I go to Reset Float for the sauna. I always have a positive experience. Raymond at the front desk is always helpful , he brings water to the room and makes sure it's clean before the session. The sauna room is small and private. There is a screen that allows you to watch Netflix , Youtube or listen to Pandora while inside the sauna. I opt for a relaxing Zen video. I mostly do 30 min sessions , 45 min sessions are $10.00 more. Overall, I recommend Reset Float , the place is clean and customer service is very good.

I decided to try this place because I saw a deal on Groupon. Best decision I ever made. The place is clean and feel cozy. I did two sessions. One for the sauna and one for the float. I started with the sauna session first I was brought to a small private room with a booth. The staff was very precise with all the information and what the benefits were in using their service for this session. The booth had a small pad like scree so you can watch Netflix, you tube or listen to music. It was great. The next session was also a private room with giant tube in which you float. There was a shower in the room for showering before and after your session. Ear bugs provided. You actually float in this tube without effort. I highly recommend using this place and any other like it. The feeling after was light feeling and fresh. Really rejuvenates and resets your body and spirit. It is an amazing experience.

I have been having trouble sleeping so my husband got this experience to help me try to relax. It was definitely quite the experience. There was one gentleman at the front desk who basically ran the whole show. He was very professional and detailed. Initially I was hesitant and felt uneasy floating in a tub since I don't know how to swim. but this gentleman explained everything well and made me feel more at ease. I was able to fall asleep for a few mins inside the float and it was a relaxing overall experience. I suggest everyone try it once!

I purchased a Groupon for two 30-minute sauna sessions for $44. I called the spa to make a reservation and was able to immediately reserve Saturday at 10:30am. I came here with my sister to try it out. You walk in and it smells amazing inside. The reception area is really nice. The staff was very informative about the sauna and potential effects. He offered us water and explained the set up of the sauna. You get a room with a changing area and the sauna inside. It is private. You get a wrap towel and 3 cold towels to cool yourself down and clean up. In the sauna, you can watch Netflix or play music. We decided to listen to nature sounds. The sauna was 147 degrees. I was sweating! It felt great though. When the time runs out, the sauna shuts off. You can monitor your time on the iPad screen in the sauna. When we were done, we cleaned up and there was a hamper in the room to put all the dirty towels. We loved it so much we booked our next visit for the following Saturday. This place is a must try!

Did a reset float and it definitely did not disappoint. The owner is extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the spa. It was a great time to destress, unwind, and meditate. They are quick to respond in the chat on their website. I also called earlier that day on Thursday arrange a time for both me and my friend (since they are closed Wednesdays). They have multiple pods (for the float) which are in separated by room. Great chance to go with your partner or a friend to relax and do some self-care. As they recommended, it's smart to bring shower slippers, as you will need to rinse off both before and after the float. They are very keen on cleanliness, which I appreciate.

I had a great first experience. The owner was very accommodating with your needs and concerns, especially if it's your first time. Everything was relatively clean, there's even a shower so you can wash off any dirt before going inside the tank. There's also earplugs, and ointment just in case you have any cuts, to prevent stinging from the salt. Inside the tank, you have the option to use light or music. After completely immersing myself into the experience, I felt completely relaxed and all my stress was alleviated. At some points I felt like I was either in a meditative state or just falling asleep.. Towards the end, I felt slightly nauseous, I'm not sure why but I hope my body gets used to the sensation the next couple of times

What a wonderful experience! If you're like me working a 8-5 stressful job, this place really gives you that much needed "me" time.... literally. I was nervous before coming because I didn't really know what to expect. Finding parking was quite easy as there are many spots outside (no parking lot though). The gentleman in the front was very accommodating, he explained everything to me prior to starting the session. The water was warm and very relaxing. You can adjust the lighting and sound to your liking. If you need some time to catch up on sleep or just ease some body pain, come here! Right after the session there was complimentary tea/water and hairdryer and lotion in the back. The price also includes a towel & earplugs.

I was immediately underwhelmed with the cleanliness and quality of the room. This comes especially from the perspective of someone who avidly goes to float locations throughout NYC and LI, as well as out of state. You'll get a significantly better experience from Floatopia. Nevertheless, I was excited to relax after a long business day. When I opened the rub area, I was met by an immediate smell of mold. I didn't even step into the tub. I asked the receptionist to try another room. When I tried the second room, I was also met with both mold, sour smells and a FILTHY tub. The bottom of the tub is brown. There was dirt at the bottom of the tub. As you can see pictured, there is mold growing around the tub area. It smelled horrible. Do not support this business. This is a huge cleanliness issue.

After my hour I further continued my services with the CryoFreeze, which I much delighted in especially upon knowing how many calories I was burning in 3 minutes. Between 400-800 kcals. Who wouldn't delight in this luxury? That's AMAZING in my book. And last but not least, the Cryo treatment to my face. What an experience. My skin is loving the benefits. Added collagen production. This will be my weekly staple.

