I realized I had a headlight out. I've never experienced this before so I called these guys this morning at 10:40, requesting assistance. I spoke to Dan and he gave me a quick quote, said they could squeeze me in now if I were game. I said, "heck yes!" And by 11:30 they were finished replacing my light and I was on my merry way! I cannot tell you pleased I am with their service and reactionary behavior. It's difficult at best for a woman to received honest and swift car repairs, let alone close to home. I like their no nonsense approach and will recommend them to anyone needing assistance in the area. It's a lot easier to get to them as well because the road construction in the area has moved west of them on 66th. I've had a wicked squeak in my 2012 Jeep Patriot for several months now. I dropped it off to have the squeak addressed and while looking the car over, they noticed my wheel bearings were loose. Normally I would call BS, except without any prompt Kris asked if I'd ever noticed "what sounds like a freight train following my car down the highway." UM YAH it's SUPER loud. I didn't think anything of it previously though and thought my car was just loud. So he replaced those and my car no longer sounds like I'm racing a railroad. We're still working out what's causing the squeak because so many parts of my suspension could be the culprit, but Kris and his team have been fantastic in helping me work through each of these issues and find/repair the source. Their quotes were substantially more affordable than what other shops quoted, their hours / communication / efficient working speed are very convenient for those of us who work 9-5 M-F, and they explained every single thing they were doing. No need to just "take their word for it." For the first time ever I've not felt like a shop was taking advantage of me for not knowing squat about cars (my husband does and was equally as impressed with their fairness, honesty, and quality). And a major perk for me, as a gal (roll your eyes all you want), is that each and every person I've encountered there would look me SQUARE in the eye when addressing me about my vehicle. My husband would be standing right next to me and they would address him when he spoke or had a question, but otherwise they addressed me clearly as the owner. This may not sound like a big deal to most folks but it speaks huge volumes as a gal who is always pushed to the side in favor of talking to my husband about my own dang car. I had asked a friend if he could guide me to a shop where I could get my brakes checked and not feel like I was going to get overcharged or misled. He told me hands down to go to Repair Rite and that it was the most honest shop around. I called and got a fast appointment. From the moment I arrived, I felt taken care of 100%. They kept me informed of every step and explained thoroughly so I was able to understand the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. I can't say enough how pleased I am of my experience. They fixed my brakes of the annoying shaking I was getting when braking at higher speeds. I've never had a more positive experience when getting my car serviced for anything. I drive past this place almost every day on my way home from work. I needed an oil change and prefer to give money to local businesses so I decided to give these guys a try. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning and when I arrived to check in, there were many people in the very small storefront. They are a gas station as well so they sell a few convenience store products as well as lottery tickets and seem to be a pretty popular place with neighbors walking in. I was helped quickly, asked them to take a look at one of my tires with low pressure and left for a walk in the park while they changed the oil. I received a call letting me know they were unable to fix my tire at the time but they gave me options which I appreciated. They also filled my tire before I left so I didn't have to later. They did a great job and are a friendly bunch so I'll definitely be back for my next oil change! read more

Love these guys! There isn't anything they can't do. I drive a 1999 Ford Escort, and sadly I've brought this car to other places where they just try to talk me out of getting anything fixed and that I should get a new car. However, at Repair Rite they always get it right, they always check out everything and make accurate decisions when it comes to what needs to be fixed. I'm always surprised by the price, I tend to always extremely over estimate my costs, because let's face it, you never really know, but I get the call from them after everything's looked over and the price is always, always, always been fair! Not only are the guys accurate and the price is always reasonable they're always quick to look at the vehicle and quick to fix! Just over a year ago they put a brand new exhaust system on my car within a day and I haven't had to think about it since! I more than highly suggest this place to everyone!
