A little bit hard find. Sorta inside an industrial complex but completely worth the effort to go there. The receptionist Sarah is amazing. Absolutely willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and explains everything in detail and understandably. Netflix on demand in the lobby if you have to wait for your phone. Complimentary coffee if you ask while you're waiting. Did I mention free WiFi?? Lots of parking. Will update on the repair quality when they're done with my phone as this is my first time here but I'm expecting it's going to impeccable if first impressions count for anything. 30 day warranty on parts and labor as well. UPDATE: They did a terrific job repairing my iPhone. Had a small issue with the repair I had them do to my phone but the fact that they went ABOVE AND BEYOND AGAIN to make it right after I brought it to their attention makes me want to give them a 6th star if it was possible to do so. read more

My son passed along his iPhone X to my wife and she soon discovered that it had a muffled sound when listening and she was totally unable to make Siri understand her when she wanted to dictate text messages. I spent a half-hour chatting with Apple doing diagnostics; brushing the holes on the bottom of the phone, etc., all to no avail. Apple advised me that since our AppleCare+ had expired in December, our best option was a flat-rate repair of $549. WOW!!! So I called up Repair Em' and dropped it off for a $10 diagnostic yesterday afternoon. Today I picked it up and they had opened it up and *thoroughly* cleaned out the speaker/mike access and it is now working perfectly. And all of that was included in the $10 diagnostic charge. I realized that this might be an unusual case, but Repair Em' will definitely be my first stop for all iPhone & Apple related repairs. read more

Just brought my nephew's phone here to get repaired. The screen was totally shattered and even had some yellow liquid coming out. The girl at the counter said they couldn't give me a discount because they were already only $89 dollars. I asked if it was $89 or $129. She got defensive and said the price was $149. I mentioned that MacGuyz in Redlands wanted $119 but had a 3 day wait. I would put less than one star if possible but i cant. after keeping my phone with them for more than 6 weeks, they sent it back to me with no screws and the mic isn't working. (i sent a galaxy note 2 to have the screen replaced) i was calling to ask where is my phone they kept saying: we will send it tomorrow or the day after and every time they said they sent it i called to get a tracking number and couldn't get one, i think i contacted them and called them more than 40 times in 6 weeks and it was one lie after another. finally after i they sent it to me without the Mic working i called them and they said "don't call us again!" and that we did everything we can for you! read more

I had called Repair Em' for my iPhone 5S and was told they did not have any screens in that week and to call in another week. I did and the screens were in. Great. Made an appt. but not really cause they did not even ask my name, just that I was coming in Monday morning for a new screen for an iPhone 5S. I guess that was all they needed to know? The customer service over the phone was not HORRIBLE but it was far from professional. Like I was talking to my sister or something. So I took my phone at 10 a.m. and they told me it would be ready in an hour and they would call. 2 hours later I still had not been called so I called and I was told it was ready. I went in and got my phone and it was good as new. I paid $140.06. They were super duper nice inside when I dropped the phone off and came back. No lie...My phone has not been the same every since I had my screen fixed here. I don't know anything about electronics, so I'm not really sure if that is normal or not, but my screen doesn't respond like it used to. I assume there are always risk having the screen fixed, so probably not entirely the companion's fault. In retrospect I would have just stuck with the cracked screen. REALLY like this place. I'd brought in my 120g ipod classic, thinking that it needed a new click wheel, and they quoted me a very reasonable price. Later they thought there MIGHT be some problems with the battery since it wasn't charging, but were still checking on it. Next day, lo and behold, the battery is fine, all charged up, and they even got the click-wheel to work without replacing it. Total cost: $10. Very honest, conscientious and trustworthy. Biggest problem you'll have is finding the place, but it's worth it. If you get lost, just call them and they'll help you find it. :) read more

Sarah at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and answered any questions that we had. We got a quote for an hour before it would be finished. We grabbed breakfast and came back just over an hour and it had been sitting there waiting for us to pick it up. The screen replacement works perfectly and is almost half of what you would pay at Apple and much much quicker to be fixed. I had to get my phone fixed somewhere in LA (since that is where I live and only drive out to their area once per month). The new place could tell I had gotten it fixed before. Not to mention my whole glass was popping out. I don't think they out in screws. And still I never got that part. (The part to fix my sensor because for some reason the screen wouldn't go black when I was on a phone call and held it up to my head). Hence, it would hit 'mute' or 'speaker' when pressed against my head. I'm just going to stick to the new place in LA. read more

Took my iPhone in for a new battery and got a bunk one. Had to take it back for them to fix again. Asked the guy what happened, and he said "it just happens sometimes." A few weeks later my boyfriend took his iPhone in for a busted screen and after a day they told him they couldn't find a screen that fit his iPhone (really?), so the bf asked for the broken screen to be put back on. They technically did put the screen back on, but the touchscreen and buttons no longer worked. So the bf had to take it back to have them fix that, and somehow they then found a replacement screen that fit and completed the repair. Basically, after a lot of hassle our phones were fixed. Do we think we got quality replacement parts put in our phones? Absolutely not. Do these technicians seem like they know what they are doing? Yes, but they are better at cutting corners than they are at fixing phones. I think all this hassle could have been avoided if they had just taken some care in their work and parts. read more

I sent my Galaxy S to have a cracked screen to be fixed. It took 5 weeks to get it back with the SIM card and memory card missing. 1. They would never update me on the status of my phone. The phone didn't arrive when expected, and I would call them to find out what what happened. They always had some excuse, and this process repeated itself until finally I got my phone back. 2. They promised to replace my SIM card and Memory card which they never did. I had to buy new ones. 3. They also promised to refund me the $60 I paid for the repair, which they never did. The technician found a battery problem, I was aware of, I had not considered fixing. He fixed the screen on my phone and the battery. It was all done in 45 minutes at a great price.
