Great prices on pumpkins and no crowds! We were able to pick out huge pumpkins for our family. The largest ones were only $20. Everyone working there was helpful. Review #308 - 2019 I was looking for a cute pumpkin patch to do a fun mother-daughter Halloween photo shoot and this place happened to be the only one in the area that has a huge corn field so it's perfect for that fun factor. We showed up around 10:30 AM on Wednesday, October 30th, and there was no one around. We had the whole place to ourselves. Yay! I mean, not that it's a good thing for the business, but it's great for our photo session since we didn't have to try to avoid any unwanted photobombers. They have a nice selection of different sizes/types of pumpkins available. My daughter had great time choosing her pumpkins. The lady who was working was very nice and friendly. She didn't make us feel uncomfortable about taking our sweet time. Sadly, the wind got super strong after about 15 minutes so we had to rush off. We ended up with a few small pumpkins and one bunch of sunflowers for only $6. Talk about a steal! read more

I enjoy coming here for the pumpkin patch. Had a great haul for a wonderful price, and we also enjoyed the corn maze, which is good for children (it's not difficult and easy enough to navigate). There is a small fee (I think $2 per person to do the corn maze). They also have a small hay stack area with decorations where you can take family photos. Wear comfy shoes you can throw in the washer later because your shoes will get super dusty! Parking is also plentiful and free. Avoid the other "Disneyland-like" attractions in the area that are super overpriced. This place might seem boring from the road (esp. for kids), but it beats the crowds and allows you to really enjoy a fall activity with your family in peace, and it's still a good time! read more

Went here with my two boys on a Wednesday morning during their fall break from school. We were the only people there for the first 20min! Great because at a lot of other spots it is a zoo. Cute older couple seem to be running the place. Very helpful but gave us our space to explore. We chatted a bit about the Giants when the gentleman noticed my son wearing an SF hat. Every October, Repetto's opens a pumpkin patch down the road from their nursery. Standing on the dirt lot surrounded by pumpkins always brings me back to my childhood field trip. It was hard to find the perfect pumpkin back then and it's still hard today. There are plenty of choices - different shapes, sizes and colors - but many have speckles/blemishes. Towards the front entrance they have giant pumpkins, Cinderella pumpkins and other types of pumpkins and gourds for sale. The tiny ones are 50 cents each and the ones in the field are $5 and under. There isn't much else to see, aside from the pumpkins. They have an inflatable jumper and slide (a giant tiger and dinosaur) for kids and a corn maze ($2). The other pumpkin patches are more elaborately decorated and you can find cheaper pumpkins at the smaller farms and stands. read more

We saw the large patch strewn with bright orange pumpkins on our way to the HMB Art and Pumpkin Festival and made a mental note to stop here on our way out. A few of the other patches on the same road seem better for suited for kids with their cute decoration and train ride. This patch however is great for those who don't need all cutesy stuff and are just on the hunt for the perfect pumpkins. Good luck finding a larger pumpkin that isn't a little flat on one side. They're all still great options. The prices are reasonable. The smaller ones are $5 or less. The larger depend on size. The choices abundant- with different sizes & shades of orange colors. There are some green, yellow, and multi- colored ones too. Be sure to get a wheelbarrow before going into the patch. That way you can load up on a bunch or carry a larger pumpkin back to the entrance to pay. They also have a farm stand in front with fruits and veggies- including persimmons and fig which are in season. If it happens to be raining - make sure you're wearing a pair of shoes you okay with the possibility of parting with. It's was raining when I went and thus a tad bit muddy. The good thing is they've got a hose in back in the back to wash your shoes and a sink to your left when entering the patch. Use either before getting back into your car. TIP: Pack some old rags or plastic bags to toss your shoes in so you can keep your car clean. Bags work best especially well since the mud dries and crackles. Overall, I'd come back again. If you're heading back towards the South Bay,stop at the Vista Point exit on 280 South for a beautiful view of Crystal Springs Reservoir. read more

The main reason for my visit to Repetto's was for the corn maze! It's a bit small, but not difficult, and it was a nice walk through the maze in scandals. I think it was worth the $2/person. My guy and I decided to make the traffic dreading trip to Half Moon Bay for some fun gourd hunting. We originally planned on going to the popular Lemos Farm, but once we got there, we realized we were in the wrong place, because we didn't have kids - haha. So we got back in our car and went back and pulled into Repetto's Pumpkins! We're so glad we did because we picked out 2 pumpkins and three funny looking gourds for $10! We had a great time picking out our pumpkins and we did the $2.00 corn maze and got some fun photos! The staff there were so nice and helpful! Definitely planning on coming back next year! read more

Came by since it was a quick right turn to enter the area from Highway 92. We went during the outage towards the end of October, but we swung by at the end of day so it wasn't too busy. We mainly wanted to stop by for their produce stand when we realized they had a small pumpkin patch as well as a FREE corn maze (which wasn't big but enough to take good pictures and just experience walking around in a corn maze). The prices were great - in fact the produce stand beat Safeway's prices for onions - all 3 types were only 99 cents a pound a super fresh! We also got some some yummy fresh tomatoes and brussel sprouts. The fruits were a bit pricey though so we didn't get any, but definitely would come by again for some cheap, fresh veggies next time. We didn't get any pumpkins only because I already got one kabocha that I wanted from another farm I visited earlier, but their prices were very fair and they had a good variety with different colors/shapes as well read more

