My phone took a few too many tumbles & Yelp lead us to RepairAll Phone Repair. Victor was the repair tech for my visit today and he did an amazingly quick & efficient job. He was super kind, professional and knowledgeable. My phone is now fully operational and working considerably better than it did with a previous screen replacement I had done at a *different* shop. Victor encouraged me to get a screen protector, which I generally have a hard time utilizing due to vision issues, and it's as clear as glass and was so REASONABLY priced. He also mentioned a screen protector with insurance for my husband (ohhh construction workers and cell phone screens don't mix); Super stoked to have a screen with an insurance program that didn't break the bank. Walked into Repair All after calling the previous evening on pricing. Tim was welcoming and provided great customer service. Found out I didn't need the repair quoted, ( the charging port was cleaned free of charge and this solved my initial problem). He showed me that my battery was not performing optimally and suggested that I replace it. There was no pressure to do it just a suggestion. It was at this point I could have walked out, problem fixed with zero money spent. For the reason listed above, I chose to have them preform the battery replacement and purchased two chargers and a phone case. Yesterday I went into Repair All to get my sons IPad looked at because it was not turning on and was just showing a black screen. I called a lot of places to get price ranges even went to talk to Verizon because that is where I got the IPad from and they were unable to help me unless I bought another one which I did not want to do. Victor let me know he could help me the best he could but there was no guarantee it would work until he looked at it further. About 2 hours later he called and said it was working! I've had two Samsung Galaxy phones repaired at the Clovis location within the last year; they both needed the glass screens to be replaced. I appreciate Repair All's quick service and I trust their work. Quick review... Took a used iphoneXR in to have the screen replaced and then have my daughters information transferred from her dying iphone 4 to the XR. Was given a reasonable estimate for the repair and $10 off of the transfer cost. The transfer took a little longer than expected because of the condition of the iphone 4, which was completely not their fault, but they still gave an additional $10 off for having us wait. I took my I-phone in because it wouldn't charge. I was hoping it could be repaired for a couple of hundred dollars so I didn't have to buy a new one for $600 but they took a look and saw that lint from my pocket had built up in the charging port over the last 2 years. She took it out with a tweezers and it was good as new and at no charge. Competent and honest. How rare these days! read more

The website said no appointment needed, so I just walked in. Jasmin was very nice and replaced my cracked iPhone XS screen and installed a new screen cover while I waited--I was probably in and out within 20 minutes! She explained there is a 1 year warranty if the screen malfunctions. We'll see how the repair holds up with time, but for now the brand new screen is working perfectly! read more

They actually fixed my phone for free yesterday and told me my battery was just disconnected, and they give you a one year warranty.
