This seemed a little fishy to me so I told them I would think about it and left with my items. Forward to a week later, I ordered a new fan from amazon, costed me $16 and VOILA!, problem fixed in about 40 minutes. Moral of the story, do your homework before you take your electronics anywhere to get fixed to avoid getting hustled.
