They took their time to answer all of our questions not shying away from the positives and negatives of each option. This gave us a clear picture on how we felt we needed to move forward. They came out the following Monday to put in the new equipment. During install they were polite and friendly, again answering any questions we may have had. We have been using it a week now and everything is running great and nice and cool. We also love the new thermostat. I appreciate them being upfront with us. Again listening to what our needs were and they did not try to push some high end products with a bunch of bells and whistles that we did not need. Rose had a technician, Rafael, scheduled to come out the SAME DAY. That is truly unheard of in my experience. We were kept updated on arrival time through a tracking link which is way better than being given a large window of time without visibility into an approximate arrival. Rafael was quick to diagnose our issue and walked through our options (needed to replace the unit which was at end of life), informed us of finance options if approved and even put in a temporary fix so our boy could sleep comfortably in his own room that evening. Rose had 2 wonderful technicians come out to install the new unit the wet next day!!! I'm blanking their names but they were efficient and awesome. We had some issues installing the new thermostat, but again, they put in a temp fix and the new unit was up and running in no time. Another gentleman came out about a week later to install the new thermostat. I'm also blanking his name (sorry :/),but he took the time to walk me through why there was trouble installing it in the first place as well as how to operate the new thermostat, applied some default settings based on his recommendations and made sure my app on my phone was working. Fast forward to today, 9/8, we had an issue over the Labor Day weekend with water leaking through a ceiling fixture (older home, older plumbing, happened before). We contacted Strickland on Sunday and they had another wonderful technician, Duncan, to our home this AM. Duncan took the time to explain to us what was going on with the units and assess as well as diagnose it's a plumbing issue related to the unit(s). He provided us with a reference and we have them coming out at 8 am tomorrow (looks like I'll be doing a review in the near future for them as well ;)). Lastly, huge shoutout to Jeremy. Jeremy is the owner, and I can't say enough great things about him and his team. He took the time to call us and make sure everything was going well. I don't know a lot of owners who care to take the time to do that or take our call on a holiday weekend. We will never use anyone else and will always recommend Strickland to family, friends and strangers. Strickland is like family to us!!

Our ac was put in our attic at their recommendation while building the home...huge mistake. If you want inadequate service, unprofessionalism, extremely over priced billing, and a toilet bowl quality company to install your ac, Air-worx is your company. We called and were told their 2 guys were busy in Weatherford until lunch time. The tech arrived shortly after noon. It is 1236pm, the tech is leaving and charging the service fee $70 and 1 hour at $70 for less than 30 minutes onsite, and diagnosing a failing breaker. It is shameful to charge more than the service fee when the the company asked to put off service, the company did not deliver at the time they offered, and they were here less than 30 minutes. Save your money, and call another company.

He finished the repair and it wasn't blowing as cold as it was and the guy said it would be $1100!!! He said it was due to rising Freon costs and said the Freon alone was over $700. I reluctantly paid it after telling the guy I found a 25lb can everywhere for about $250 retail. They used much less than 25lbs. Plus when I told the guy it wasn't blowing as cold after he fixed it, he gave me some explanation that he did it properly. It felt like a total bait and switch and I didn't enjoy the experience.

I had recently had my AC cleaned by another company and then when they left it stopped working. I suspected foul play, so I called CB AIR. Christian identified the problem on the system that was previously cleaned and he found two wires not connected. The two wires that needed to be connected to run the AC. I thought it was odd that after the other company charged me $1850 to clean the fan and coils, his parting words were "don't expect this cleaning to make your system cool your house." My system is old he wanted to sell he an entire new system! Thank you, Christian and CB Air for honest, competent work! I will use you now and refer you as often as I can! My house is already 5 degrees cooler!

I approved the quote that day and Their install crew arrived Friday morning and removed the old unit and installed new system. All this transpired over a 3-day period. Everyone did a great job from Amber who took the initial call to the two men install crew that got everything installed and did a great job cleaning up after completing the repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any type of AC repairs. They even recommended a company to clean my air ducts which was completed today.
