Buyer beware if you purchase a BBQ here…read more I purchased a Charbroil Commercial Series Grill and Griddle Combo where Lowe's will put it together and deliver to your home for free because the purchase price was greater than $400. Sounds good so far. They deliver my grill and the griddle has some kind of industrial grease on it. Please note that this is not part of seasoning the griddle as Lowe's does not preseason griddles before delivering. The delivery guys agree that this is strange and they take it back and arrange for another one to be delivered. The second grill and griddle show up with the exact same problem so I send it back again. I get a call from Lowe's asking for clarification on why I keep sending back the grills so I tell them and the rep says she will make a note in the system to make sure when they are putting the grill together that this problem does not happen a third time. Get a call a few days later that it must be a manufacturer's defect as all the the griddles have this exact same problem. Please note that as of a month later Lowe's still has this same BBQ on the floor for sale. I now have to completely cancel the order and get a refund but as multiple departments are involved I keep getting referred to someone else as the person to help me but that person keeps referring me back to the first person. After spending multiple days waiting for the delivery and time on the phone with them I have spend the better part of a day and I still don't have a BBQ. You would think that after all this someone at Lowe's management would call me and try to offer me a good deal on another BBQ but I have never heard anything from them.

I had no idea what to do with it. She walked me through every step showed me every tool that needed to install it. Explain to me the difference was able to give me a valuable suggestion on a color people like him like store manager, David and some other guys that I came across at my local Home Depot store converted from being big box to me willing to come back specifically to that location because I already know some guys that know not only where things are, but what things are so there's anyway you could somehow point out a gentleman and reward him somehow as a happy Customer I could say he deserves it.

They did tell me that the engine light was on because the gas cap had an issue, but I was in a rush and just hoped for the best! I also realized once I went to use the flatbed that the ramp was missing. If I had really needed it, I would have been in a pickle! Luckily I wasn't moving anything too heavy. I got a change to peek at the other tools you can rent there and it's endless! Definitely good to know how the process works and how easy it is to get gear here. I even have a video showing how empty the aisles were. It took me over 15 minutes just to find someone. The employee I finally found was named Jet. Honestly, I would have been better off not finding anyone at all. When I asked a question about a product, he laughed and told me to "just read the instructions." I explained that the answer wasn't in the instructions and that I had already searched YouTube without success. Instead of trying to help, he continued laughing and making jokes. I told him that this wasn't funny to me, that my project had come to a complete stop, and that I urgently needed to speak with someone knowledgeable. He said he was the only person working in that department that day and continued laughing. The only bright spot was the Customer Service team. The women at the Customer Service desk helped resolve my issue in less than 30 seconds. They were professional, helpful, and actually cared. The manager wasn't much help either. When I filed a complaint, he simply said he would "talk to Jet and look into it." Based on the interaction, it felt more like he was protecting a friend than taking a customer complaint seriously. Very disappointing experience.

For example, Plumbing is not a subcategory of faucets! Rather, faucets is a subcategory of plumbing, so why did they categorize the whole section as "Faucets"? Another example? Rodent xcluder fill fabric. If you ever manage to find anything of the sort, kudos to you! One of the sales people and I went isle after isle looking for it. For some reason, every body had a different opinion as to where it should be. Everybody agreed that they have it, no one including the computer were able to locate it. Prices are usually fair.
