It's conveniently located at Costco with ample parking. I called ahead and booked an appointment, they were able to get me in within a week of calling. The space is quaint but has everything you need and is well kept and clean. Upon walking in I was immediately welcomed and they actually got me started early with some of the testing before seeing the optometrist. The examination was thorough, I felt the optometrist provided extremely insightful and helpful information- I went in experiencing some pain and am already feeling immensely better!

I went to their website to read about them. Much to my surprise and delight, there was a black female optometrist practicing in that office! Dr. Bridget Fuller, O.D. is amazing! We talked and laughed as if we had already known each. She took the time to answer all of my questions and even listened to part of my life story. I did not feel rushed. I appreciate her professionalism and sweet demeanor. I was looking for Black optometrist. I recommend Dr. Fuller for anyone of any ethnicity. She is the best! Upon walking into the building, I immediately felt welcomed by the front desk personnel. I was given a notepad to complete my new patient paperwork. The practice is located on the lower level of a smaller strip center facing University Blvd. Everyone we met at the practice was friendly and competent. There was no pressure whatsoever to buy glasses there... In fact, we were told if we wanted to bring frames in that they'd accommodate that. I went in last week for a routine eye exam. Their website said it would be 20 mins. After 20 mins of waiting they were ready to begin... After a first round of tests I needed to finish off by seeing the doctor for the final sign off etc. I waited another 15 mins and eventually had to leave because I had to get back to work. I was already 40-45 mins into a 20 minute appointment. I was told to come back for the second half the following week. Assured I would not need to do the same tests again but just do the second half. I turn up today and after 20 mins waiting (did their files not show that I had issues last week) I get pulled in....to do the exact same tests from the previous week. After this I was then asked to wait in the lobby. At 2.40 (my appt was 1.40) I still hadn't been seen (A full hour after my appointment time). I left. I explained why and was told 'Sorry about that'...no explanation as to why I had had to wait so long. I had been going there for glasses for years and they have previously been decent but sadly I'm done with waiting that length of time. People have lives and things to do. I don't set aside an entire afternoon for a routine eye exam. Extremely disappointed but I doubt I'll be back.
