I seemed hesitant and that's when the other worker from inside the office (owner or manager?) came out and tried to convince me it would take a few hours of labor and they would have to apply new thermal gel(I later found out this was not a huge deal). This seemed a little fishy to me so I told them I would think about it and left with my items. Forward to a week later, I ordered a new fan from amazon, costed me $16 and VOILA!, problem fixed in about 40 minutes. Moral of the story, do your homework before you take your electronics anywhere to get fixed to avoid getting hustled.
