I really enjoyed myself at The Reserve. My husband and I went here Sat, 11-22, to celebrate my bday (11-26). Upon entering the restaurant, the ambiance was very nice, and it gave a "grown and sexy" vibe. First off let me say that our waitress, (I won't say her name) wasn't attentive AT ALL. The only thing she did was take our order. She never checked on us, she wasn't the one who brought our food....nothing. I even put my empty glass on the corner so she would see it and just automatically re-fill it...nope. I had to get her attention and ask for a refill! Very disappointed about that. Now, on to the food. I had the lambchops, w/ veggies and a side of corn. The lambchops were delicious, but small. Whatever the veggies were, were very tasteful and seasoned to perfection! I also like the taste of the corn. My husband had a steak. He got it well done, but it came out w/ too much pink for his liking, so he sent it back to be cooked more. It came back out, just right and was seasoned well. There is also a D.J. that played the best music. It wasn't too loud either, which was a PLUS!! I will mos. def be returning in the near future. The place has moved to a new location. Now it's located off Sigmond Road by Rockdale Hospital. There is plenty of parking and they have a Cigar lounge attached. They have high top tables and booths with a large bar in the back with seating. It was a Dj spinning some classic R&B and Hip Hop on Friday night. The atmosphere was grown and Sexy. Couples and Singles xxx coming in for a bite and sip. Seems like the place to go for a bite before or after and then home being that it's out in the suburbs of Conyers. I would definitely stop by and only if the Manager promises not to waste any more water on my friend !!! Lol I guess he was nervous. This is a very nice place when you walk in. The food was okay. Didn't care for the egg rolls. The pasta was extra red with no spice. The broccoli was well seasoned. The lamb chops were pretty good. The service was slow because it seems like the waitress we had didn't know how to take on a big party at the same time as other tables. The DJ was amazing and he is the reason I will be back. He played all my favorites. We also met OG (Vick) he was cool and glad he kept checking on our party because it was hot as hell in the building. Nice venue without the drive into the city. I didnt realize they had hookah until it was time to head to the restaurant. I almost cancelled the reservation. Luckily for me there was only one table with hookah and they were wrapping up when we arrived for our 730 reservation. We were seated promptly (next to the hookah table). Service was a little clunky and slow due to the need to hire more servers. Our server, however, was pretty good, despite being overwhelmed. The lemon pepper wings were great. My smoked old fashioned was good but I wish they served it with one large ice cube instead of serving it like it's a crown and coke. I had the salmon dish. It was good, but just a hair over room temperature so it might have sat a little bit before being brought out. I'd chalk this up to staffing. The band warmed up but didn't start their set before we left. I'll give it another shot if only to get wings and a drink at the bar and listen to the band. read more

My husband and I was on a hunt for a local restaurant with good food and great service and we happened to find The Reserve! The restaurant was very nice with upgraded decor and comfortable seating. I'll admit the music was a little loud for my taste but the music selection wasn't bad and we were able to hear ourselves talk. Kudos to the TVs with football - right up my husband's alley. My husband ordered the snapper and I ordered the grilled lobster and shrimp. They were kind of enough to allow me to substitute the Asian slaw with the garlic mash potatoes and babeee they were absolutely delicious! My husband ate everything on his plate and I followed behind trying to eat all of my food - which is something I rarely do! The seasoning was perfection! I came in for dinner with friends. I had the Red Snapper. The restaurant is clean but the atmosphere is really loud. You have to yell to talk because the music is too loud. There is a mixed crowd as far as customers and there's a hookah lounge. If you have reactions to smoke, you may reconsider visiting this restaurant. The food is ok and they have good food options. I wish they had more non-alcohol options like sparkling water or bottled water. Everyone doesn't drink soda. Most restaurants are short-staffed. I don't see that as a negative. This was our first visit to the restaurant. We ordered the ribeye steak dinners, and my daughter ordered the veggie stir fry. My husband and I steak was not seasoned and very chewy. The steak was a nice size. After waiting for a while for the food to arrive at the table it was cold. My daughter enjoyed her stir fry. We didn't receive great service. I am in no way a picky eater, but my experience at this establishment was mediocre. When we arrived the smell of smoke permeated the building, I then became aware it was a hookah bar so I did not mind. I was there for a friends birthday dinner, so I came ready for a good meal. I looked at the menu online, but there was a different menu in person... which again okay. BUT the menu did not offer substitutions nor do the servers listen to directions. Multiple people at the dinner had their meat cooked incorrectly... including me. I let that slide, but all the meals that proceeded to come out were ice cold. I am not one to exaggerate, but no steam came off of the plates! Our waitress seemed a little nervous, but she also seemed unbothered by the fact the birthday girl had yet to recieve her wings 50 minutes after food has been brought to the table!! They then gave the wings for free... and practically hounded her to accept a cocktail from them to which she responded she did not want it. I honestly do not blame my friend, its your birthday and you are the only one without a meal!! A man came to our table multiple times asking how we enjoyed the meal... The final time I was honest and stated that I was disappointed. He insisted that the food is made fresh and they will "get it right next time." On top of that the waitress also handed me my ticket stating she does not know how to use her tablet and was only gonna charge me for my entree.
