It has taken me a long time to determine what to say about this company and our experience. This is long, but I feel it necessary to share. Our experience was mixed. We initially dealt with Nick who was very willing to complete the task. We all went over the project of repiping our house with pex. We explained what we wanted done and he then explained the process and what we needed to do. My husband and I felt we all understood each other. We liked the idea that it was a family business and we like supporting that, the reviews were very good and I find that a helpful when looking at people to hire for my house projects. We felt Nick was honest and straightforward. When we scheduled the project, Nick informed us that he would not be doing the work, his relative would, Nick had to go out of town. That's when things went down hill. Four 10x10 holes were cut into our family room ceiling, which we were told about after the project started. Debris, wood, rocks, tile, nails and sheet rock were left for us to clean up. We have dogs and cats and this debris was strewn outside and in the house. When we first discussed the project with Nick, he told us to purchase a plate to cover a hole that would be cut into our upstairs shower. The plate was about 10x10 in size. The hole ended up being about 18x12. The plate would not cover it and we were left with a huge hole in our existing shower. We ended up having to hire someone to retile our entire shower due to the damage and not being able to find the same tile to match what was already there. When we asked about repair work and clean up, we were told we would need to pay for it and because my husband helped with some of the work, he needed to clean up the debris. Now, to be fair, we asked them to put in a drain in the tub, which was not part of the bid and they did that, albeit reluctantly. My husband asked they put in a water manifold, which they did as well, for extra. I just want to point out, on their website it clearly says they will repair walls as part of the job as well as clean up. They were very happy to take the old copper piping away (there is $$ for that), however, they were unwilling to clean up the rest of the debris in our yard, patio, driveway and in the house. For the amount of money we spent on this job (over 13k), yes our house was repiped, so I gave them 2 stars for completing the job. But the overall job was a big disappointment. We now have holes in our ceiling which will mean we have to repair the entire ceiling in our family room, we hired someone to retile the upstairs bathroom, my husband had to redo some of their work under our kitchen sink as well and we have had to clean up after their work. I am very disappointed with the job. I had high hopes. But it was a very expensive and sour experience.

My contractor recommended that we do full repipe before we begin my bathroom remodel. So the journey began getting bids. We got six bids and went with Repipe Masters. First of all I wasn't necessarily chasing the lowest bid because i of course was worried about quality. Didn't want you get what you paid for. But when I saw all the great reviews along with the best price I selected them. Doug came in with a bag of samples of what was being installed and an impressive binder with pictures and reviews. We got scheduled in less than a week and my job kicked off. Emilio amd his crew were amazing. They came in a laid cloth through out my house as well laid plastic sheeting on my furniture that was exposed to the work. Two guys were assigned outside in the rain to do the outside pipe. They did such an amazing job. I had a huge trench (30L x 4W x 3H) and assumed that I would have to reseed or lay new sod. That wasn't the case (see pic). For the inside we have a bunch of fairly small holes given what they had to accomplish. We moved the hideous piping to the main and relocated it in the closet. We chose to not have them re patch and do it ourselves as that was additional costs. At the end of the day, my whole house was repiped inside and out and got a new water heater installed. Amazing! You'd be crazy not to go with Repipe Masters!

We ended up getting estimates from three different plumbers, and I Need a Plumber Now immediately stood out, they just had the best vibe from the start. They were professional, quick to respond, and took the time to clearly explain everything. They provided detailed information about the work, walked us through both best- and worst-case scenarios, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Ryan was especially amazing, super professional, responsive, and easy to work with. On top of that, they were able to get everything done in just one day, which was such a relief. Once Ryan arrived, he was extremely helpful and clearly determined to resolve the slow drain in our kitchen. He walked us through a few possible approaches and immediately got to work. After some diligent effort using a drain snake followed by his high‑powered water flushing equipment, the clog was finally cleared. Ryan also took the time to leave us with helpful tips on how to prevent future buildup, especially regarding cooking oils that had hardened inside the pipes. That extra guidance was much appreciated. Beyond his technical skills, Ryan was personable, friendly, and professional. In this day and age, it can feel worrisome inviting someone into your home--but Ryan is someone I'd gladly invite back for a cookout anytime. Overall, the service was fast, efficient, straight to the point, and fairly priced compared to the competition. I highly recommend Ryan and "I Need a Plumber Now!" Thank you, Ryan, for your hard work!

Their staff (phone staff and on-site plumbers) are professional, communicate well and get the job done. I've never used them for Electric and/or HVAC so I can't speak to that.

An AI voice answered the phone, asked me why I was calling, told me it was going to look up my account details, said it had a problem and that someone would contact me to follow up, and then hung up on me. A few hours later I got a text from "Cameron". I complained to "Cameron" about the experience I had from the AI phone answerer. "Cameron" apologize and told me that such an experience would frustrate him too...then "Cameron" decided to be transparent with me and tell me that he was in fact AI as well and "his" real name was "Carson". We went back and forth about 6 times to explain the problem I was having and to set up an appointment. Then "Cameron" told me that the time we worked out wasn't confirmed yet and that someone would be calling me to confirm the time. Thanks, "Cameron". This was Friday around 4:00PM. THE NEXT MORNING, a human being (I think) texted me from the same number to confirm the appointment. After I let them know how unhappy I was with the AI scheduling service, a human (I think) did call me and apologized for it. Then, on the day of the appointment, the technician arrived an hour and a half after the 12:00-16:00 window we had set up. I had to call them at 16:30 to ask if the technician was coming and they told me he would be there soon. When he did arrive, in the middle of me making dinner for my family, he told me that the faucet would need to be replaced and that it would be $750 (!!) in labor to fix it. Then I was charged $83 for his time (which I guess would be rolled into the service). So, in the end I still had a leaky faucet and I was out $83 with the option to pay $670 to replace a faucet (plus the cost of the faucet itself). For that price, I'm just going to do it myself. Then the spam texts started coming from "Cameron" asking about the estimate. I got one every day until I told it to stop texting me. This company used to be great but I'm going to be looking around the next time I need a plumber. Please ditch this stupid AI system. Please don't charge your customers if you're extremely late for your own four hour window - especially if the diagnosis takes five minutes and is "I can't fix it - replace the faucet".

Contacted them and asked if it is just a service all price and hourly rate. They said yes and the tech will notify me of the rates. His iPad said 110/hr and 199 for service call. Ok, sweet! I'll do 400.00 for 30min of work and 30min of drive time. Well, not true. First, it was 298.60 for service call which included first 30min. (Tech called at 8:36, said 30min drive time and was on site at 9:11pm) then, it was 165/quarter hour for overtime and 110/hr overtime plus 99.00 for camera inspection and charged us for rags, gloves etc. Total bill was 1403.62. Gosh dang man really?!?!?! I had no choice to pay. Being a tradesman working for a large electrical contractor this is ridiculous. Our rates even for emergencies are half that for the time!!!! I understand the numbers side of this. Paying the employee including benefits, gas, insurance and overhead would equate to 475-500.00 tops. Add a 10% mark up for profit total bill should have been 550-600.00. Yes, more than I first thought but way easier for my family to swallow than 1400.00!!! They made over 800.00 off us and their employee by taking advantage of that situation. Integrity is becoming non existent. My customers rely on my honesty and up front prices before I perform the work including if it's an emergency. I want repeat customers. Continuously over charging customers looses them. It's too bad cause I really liked them. Should have rented a snake from Home Depot for 76.00 and done it myself.
