Beautiful lavender spot in HMB. Try to make a stop each time to get some air plants, lavender syrup or lavender sage. Friendly customer service.

So many goodies!! So many lavender infused items (lots locally made!) and there's also house plants and other goodies! Service is good! They take both cash & card (but on weekends try to bring smaller bills to pay with). I got some honey, lavender, and a Chinese money plant! I'll definitely be back soon!!

If you love lavender, they have it all! From scented sachets to dried and fresh lavender, there are so many beautiful choices. I especially love their outdoor garden decor as well as the unique hanging plant holders. This is such a cute and wonderfully scented store.

The absolute cutest nursery in the area! So many beautiful well manicured plants. Aside from plants they have many other gifts, pots, and fun items to pick up. The lady who checked us out was very kind and gave us recommendations on how to care for our plants. Some things were a little pricey but we got 4 plants for $43. Can't wait to come back!

Dreamy florist and nursery. Definitely loved the lavendar theme ; a calming experience as you walk in to a rush of lavendar swirl as you enter the store. They have cute lavendar products from lotions, soaps, etc that you can purchase. Also ranging from jewlery. Definitely loved the zen of the nursery w/lighting & plants. It enhanced the experience as you walk through and explore through their garden. Some of the plants are just so intricate with patterns and colors they dont seem teal but its so fascinating how vibrant everything is ranging from greens to reds purples and yellows. Loved it!

My husband and I went to Half Moon Bay to check out the area and drove past this small strip of plant stores. We made a stop here while leaving HMB and popped into the Lavender store. There was so much purple and lavender inside - it was great! I ended up purchasing a jar of lavender sugar. The lady said that it's really good and popular so I'm really excited to experiment with it in teas and maybe even baking!

I love so much about this place. Sometimes they have a bargain table but if not you can just peruse through their lavender items forever . They have these lavender and lemongrass pumice soap that I will drive the 3 hours it takes from my home to stock up on these metal tins lined with rice paper that are the best gifts ever theyre 12.95 each and they are incomparable not only to get rough black edges and calluses off of of your feet, but to soften and exfoliate as well. They come in seasonal scents My personal favorite is the lemongrass. They also have pomegranate and of course lavender. Every person I have gifted these to cannot ever go without them again! They also have a soap called Fish Princess that is made by an amazing lady in Santa Cruz that comes in so many different scents and it's all natural that are also wonderful.

Huge selection of lavender products, indoor plants, pots, and other adjacent knickknacks. We had a good time browsing through the shop and ended up leaving with a beautiful silver peperomia rana verde plant for $10 and a small fragrant pouch of lavender for $5. A lot of the smaller indoor plants were a reasonable $10.

Was visiting half moon bay with my family and we happened I pass by this place! I got dried lavender from them last year and it's been still smelling great! I wanted to see if they had anything else I could use and decorate my place and they have so many options! From air plants, hanging plants and potting plants! They have very cute decorations and amazing lavender, and plants here! Will always come back to this place whenever I pass by.

    Floating ceramic fishes & frog.

Half Moon Bay Lavender is tucked in between a ton of other little shops on this strip mall. Unfortunately, most of the stores were closed on the day we came, so I was glad to see this one open. They feature plants, planters, and other outdoor items, among other things. I purchased three ceramic figures (2 fishes; 1 frog) that float in water. I'd love to go back one day, hopefully when all of the stores are open!

The area is beautiful with stunning views, easy parking, and great signage. Each store has a building with clear signs, cash register counters. We were welcomed and invited into the stores that were open during our visit. My favorite area was the succulents, as a succulent collector I obviously was drawn here. I'd like to make special note of the love and care for the plants. Often times when purchasing plants they are not thriving, they are hanging on for dear life or are semi healthy. All plants in all shops were EXTREMELY healthy! The humidity was ever so present in the store with the house plants, the dryness was very present in the area with the succulents, the lighting was good and the plants were lush, not stretchy, and were properly placed for sunning. I did not pay attention in the other stores but did notice that the succulent store also listed their plants as toxic if there was toxins in them harmful to children or pets!

We were able to secure a parking space in the last row, thankfully. Already Pastorino's was bustling with families and young children, eager to partake in the many activities like the train ride, big slide or was it a bouncy house?, hayride, etc. We were grateful for the no-admission fee, but you do pay for the rides, food, etc. Since we didn't ride anything, I have no idea of their cost. My friend and I took advantage of the many photo ops around the property. There is a delightful gift shop that even carried the coveted Labubus, amidst all of their Halloween inspired gifts. Pastorino's is beautifully and whimsically decorated for Halloween. I'm sure you'll find it charming, even if you're without children.

I actually have a 3 ft tall rooster that was given to me as a joke about 12 yrs ago...I'm sure you can imagine "Cheryl has a BIG....er...keeping this G-rated....(word without the -a-doodle-do!) in the garden!" Um... yeahhh...Hey, I actually like my metal art and it's definitely a funny conversation piece...since then I've received smaller ones but not quite the same design as the one at Sun Studios. So when I called to inquire (Friday, 1/13/22, 130pm), I was given a price but when I arrived there today it was actually much more...a little disappointed with the person who told me otherwise...poo! The owner was kind enough to offer 10% off but will have to think about this one. Overall, Sun Studios is wonderful if you're looking for fountains, bird baths, metal art (dragons, goats and large crows!), concrete sculptures, planters and variety of decorative Mexican Talavera pottery to beautify your outdoor space. A fun place to peruse and potentially take something home

He threw his cap at the floor, walked away from us at the register, and tried ignoring us to make us go away while there were others in line. I asked him not to raise his voice at us too. This was after he had charged us more than what was stated on the price tag of the bouquet. We paid it since wanted that bouquet in particular. This exchange overall felt very disrespectful. We had bought 10 peonies here for $67 dollars. The peonies here are $30 a bunch (5 pc). This is quite overpriced, as they are resold from another vendor. The quality of the flowers was also not great. One bunch of peonies had mold growing on it, meaning it had been there for awhile. We have bought fresher peonies at Whole Foods before. I don't recommend -- buying flowers here ruined my day, and that's the opposite point of buying flowers.

The orchid I bought here back in January is still blooming beautifully in July, and it's gorgeous. That alone speaks volumes. These orchids are clearly loved, expertly grown, and exceptionally well cared for. This visit was such a joy. Jesus was welcoming, patient, and happy to answer all of my orchid questions. And then there was Lulu, the adorable Yorkiepoo, who may have been just as responsible for my purchases. Bay Area Orchids has been a family-owned business for more than 25 years, and you can feel that passion throughout the nursery. I walked in planning to buy one orchid and somehow left with three: a gorgeous golden Phalaenopsis with multiple flower spikes, a vibrant magenta beauty, and a petite coral Phalaenopsis that completely stole my heart. My kitchen windowsill has officially become an orchid gallery! If you're heading to Half Moon Bay State Beach, this is an easy stop along the way, and they're open until 6 PM. Whether you're buying your first orchid or adding to a collection, this place is well worth a visit. Fair warning: you'll probably leave with more orchids than you planned. I certainly did!