We have been going to Repetto's for pumpkins for at least 10 years. Their sign says "all pumpkins are five dollars except for the Giants". The prices have gone up this year and the quality of their pumpkins don't justify the price. We also went to Farmer John's off Hwy 1 and found better looking pumpkins. The price was the same as what we paid at Repetto's. I am very disappointed in their pricing and this new philosophy. This is the last year we will go back to buy our pumpkins there. read more

We went pumpkin "hunting" yesterday & were surprised by how much of a price/quality difference there was from patch to patch. Hwy 1 has some patches with really beautiful, large & almost perfect pumpkins... And it would have cost us $65 for just one! So, since we don't have a millionaire's budget for Halloween decorations, off we went to search for other options. We found Repetto's driving down 92 & couldn't have been happier with the variety we found! Their biggest & best looking pumpkins have already been selected & pre-priced right at the front of the patch (I think $20 was the most expensive we saw), but you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't walk through the patch & select your own unique beauties. These are semi-ripe to ripe pumpkins freshly culled from the farm. Lots of greenies, bi-colors & full orange specimens in every shape for some truly great carvings. Witches, ghouls & lots of Frankenstein pumpkins waiting to be carved, you just need that artistic eye :). Blemishes & warts? Work them into your carvings! We left with a great haul for under $30 (beautiful bi-color semi-giants & some great little multi-colored gourds). FYI, it's CASH ONLY but if you ask nicely, they may let you use your credit card for purchases over $20-- Ask first! I recommend this patch (or their other patch a little less than a mile away) strictly for pumpkins. Can't beat their selection or pricing. If you're looking for a place to entertain the kids beyond picking pumpkins, head about two miles further down 92 to Lemos Farms for the kids :). read more

We visit Repetto's Pumpkins every year for the past 5-6 years and have NOT found cheaper, bigger, fresher pumpkins anywhere. You can look at the pumpkin stump/stem end and how dry or not dry it is - and thats an indication how old/fresh it is. The only other patch we've found had better looking and fresher pumpkins was Farmer Johns, not too far away on Hwy 1, north of the 92 juncture. These pumpkins seemed to be cream of the crop pumpkins... But were too expensive for my taste! I will say, I'm not impressed by a lot of other family own pumpkin patches that don't publish their rates up front. We've gone to a few and you dont know how much your total is until someone arbitrarily tells you how much it is. Thats why I LOVE Repettos!! Best price for THE best pumpkins. You're not going to find a more fresh or bigger pumpkin anywhere else for $5.. read more

For quality, selection & prices, Repetto's is THE BEST deal on the Peninsula! They have two very large patches to choose from with such a great variety: gourds & ornamentals, sugar pie cooking pumpkins even chilacayotes (shark fin melons) -- if you don't find your "perfect" pumpkin at one of their patches, you can always go down to the other patch (about a mile or so down 92) & check out the rest. They have a hayride around the cornfield & a corn maze, but we didn't try either so I can't say if they were any fun... We spent so much time picking out our pumpkins (Seven total! Four large ones & three small asst sizes all for $26!!! The patches along Hwy 1 were asking for $45 for just one pumpkin that was the same size as our largest $5 pumpkin) we only had time for some yummy pumpkin ice cream lol. Definitely coming back here from now on for our annual Halloween pickings :). read more

This was my second pumpkin patch of the day with my dog. I called prior to see if dogs were allowed and the woman said "yes. Only rule is if the dog is on leash" which he was. We come and were shopping around for pumpkins when their own dog (assuming) approached my dog with no collar or leash. Upsetting my pup, their dog followed us all the way to the car and wouldn't leave us alone. He also jumped on our car. No one bothered to stop their own dog. Much lack of responsibility. If you're going to enforce a policy then don't have your own dog running amuck. My dog was perfectly fine at the first (Farmer johns pumpkin patch) with much more dogs present. Ruined the experience and won't be coming back. read more

The pumpkins might be nice, but we didn't get that far, because we had been driving for hours and had a little one that had to pee before we could even look around. The lady running the place rudely informed my husband that it was a minimum of $5 to use the bathroom--a port-a-potty-- and we had to pay first. We walked across the parking lot to the fruit stand where they had 2 port-a-potties that were open and we spent a bunch at the fruit stand afterwards. We had been planning to hang out at the pumpkin patch, look around, and probably spend way more than $5 but the lady lost our business because of her attitude and the pay-to-potty-policy. Best pumpkin patch I've ever been to. So many good pumpkin options. The corn maze is also a blast! The staff is so friendly and accommodating as well! All of the other pumpkin patches are overpriced and way too overcrowded, but Repetto's was so reasonable and not too crazy. In fact, we were treated like royalty. We tried going to Lemos and it was so over priced and crowded. Definitely recommend Repetto's. They also have flowers and Christmas trees! Such a dream place! Stopped here 10/19/15, to get a pumpkin after the Pumpkin Festival and the old man that was there was totally rude, Yelling and just being down right mean. There was a huge box of pumpkins that had a sign that read $1.00 and $2.00, the old man wanted to charge me $4.00 I told him I got it from the $1.00 & $2.00 box, he said he didn't care where I got it from. There were others in that box that were the same size so I told him he should change the sign to read $1.00 and up, he mumbled something under his breath and walked away telling him he shouldn't be so rude to his customers because that's why he chases them away. He started yelling and cussing at me in what he thought was Spanish. Don't buy from here this old man does not deserve your business. read more