There was adequate parking available specifically for a few local businesses including Rise Above. Upon entering the building, I noticed how beautiful the decor was. We were greeted immediately and the guy working was very calm and easy going. He walked us through start to finish and allowed us to see which room we wanted because there was no one else scheduled for our time slot (3 rooms total). The choices were a pod that closes and opens automatically, a large open room (no walls surrounding the "bathtub" except for the room that you're in, and the extra large "bathtub" that is enclosed with walls and doors. Each room has a shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ear plugs, Vaseline (for cuts before getting in), face wipes, towels, and a spray bottle with water in case you get salt in your eyes. He gave us 5 minutes before our start time to shower off any oils before getting in and 5 minutes after to shower off the salt (and told us to take our time when getting out, no need to rush). There was music in the beginning and at the end to get you started/let you know when your time is up and the lights turn on/off automatically. There is a help button in case you run into any issues. The tank itself is really neat and I was able to shut my mind off pretty quickly. The room is pitch black and there are no lights. You are completely deprived of reality and you are there floating in just the water and in silence. It's an insane experience floating in water and being so relaxed that I may have forgotten that I had legs and that I wasn't floating through space or a river. Your mind really does change during this experience. I am in complete relaxation mode even hours after experiencing the deprivation tank. I can't wait to go again and maybe even add a massage to the package next time!

What I learned most importantly was that this experience was not for me and i would NOT recommend for people that are a little germaphobic! When I first walked in the room it smelled like strong b.o. which I think was the first step. My instructor was pain staking-ly mellow if that could be a thing. Almost felt like I was talking to a robot cult leader. Back to the room, I did like how it was stocked with decent thoughtful products but not sure how much I cared to use a communal face oil. I was shocked to know that they DONT CHANGE THE WATER even though it did do some kind of cycle after which made me feel a tad better I guess? DEF wasn't going in there full nude though. The water was also a bit cold imo but apparently it's part of the experience. The speaker system in my unit didn't seem to work well. Also the ear plugs were just not good in general. By the time I finally could get myself relaxed enough to try and float I was about half way thru when low and behold a nice long strand of blonde hair floated right onto my chest. Overall it felt like a very beginner meditation but I will say I am probably a bit more experienced than the average. Ya! Thats my review definitely wouldn't go back but I guess overall the experience was "interesting " ?

The girls at the front desk were super sweet and gave me the rundown about the spa's layout and etiquette. Check-in was super simple. You walk in, ask for a day pass, make reservations for additional services if you want (I recommend reserving at least a week earlier to get your preferred time), and they give you your wristband and lounge attire/towel. The women's locker rooms and bath area were pretty clean and very spacious. You don't need to bring very many toiletries, as they have large dispensers of lotion in the locker room area and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower area. They have hair dryers for use and lots of outlets in the vanity area in case you want to bring other styling tools of your own. I started off with a 30 min Quick Fix Facial and was serviced by Ellie (10/10 recommend). It was super relaxing and we made small talk about skincare based on my concerns. She was super nice and very professional. After I left my skin was glowing! I then headed to the juice bar and got an iced matcha latte (also super good) and relaxed by the lounge area with my laptop before I had my next service. It wasn't too loud, and there's free wifi, so you can get some work done, watch a show, or read a little. Keep in mind the lounge area is an open space connected with the juice bar and food court, so it's not library quiet. That being said, people aren't yelling, and nobody was playing their online media out loud, so it's easy to tune out all the white noise. I then got a 30 min Swedish Massage by Andy, which was more than satisfactory. I was worried about the massage being too rough, but he did everything just right. Only during a few second-long periods did it feel a bit heavier, but I knew he was working out a knot. Even then, it was not bad, and I was glad to know he was being thorough. For lunch, I got a shrimp tempura roll and miso soup, and both were tasty and fresh. I loved the complimentary yoga class, which happens daily from 2-3 PM. Regarding the bathhouse, it's listed on their website that you have to be nude, and plenty of people have talked about that, so I won't bore you with those details. That being said, the varying temperatures are nice, so you can choose based on your comfort. The showers are in the same bath area and are open, just to note, but nobody is really looking at you. You get comfortable pretty quickly once you realize nobody cares and there's a lot of body positivity. Overall, I had a lovely experience. The staff are friendly and help you feel comfortable, and there are plenty of things to do. Definitely recommend staying the whole day. If you want to enjoy all the amenities but are a little wary about the nudity, I suggest coming early when there's less people, and it feels a little more private. I was slightly hesitant to visit the spa based on the mixed reviews I saw online, but ultimately decided to give it a chance. I had never been to a Korean spa, and I live over an hour away, so I was really hoping for a good experience. That being said, I'm very happy I decided to come and look forward to coming back.
