I even have a video showing how empty the aisles were. It took me over 15 minutes just to find someone. The employee I finally found was named Jet. Honestly, I would have been better off not finding anyone at all. When I asked a question about a product, he laughed and told me to "just read the instructions." I explained that the answer wasn't in the instructions and that I had already searched YouTube without success. Instead of trying to help, he continued laughing and making jokes. I told him that this wasn't funny to me, that my project had come to a complete stop, and that I urgently needed to speak with someone knowledgeable. He said he was the only person working in that department that day and continued laughing. The only bright spot was the Customer Service team. The women at the Customer Service desk helped resolve my issue in less than 30 seconds. They were professional, helpful, and actually cared. The manager wasn't much help either. When I filed a complaint, he simply said he would "talk to Jet and look into it." Based on the interaction, it felt more like he was protecting a friend than taking a customer complaint seriously.
