They were easy to communicate with over e-mail and text and were very flexible on scheduling. They were even able to cut the number of pieces I needed by an entire slab saving us some $$. The final product looks great. RMG was great to work with from start to finish and we'll be going back to them again when we're ready to do more.

I was in a unique situation as my house is new and was just built 2 years ago. However, the builder wouldn't let me upgrade to a waterfall countertop, so I knew it was something I would always want to install later on. Osiel and team came out a couple days after I reached out to them and evaluated my existing island counter. They gave me a quote a few hours later and we worked together to ensure I could locate a slab to match my existing one. I was able to find it all the way in Livermore, and they agreed to go out there to pick it up for me (I paid them gas money in return, since it was a long journey). After they picked up the slab, they came to my house a few days later and installed everything within a few hours. They did proper prep and clean up, and I was blown away with the results. I LOVE my new waterfall countertops and am so thankful I reached out to Rodriguez Marble & Granite to get it done. Additionally the crew of guys was very kind and polite -- they did a fabulous job! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for countertop installation, and I will definitely reach out to them for future jobs.

They aren't the cheapest, but they are VERY GOOD. Zero regrets, good speed on the project, and we…read morelove the finished product. We kicked off our discussion with Marko at Kerrock in late October 2021 to redo our kitchen countertops in Los Gatos. Marko helped me get my head around the material options (we went for engineered stone due to appearance, durability, size of slabs we could get, lack of maintenance). I went home and drew up our kitchen layout and measurements and sent it back for an estimate. The estimate came back a day later and was substantially higher than one other I had gotten, but I could tell that the Kerrock folks would be paying a lot more attention to detail and all their finish products looked really tight and precise (they've done some work on big projects for exacting customers like Apple's new HQ). We cook a lot and spend tons of time in our kitchen, so this was not something we wanted to take any gambles on. Our sink and faucet were not reusable, so I went through catalogs at Kerrock's office with Marko and picked out new ones that they ordered and brought on the day of the install. We green lit the project and 10 days later the Kerrock crew showed up to rip out our old countertops to take back to the shop to use as an exact template. At the same time as the removal they put down the foundational plywood for the new ones, and spent a lot of time precisely leveling the cabinet tops. Living without a sink or cooktop for two weeks was painful, but obviously it's just part of what you endure on kitchen projects like these. Exactly two weeks to the day after the rip-out they showed up to do the install, which took about five hours. The Kerrock guys cleaned up and went on their way leaving us with a completely new feel for our kitchen. It utterly transformed our space, and we could not be happier with the end result. From the edging to the seams to the leveling to the new plumbing, faucet and sink they installed...it was all on point, solid and gorgeous. Excellent craftsmanship. Again, they aren't the cheapest out there, but they deliver top quality results. Our project took about 3.5 weeks from the estimate approval to finished install, which is definitely faster than I expected. We're happy we went with the best and didn't mess with the rest. :)

They did come out promptly to repair though. I guess my only complaint on that one would be to have installers look over their work.(chip was very obvious) Fast forward a few months we needed our kitchen countertops replaced. They weren't very responsive with communication. Out of the 3 fabrication quotes I rec'd (the other 2 companies were recommended by All Natural Stone)theirs was twice the cost. Also,Lito's insisted I needed 3 slabs. We went back and forth on that one.The other 2 quotes from fabricators recommended by All Natural Stone said I would only need 2 slabs. Too busy, too expensive, error on slab quantity (I could have shelled out another $4k for quartzite slab!)and quick to run out the door after install so used someone else. My bathroom countertops do look nice though. I feel bad with only one star but the price gouging and big error regarding # of slabs was bad!

They were quick and super efficient. They came in, measured out the template and we met them within an hour at their shop to place the template on the slab. The quartzite I bought had shades of beige & grey veins throughout. The decision of where to put the seam was difficult. We needed the 2 pieces to match at the seam and the slabs were not colored the same at the seam area. Gregorio assured us that he would match the seam without issue, the color would be no problem. He was so right. The end result is stunning. You can not tell there is a seam unless you look very closely and you know where to look. He also beat his estimate to have my countertop ready by several days, which was super awesome as the contractor was finished with other tasks and was ready for the countertop installation. He spent time to tell me how to care for my countertop at the end of the installation. I could not be happier, I wish there was a 6 star rating.
