Droped my phone and the screen cracked with large black spots and green and red lines all over. I couldn't even access my phone because it didnt let me type the password. In fact, it typed by itself and get my phone disabled. Sometimes I could access the phone and it would call and type people on my contact lists. Brought it in to repair em' to quote price. The lady in the front desk was really nice. She answered all the questions I have. It was $120 but was worthed. My phone came back looking like new within an hr. My daughter accidently broke her iPhone 6S screen and I was in need of services. I found this business on here with excellent ratings, so I gave it a try. The screen was cracked really bad in the upper right corner, exposing the inside of the phone. I was expecting to pay a hefty price for that damage. Surprisingly, they charged me $70, I paid $65 after saving $5 for a check in. 45 minutes that they told me it would take and it only took 30 minutes! Reachable service reps but....took over a week to get my replacement screen after they said that it should be here the next day 3 times. They said that they would call me regardless if they received the part and 3 days in a row, I had to be the one to call them at end of day cause I knew they weren't going to follow up with me. So I just had to go in and ask for money back which they kindly did but I was on time crunch, they didn't follow up AT ALL, and they wanted to charge $85. Amazing customer service. I went in again due to a cracked screen. I arrived around 9 am and figured I would need to sit in my car and wait while they open (10:00 am). I noticed someone walked in so I thought maybe they changed the time they opened. They greeted me so kindly and even though they don't open until 10am they were willing to help me and didn't turn me away. The repair only took 30 mins so I sat and waited in the front though they offered to come get me if I wanted to wait in my car. Again, amazing customer service and the cost of the screen is inexpensive compared to other places plus the wait time is great! While I was there I also got bought a screen protector and they placed it on my phone with NO BUBBLES! Very happy and if I need to get my phone repaired I'll be going back... again. read more

We stopped in and for $15 and 15 mins it was fixed. By the way, they quotes is at $35 but after the fix charged only $15. They also replaced my husbands iPhone 4S speaker for $45. Wow! Love them. If I could give zero stars I would! I got my cracked screen fixed here. I had to go back twice because the buttons would freeze and it wouldn't let me text. Both times they fixed it and finally it worked correctly. Then I left my phone in the car for 5-10 minutes and the screen got two cracks in it, and they said there is nothing they can do even though it was still under warranty! They must use cheap ass products for it to crack within that amount of time in a car. This company caused me nothing but hassle and I ended up where I started with a cracked screen! Don't go here! It's a waste of your time and money. There is plenty of better shops with integrity you can go to! The only reason they have so many good reviews is because they give people 5 dollars off to leave a review! read more

My ex sent me here after they fixed her phone but my experience sadly wasn't as good as hers. First time I went it went fine. Not perfect. The screen had a few particles in the top and they said they would fix it with a new screen in a few days covered by their warranty. Wasn't a big deal really. But I shouldn't have had to go back after they fixed it the first time. So I go back a few days later and they tell me they have no more iPhone 5 screens available even though they called me the day before telling me my screen was ready. So they said it'll take about an hour for the new screens to come in. It took almost 3. They said they'd call me when it was done but they never did. So eventually I called them. But that's not the end of my horror story. I Got home. My Touch ID wasn't working. I took it back to them and they said to factory reset it and it should handle it fine. So I did. And my entire phone screen went red and I wasn't able to restore my phone. I took it back to them. They said to give it about two hours. So I waited and went back and they said give it another 30 so sat in the office and they told me to give it a few more hours and I said okay fine. And I got it back and it was fine but I tried to restore it once again so I don't lose everything but then it went red again and gave me another error. I was already 30 minutes from the place and had to drive all the way back just to have them fix it yet again. They claim it was my laptop that's the problem. It wasn't. Not only was I not able to restore it my camera stopped working. I'm not even going to bother taking it back. Such a waste of gas, money, and my time. Never recommending to anyone. My advice. Save your money and take it to Apple or your phone company. read more

They fix the screen on my IPad. I was satisfied with that transaction, so I took them my PS3 to get it fixed. This transaction was a nightmare. First I had to hound them about weather they could fix it or not it took over a month. After all that they were not able to fix it, which I thought was the case. The main problem is the never returned my PS3. It is just gone. I have called with the order number and they say it not in from where it had to be shipped out. That was over six months ago. I would not trust them with any of my property again. It is one thing to not be able to fix something but, to loss it altogether is unacceptable from any business. The kiosk in the mall can fix screens and you can watch them and know they are not going to loss your device. read more

I don't have any experience with any other phone/iPad type of fix-it places, but I can't imagine any of them being better than these guys. The turnaround for getting a new screen was super fast (only next-day rather than same-day because I dropped it off late in the day) and they were also able to fix my volume toggle switch thing at no charge since it was broken from being dented. No more big dent in my iPad, the volume controls work now, and the screen looks great. All for just the cost of the new screen. Sara at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating.
