But what really impressed me was that he was able to come out that same day initially between 5-6pm. I was blown away. He was in the area at 2:30 and called and inquired on our availability to have the windshield completed at 3pm. Fortunately it all worked out schedule wise and bing-bang-boom...it was completed within an hour. Marco's communication was amazing, his labor care and clean up was above-and-beyond and he was very clear in the after-care procedures and his warranty and if anything happened that he was only a phone call away.
