I called A11 Appliance Repair on a Sunday evening, fully expecting to leave a voicemail. To my surprise, Ilia answered the phone personally, despite it being his day off. He took the time to answer all of my questions, was incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and even provided me with an exact quote to the penny. What impressed me even more was how quickly they responded. Ilia had his technician, Albert, at my house first thing the very next morning. Albert was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, punctual, and extremely efficient. He quickly confirmed the issue, completed the repair, and had our LG washer fully operational within an hour from start to finish. Both Ilia and Albert provided exceptional customer service and made the entire process stress-free. Their professionalism, responsiveness, honesty, and efficiency were truly impressive. On top of that, their pricing, in my opinion, was of excellent value for the quality of service provided. I HIGHLY recommend A11 Appliance Repair and will absolutely be recommending them to my friends and family. Likewise, while I hope I don't have any other appliance issues in the future, if/when I do, I know exactly who I'm gonna call!

    I went in, and I sat down with a sales associate who helped me put my order together. I've spent…read moreright around 11K for sinks and faucets for 8 bathrooms, and I must say that the rep was very nice and very helpful and very knowledgeable, he did is part the best way Possible, but here is my problem with this place: they don't stock up anything, everything gets shipped from different locations so I started receiving at home bits and pieces of my orders over the next couple of weeks. The product did not arrive in retail packaging so it was really tough to know which was what. I had to take everything back to the showroom and my rep set down and wrote on each and every single piece what it was. Turned out that I've ended up ordering a few things wrong and needed to return them...Now, returning items is even a bigger headache..,you have to get a shipping label from them and start shipping different things back to their different locations. That was not acceptable to me so I returned the product back to the showroom and ask my rep to take care of the returns for me. It took over 3 weeks for me to receive the refunds which was pretty upsetting. In the meantime, I've checked with a different national distributor the prices on everything I've purchased and it turned out that I've paid about $2000 too much in comparison to what it would have cost me had I've purchased the same product from them. Needless to say: Very bad system, extremely over priced, and I will not be buying here again.

And even had a smile on his face the entire time... and so close... Now the updated bad part of the review. After having a Best Buy geek squad guy come out and check that everything was ready for the install, including the sizes, of what we should order for this space that we were going to fill with the new washer and dryer..... The installers came out, and first of all, didn't have the pedestals that we thought we ordered, which we made very clear that we wanted the washer and dryer higher like they had on the display. We even talked about them with the salesman when we were there... Well, those weren't delivered. And they said they couldn't install the dryer as apparently the geek squad guy missed that gas line hook up is old and would need to be replaced before they could put in a new dryer. So bottom line, this has turned into a nightmare for us, now... especially since we thought it was going to go so smoothly. And we're hoping Pacific sales along with their father company. Best Buy will correct this to our satisfaction. Will let you know if that happens, but I've lowered the rating for now

Waadt service technician Abdul came to my house and fixed my 28 year old dryer and my even older oven! For a very low cost.     Seamless operation…read more I wanted to upgrade my 25+ yr old electric slide in range and over the range microwave. To be fair, I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted after agonizing over Consumer Reports and online reviews. Waadt was the third appliance store I visited. Prices were consistent across the board. Most places didn't have demo electric ranges in store since it's low in demand, but they can order anything and seem to have direct contact with vendors. I wasn't in a hurry, so I placed my order with Bill on 2/13/26. He called me on 2/24/26 to let me know my appliances had arrived, process payment and we scheduled install for 2/26/26. I was given an install window of 9:30-11:30AM and they showed up around 10:00AM. The install guys were great. There was of course a problem, as my current range was hardwired to the electrical and there was no outlet for the new one. They said no problem, ran to the hardware store, bought the necessary supplies, installed the outlet and had me up and running. This is exactly why I didn't go with a big box store. Bill let me know his installers were equipped to handle any surprises and they were. Big box stores will only plug it in and leave. Any problems you're on your own to solve. Install prices, with the addition of an outlet, were reasonable. Would I use Waadt again? Definitely!
