After doing some researching via Groupon, Google & Yelp I decided to contact the store on Yelp Messenger. The messenger prompt was very user friendly asking what make, model, device, and what part needed to be fixed. They do it all there- not just screens!!! The owner was very quick to get respond back, and confirmed what hours they are open till. (Very professional) Located in a strip mall off the corner of 7th St & Union Hills and next to a Middle Eastern & European Shop is this IPhone Repair Shop!!! As some as you walk in you are promptly greeted. No waiting around to be acknowledged. The technician who I am assuming is the owner, was an older gentleman who carefully examined my phone and then told me Me how much it would be to fix my phone. An affordable $80 for an IPhone 6. When I told him that was fine he quoted me 25 mins, and even offered me a cold water bottle to drink while I waited there. The waiting area is a little outdated but felt very clean. There was a comfy couch to sit on in front of a tv and plenty of up to date magazines to read. It actually took less time than he originally quoted me for. In 20 mins my entire screen was replaced, and the whole phone was cleaned off, making it look pristine!! I checked while I was there, and it works great!! Even the broken volume on my phone way fixed when the new glass screen was put on!!! I would definitely going to this establishment for your iPhone repairs!!! read more

I dropped my iphone 6 on gravel shattering it's screen while working on my sprinkler system and had heard of this spot. It's Yelp reviews are of very high praise and I must admit the man works very quickly. The Yelp coupon worked as advertised, I paid cash and the repair was completed in about 40 minutes, which was perfect for my lunch break. The only reason I docked a star is the appearance of the shop. It's in a small strip mall, and the store front is unremarkable. You'll walk in and it's a very empty shop bare walls, very little furniture, and an overall shabby appearance. This may deter some but he does do good work MUCH faster than the Apple Store, and cheaper if you get the Yelp deal. read more

Found this place in the spot and literally showed up 12min before closing time......I was greeted professionally, they took the time to open the phone and look into it. Looks like it is the main board so not worth repairing; as an alternative, I was told to visit an Apple store and they will honor a free replacement if the phone less than 1 year old. My wife found this company on Yelp to repair my cracked iPhone 7 screen. The service cost about $100 and took about 25 minutes while I waited. After the installation, I had some issues with screen responsiveness and "pinch marks" or hot spots on my screen. I went back a few days later and kindly showed the owner the issues. As advertised, he reviewed the installation, trouble shot the issue and presented me with a new screen fix that had resolved these issues. The second visit took a bit longer (as to be expected), but it was worth the wait. My iPhone 7 now works great and the customer service was fantastic. So, son tripped and opted to break Iphone 6 and not his face. I got a few quotes from places in was willing to drive to. IReel had great feedback. Their quote came in lowest, and they are closest to my house. In store they quoted higher and I showed them my quote. That guy came out and he asked if I'd purchased the coupon. I hadn't so he just priced it as if I had, which was less than my written quote. I did opt for a better screen and I also picked up a case for my other son. It was easy to kill time in the Dollar Tree and it was ready in less than 30 min. Son is super happy to be swiping with no glass shards.
