Alex explained the options to fix our 28-year old unit, including replacing it. The owner Brian called shortly after to help us choose the new unit that made sense for us. He was objective, through, and patient while explaining operations, pros, and cons of each unit. The focus was getting our family taken care of, not a sale. As expected, our installation was flawless with Justin and Alex being kind, professional, on time, and patient with questions. Since installation, Brian has reached out to me to ensure everything was working properly. He's helped me understand and improve some airflow issues without trying to book a service call.

BUT....it felt like "the Hard Sell" with an over-talkative salesperson who was long-winded and without much content in her abundance of words, and she wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise to ask questions and understand what she was saying. Thankfully, the technician scheduled to come out got sick so they missed the appointment (and did a good job notifying me) which gave me the opportunity to call another service. Their competitor (Jaycox) was clear and to the point--allowed me to ask questions, and immediately quoted a fraction of the price to service my HVAC's--much to my wallet's delight. And I just really didn't want to talk to that salesperson anymore. So, while Sorensen is probably a good company, unfortunately my experience with them was rather off-putting.

Trey offered to stop by the same evening and gave assurance that he'd get it working it if he could, and the cost of any fixes would go towards a new unit if that was the route we needed to take. Trey made it out the same evening and worked in the dark to get our unit up and running. Turns out we don't need a new unit right now! Really appreciate his effort and diligence with diagnosing the issue to get it repaired and at a reasonable price. I appreciate that he's honest and didn't recommend a new unit when it's not necessary.

They demanded I paid in full, even though they needed multiple trips to the house to complete work. I protested, but they insisted. And of course, the work wasn't completed. The AC never blew lower than 76 degrees. And now 18 months after they "fixed" the problem, the same two units are not working again. What a cowinkiedink! And conveniently 6 months out of warranty on their work! I would've gotten more satisfaction if I burned the $6 grand
