I love having this place so close. It's a great atmosphere for families or Late nights with friends. When we get home later than expected it's so nice to have somewhere open serving real food that doesn't come in a paper wrapper. I think the totchos were seasonal but they were divine. Ok, number 1, I think that's one of the best pizza's I've ever had. The crust was perfect. We ordered the patty melt and Cali club which melted in our mouths! Lily is the best waitress ive ever had at any restauran. So attentive. I have so many allergies and that was no problem for her. She knew the menu like no one else. If you are vegan request lily and order the portabello burger and lily will hook you up. This is my favorite restaurant thanks to Lily. She made the experience 10/10. Lots of hype about this place, with strong ratings in a recent Daily Herald "Best of the Best" review. Two of the three of us in our party ordered 12 chicken wings in which the server stated they only had 18 wings left. So agreeing to take the 18 we ordered the Steak Taco special. A few minutes before the food came out the server informed us there was actually only 12 wings coming out. Very disappointed we said to just bring us a basket of sweet potato fries. Although they were very good and crispy, they arrived after our food was consumed. The 3 steak tacos were very underwhelming, not full of much other than the meat. No pico, lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, etc. They came with a handful of tortilla chips with no salsa or anything to dip them in. Who eats tortilla chips by themselves? My son was happy with the 12 wings and my wife enjoyed the peanut butter bacon burger. After being noticeably disappointed in the meal, it would have been nice for them to comp the sweet potato fries or a beer, or something. At some point we'll have to give them another try. read more

This place is legit! They have something on the menu for everyone. I eat a keto diet and they were super accommodating for swapping out carbs for veggies. AWESOME! It was extremely crowded, however, we were fortunate to get 2 seats at the bar where Michaela 'Perfect' and Joe were over the top attentive. Almost got the Pot Roast (guy next to me had it and said it was really good), but we came for a burger, so a build your own burger it was. It was GREAT! Add to that the hand cut fries and it was a really really good meal. Stands on it's own to all the other places that claim burger superiority. We found our new place. I'm going to have the pot roast next and saving room for Gramma's Banana Bread too. Also, already decided Rep's is going to be the spot for my Birthday dinner. Amazing, prompt service! There is always management greeting each table asking them how their meals are, etc. which shows how much they care. My friends and I will be regulars here from now on because of how well we were treated the last 2 visits. Tried to watch a little football there today. All of the tables in the bar were reserved, so we were asked to move into the restaurant side. Wow! Had lunch here today and already planning my next visit. What a great place. I can not think of one negative thing. Best hamburger I've ever had. Service was great. The build your own burger is a terrific value. Pick your bun, pick your add-ons, up to five. Comes with fries or a substitution. I subbed onion straws and I was glad I did. Did I mention the portions are huge? Great value for the quality and generous portions. The hamburger had a rich meaty taste to it. They must use high quality meat. And they're open late if you want a late night fix. I can't rave enough about this place. Be sure to try it because I want them to stay, we need a great place like this. Over all experience was good. We started with the 6 pack platter. The fried pickles were dried out and disappointing. The mozzarella sticks and cheese sticks were a interesting twist on classics. The cheese fries and Pretzels bites were okay. The bacon knots were fantastic. We had their peanut butter bacon burger. This burger was interesting but not something I would get again. This bar is across the street from my friends house. My sister and I parked by her place and took one car to the pet expo and then decide to go there after for dinner and some drinks. Unfortunately this place is not too close to my house. Because if it was I'd be here all the time. The decor was average. It's seem to be definitely an older crowd which I like. But I was very impressed by the food. The menu Had a good selection. My sister and I had the nachos but they used potato chips instead and it was delicious. We also had the bacon appetizer which was very very good. The other food that I saw coming out looked really impressive. Definitely better than your average bar food. The beer was reasonably price. Our bartender/waitress was super friendly and I believe just started a few weeks ago but she was really awesome. They had a DJ I guess that maybe comes on Saturdays later in the evening and I would've loved to stay to see what he plays but we had to leave but we will definitely be back!! read more

Finally got to Rep's Place, and it was outstanding. Very friendly staff and patrons. The decor is upscale rustic with a nod to hometown Rolling Meadows High School sports. The menu is fresh and interesting. We had a hard time deciding what to try. We ordered the Twisted Shrimp Shanghai - absolutely delicious!! Then the grilled cheese for me (had to take half home) and build your own burger for my husband. Both were amazing. Gigantic portions and reasonably priced. Great beer selection too.
