My skills are pretty basic but when I need something, this is where I go. Anything to not have to shop at Home Depot. These days is fine by me, but beyond that Franklin's is a neighborhood staple. The employees there are always very knowledgeable and easy to find when you need help. They answer your questions and if they don't know the answer they find out for you. Remember how stores used to be like that? Yes. This is what you were missing. Franklin's is old school and maybe the prices are a little higher here and they don't have as much of a selection as a big store, but I'd rather support this small local business any day of the week.

He went right to the set of drawers that would have this $1.69 part that saved me $hundreds on a BMW trunk-latch. Big spender me bought two. ;-) The latch is now as good as new. With the advent of youtube videos, and the continuing story of Franklin Hardware, you can fix darn near anything. I also noted a great selection of what will be excellent quality Xmas gifts for next year. Great kitchen knives and big selection of Weber BBQ stuff, for a couple of them. They call it "True Value", but it's truly more like priceless value. Nobody saves your bacon better.

My credit card was charged immediately, but after 10 days, I had yet to receive my products. When I contacted their customer service, they initially blamed my credit card, which was already charged. After providing proof of the charge, they then informed me that they did not have the items in stock and would issue a full refund. This level of service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect better communication, transparency, and reliability from a company of this size. Very disappointed and will think twice before ordering from them again.

There is a similar table on Amazon, but I prefer to buy locally when I can, so I phoned the store to speak with an associate to see if the table was in stock and whether I could pick it up this afternoon. 40 minutes on the phone later, bouncing between automated and very unhelpful robots and equally unhelpful store associates, I'm giving up. Amazon it is. If stores like Lowe's hope to compete and survive then they need to distinguish themselves with superior customer service. However their associates don't seem to care one bit, even when a customer is asking to spend money at their store. Sad and embarrassing for them.

I asked her where that one was and she said "what do you mean?"....I said-you told me that it shows there is one available-I want to buy it, where is it? She said oh you can't buy it, it is a display. Ok.... So I then ask her how long it would take to get one if I order it? her reply was "What do you mean" Me - I am not sure how to rephrase that-your item is out of stock, I want to order one. She told me that they do not take orders... So I ask-so your company is advertising a product that is not in stock in your store, or any other store and I cannot order it-she said yes. So I asked to speam with a supervisor-perhaps that person can help me figure out how to purchase the item they are advertising. After 5 minutes on hold, another person comes on line, and after going through all the same information, he also tells me there are "not any available within at least a 100 mile radius", I ask if he can perhaps suggest a comparable pump? While still on the phone with him, I go back to the website hoping he will offer a suggestion, and the link for the pump I called about shows that it is in stock 5 miles away and ask him why it is showing they have them if there aren't any in a "100 mile radius" he says "let me check....uhhh oh...yes they show that there are 3 in stock". Are you kidding me?? So apparently BOTH of these people were too lazy to actually check and see if there any in stock anywhere else? They need to do some serious customer service training here-these associates do NOT care about customers or sales.

This store was not busy when I came and I was able to find parking close to the entrance. It was very quiet inside but nicely organized. This Home Depot was one of the cleanest store I visited. I found the bathroom fixtures toward the back and they had some nice matte finish ones. I also took the time to look at some tiles and countertops which I saw a nice dark grey one at the store.
